Conveying system with high speed lane divider
A conveying system includes a conveyor and a diverter, the diverter including a shifting section above the conveyor. The shifting section is laterally movable across a width of the conveyor for selectively shifting objects across the width of the conveyor as the objects move along the conveyor. A drive system for effecting lateral movement of the shifting section may include at least one prime mover located beneath the conveyor. The shifting section may include spaced apart walls, each of which is a telescoping wall. A drive system for controlling telescoping of the walls may include at least one prime mover located beneath the conveyor.

HANDLING DEVICE FOR PHARMACEUTICAL CONTAINERS, AND PROCESSING SYSTEM FOR PHARMACEUTICAL CONTAINERS COMPRISING A HANDLING DEVICE
A handling apparatus and a processing system for pharmaceutical containers, for example vials, syringes, carpules or ampules. The handling apparatus includes two or more holding elements via which a container can be gripped in each case and of which at least one holding element can be selectively moved back and forth along a movement direction, and a spacing changing device for transferring the holding elements from a first relative position into a second relative position, and vice versa, in which the holding elements have a spacing from one another which differs from the spacing in the first relative position.
SYSTEM AND METHOD OF ARTICLE FEEDER OPERATION
Embodiments of a system and method for shingulating, singulating, and synchronizing articles in an article feeder system are disclosed. The article feeder system may include a shingulating device configured to receive a stack of articles and to produce a positively lapped stack of articles, a plurality of picking devices configured to pick one or more articles from the positively lapped stack of articles and to produce one or more singulated articles, and one or more synchronization devices configured to deliver the one or more singulated articles to one or more sorter windows.

ADJUSTABLE CONVEYOR BELT GUIDERAIL AND RELATED METHODS
An apparatus for guiding products along a conveyor in a conveying direction. The apparatus includes a first guiderail for at least partially forming a conveying path for articles on the conveyor. A guiderail adjuster includes a flexible or collapsible support, which make take the form of a linkage, and which provides support for the first guiderail along the conveyor. The flexible or collapsible support is adapted for being extended and retracted along a support rail extending in the conveying direction to selectively position the first guiderail relative to the conveyor, and thereby alter (increase or decrease) the width of the conveying path. Related methods are also disclosed.
SYSTEMS, METHODS, AND APPARATUSES, FOR SINGULATING ITEMS IN A MATERIAL HANDLING ENVIRONMENT
A material handling system for singulation of items is described. The material handling system can include, a singulation conveyor with a mechanical actuator. The mechanical actuator can be configured to manipulate an item on the singulation conveyor. Further, the material handling system can comprise a sensing unit comprising an imaging device that can be configured to capture an image of a zone of a singulation conveyor. Further, the material handling system can have a control unit that can be configured to classify, based on a classification model and the image, the item into a category. The category can be indicative of an orientation of the item with respect to another item and a conveying surface of the singulation conveyor. Further, the control unit can be configured to, generate instructions to cause actuation of a mechanical actuator to perform a singulation action based on the classification associated with the item.
Modular conveyor belt integrating lane dividers
A conveyor system integrates lane dividers to form a plurality of product lanes across a conveyor belt carryway while providing conduits enabling transverse fluid flow across the carryway. Each lane divider includes a body defining edges of adjacent conveyor belt lanes and hinge elements or other attachment means for integrating the lane divider into a modular conveyor belt. The body has lateral conduits to allow transverse fluid flow therethrough.
