AUTOMATED GEMSTONE FEEDING
Examples of automated gemstone feeding are described. According to an example, a gemstone feeding machine includes a conveyor belt assembly to feed holders carrying gemstones. The conveyor belt assembly can include a plurality of conveyor belts in two sets positioned parallel to each other and the two sets can move in opposite directions. Each belt in one set can be positioned alternately with respect to each belt in the other set. The assembly can include a fixed guiding plate at a first end of the conveyor belts and a detachable guiding plate adjacent to the loading assembly at a second end of the conveyor belts. The fixed guiding plate and the detachable guiding plate each comprises a plurality of transition profiles in alignment with immediately adjacent conveyor belts.
Unknown
A sorter for sorting out discrete products includes an arrangement of adjacent sorting fingers. The sorting fingers, depending on pivoted positions, open a sorting gap in a conveying path for bad products to be sorted out or else close the sorting gap in order to support the further conveying of good products.
Glass manufacturing apparatus and method
An apparatus and method for manufacturing glass containers handles the containers individually after a hot forming process and annealing to prevent glass-to-glass contact. By handling the containers individually and preventing glass-to-glass contact damage to the containers in the form of checks and scratches is avoided. To prevent contact of the containers and damage arising from the contact, the equipment including conveyors, pushers, starwheels, shuttles, and transfer heads that move the glass containers through the apparatus maintains the glass containers in uniform spaced relationship at each stage of container processing until the containers are packaged.

MACHINE AND METHOD FOR ARRANGING OBJECTS IN AN ALTERNATE MANNER ALONG SINGLE FILE ROWS
A machine and method for arranging objects comprising a first end with a protruding edge and a second end, on the opposite side of the protruding edge, in an alternate manner along single file rows. A guide guides objects in a single file row to a separator for receiving and separating the objects into a first and a second group and for alternately feeding the first and the second group to a collector and dropping device configured for rotating the objects of the first group and the second group according to a predetermined orientation and for stacking the objects one above the other in an alternate manner along single file rows.
CONTINUOUS PROCESSING OF PRODUCTS WITH AUTONOMOUS TROLLEY CONVEYANCE
The invention relates to a continuous processing line for products comprising a plurality of successive processing stations for said products and a plurality of autonomous self-supporting movable trolleys moving on the floor to transport the products from an upstream station to a downstream station. The upstream station also includes an exit transfer unit that is designed to absorb the continuous flow of products from the exit conveyor and to transfer said products in batches of one or more rows onto at least one receiving surface. The transfer unit includes a transit conveyor comprising at least two single-lane transit conveyors of different lengths, and a diverter designed to direct the flow of products alternately to one or other of the transit conveyors. The invention also relates to a method for transporting products from an upstream station to a downstream station on such a processing line for products.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR INDEPENDENTLY ROUTING VEHICLES AND DELIVERING CONTAINERS AND CLOSURES TO UNIT OPERATION SYSTEMS
A system and method for independently routing vehicles and delivering containers and closures to unit operation stations are disclosed. The containers and closures can, in some cases, be transported on the same vehicle. In other cases, the containers and closures can be transported on different vehicles.
WAREHOUSING SYSTEM
A warehousing system includes a control terminal and a robot. The control terminal is configured to send a first control instruction including running path information to the robot. The robot is configured to carry a first material, move in a running path according to the running path information, and transport the first material to a conveyor line. The conveyor line includes at least one conveyor line inlet and at least one conveyor line outlet. The robot is configured to dock with the conveyor line and place the first material on the conveyor line at the at least one conveyor line inlet. The running path includes a first path section passes through the at least one conveyor line inlet, a second path section passes through the at least one conveyor line outlet and a third path section connected between the first path section and the second path section.
WAREHOUSING SYSTEM, MATERIAL HANDLING METHOD, CONTROL TERMINAL, ROBOT, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
The present disclosure provides a warehousing system, a material handling method, a control terminal, a robot and a storage medium. Where the robot performs material fetching according to a control instruction of a control terminal, handles a material to a destination, and automatically docks with a conveyor line at the destination so as to automatically handle the material to the conveyor line. Manual participation is not needed in the material handling process, therefore material handling efficiency can be improved; besides, by configuring different conveyor lines corresponding to different workstations, the material conveying of each workstation does not affect each other, and the workstation with low material processing efficiency does not cause effect on other workstations, thereby facilitating to improve overall work efficiency of all workstations.
