Testing device for testing coin blanks
The invention relates to a testing device 10, that can be a component of a feeding device to feed coin blanks 11 to a coining press or a minting station 12. The testing device 10 has a contactless measuring first sensor device 30 and/or a second sensor device 40. Every sensor device 30, 40 that is present controls an associated removal device 32 or 41. Each sensor device 30, 40 detects a certain property of the coin blank and compares it with a corresponding standard specification. If an unacceptable deviation from the specification is detected, the sensor device 30, 40 in question controls the respective associated removal device 32, 41 to discharge the coin blank from a main conveyor device 13 which transports the coin blanks from a feeding end 14 to an exit end 15.

RAIL TIE PLATE SINGULATING AND ORIENTING MACHINE
A rail tie plate singulating machine comprises a lift conveyor sloping upward and adjacent to a singulating conveyor. The lift conveyor extends below the singulating conveyor from a lift conveyor inlet end to a y-axis intercept between the conveyors and above the singulating conveyor past the y-axis intercept. A transfer guide extending above the lift conveyor redirects rail tie plates laterally off the lift conveyor onto the singulating conveyor past the y-axis intercept. A singulating guide extending in spaced relation above the singulating conveyor redirects tie plates thereon toward an edge adjacent the lift conveyor in a spacing that allows rail tie plates oriented longitudinally to advance therealong. A driven roller supported over the reduced width section engages a rail tie plate supported on top of another rail tie plate to advance the engaged rail tie plate laterally onto the lift conveyor.

SORTING METHOD FOR HOLLOW BODIES AND SORTING DEVICE
Hollow bodies which are closed on one side and which are cylindrical are sorted by a sorting device. The hollow bodies have an end-side opening, a base surface situated opposite the opening and a shell surface extending between the base surface and the opening. The sorting device includes first nozzles arranged on an upper guide for conducting a first fluid flow in the direction of a lateral guide, and second nozzles arranged on a lower guide for conducting a second fluid flow in the direction of an outlet. Since the force of the fluid flow is several times greater if the fluid flow strikes a part of the shell surface of the hollow body through the end-side opening of the hollow body than if the fluid flow strikes the base surface of the hollow body from the outside, sorting of the hollow bodies is made possible.

DEVICE FOR ALIGNING A NUMBER OF PACKAGES
The present invention is related to a device for aligning a number of packages comprising, at least one bottom belt for receiving packages at a first end portion and exiting packages at a second end portion, wherein said bottom belt comprises a laterally declined portion facing a support surface arranged along a side of one of the bottom belts, whereby in use packages conveyed by the bottom belts move laterally towards the support surface for alignment thereto due to the declined portion and by means of gravity.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR SINGULATION OF USED BEVERAGE OR FOOD CONTAINERS
A device for singulation of used beverage or food containers received in bulk into individual objects, including: a first receiving area arranged for simultaneously receiving and keeping a plurality of containers; a second receiving area positioned at a higher vertical level than the first receiving area, wherein the device further includes a transporting device including a container elevating member for transporting a container from the first receiving area to the second receiving area, wherein the elevating member is attached to said transporting device, moves along and is locked to a circumferential path around a first axis upon activation of the transporting device, and the first axis is inclined at an angle of 1 to 45 relative the horizontal plane.
Telescoping Pole with Grabbing Member
A telescoping pole is provided with means for attaching a series of removable grabber attachments at one end. One such attachment resembles the head of a hoe, where a flat blade member is attached to a shaft, so that the flat blade member is oriented in a generally perpendicular relation to the longitudinal axis of the telescoping pole. The shaft of the hoe head includes complementary attachment means that allows the hoe head to be attached to one end of the telescoping pole. Additionally, other attachments may be used interchangeably with the telescoping pole, including a removable hook member or a removable claw member. Further, an extension member may be added to the end of the telescoping pole to extend the range of the pole, and the hoe head attachment (and other attachments) may be attached at the end of the extension member.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR RELIABLE DELIVERY OF COMPLIANT STOPPER ELEMENTS
Device for delivery of sorted elements for feeding a downstream work station that includes a downward drop that brings the elements, a one-at-a-time processor that receives the elements from the drop, an upward conveyor branch that extends from the processor and that receives the elements therefrom, and an ejector that is located in the area of the upward conveyor branch. The device includes at least one viewing unit that is positioned to monitor the elements in the area of the processor, such as a camera.
