Sausage processing apparatus
A sausage processing apparatus, including a circulating compartmented belt, a downstream compartmented roller, wherein a sausage is transferred from a compartment of the belt into a compartment of the roller, and a second circulating transport device, onto which the sausages are transferred from the compartments of the roller. A control device controls the conveying operation of the second transport device and of the roller. A sensor device detects the occupancy of the compartments of the belt. The control device controls the conveying operation of the roller and the second transport device dependent on the detection result of the sensor device such that, upon detection of one or more successive unoccupied compartments of the belt, the conveying operation of the roller and of the second transport device is stopped or slowed when the unoccupied compartment is in or is entering a transfer position and, upon detection of an occupied compartment, the conveying operation is resumed when the occupied compartment is in or is entering the transfer position.
Apparatus and method for packaging sachets
Packaging apparatus of sachets comprising a primary packaging unit, a secondary packaging unit, and a transfer unit interposed between the primary and the secondary packaging units in order to transfer the sachets between the primary and secondary packaging units, wherein the transfer unit comprises at least three transfer drawers disposed one after the other, selectively movable independently along a closed-ring path between a reception station and a delivery station and vice versa, each of the transfer drawers being configured to contain a first number of sachets and the transfer unit comprising a removal member associated with the delivery station and configured to remove from one or more of the transfer drawers a second number of sachets and to supply them to the secondary packaging unit. The present invention also concerns a method for packaging sachets.
Separating element for the operation of a transport device
A separating element operates a transport device, which is configured to pile a plurality of partial book blocks for forming a book block along a book channel associated with the transport device, the finished piled book block being feedible to a processing machine. The book channel includes at least one transfer portion. At least one first separating element is arranged within the transport device as a link between an upstream transfer portion and a downstream transfer portion. The first separating element is configured to be operated by at least one drive and is configured to: receive a partial book block fed horizontally from the upstream transfer portion, horizontally transport the partial book block onward via the conveying portion formed by the first separating element, and then horizontally hand the partial book block over to the downstream transfer portion in keeping with a cycle.
Device and method for transferring sausage portions
The present disclosure relates to a device and a method for transferring sausage portions with a first transport device for transporting the sausage portions, an ejection device for pushing the sausage portions from a first transport device to a second transport device, which is configured as a drum or fan belt. The first transport device has a lower and an upper circumferential transport means, between which the sausage portions are transported.
Device and method for buffering piece goods
The disclosure relates to a buffer device and a method for buffering piece goods, in particular containers, bottles or packages, with a buffer area, a feed device for supplying piece goods to the buffer area, a discharge device for discharging piece goods from the buffer area. The device additionally comprises several circulating, independently drivable row pushers which can transport the piece goods in the direction of transport through the buffer area.
Chain for grain elevators
A paddle bracket with superior durability and a grain elevator chain including such a paddle bracket are disclosed. The paddle brackets are used to connect paddles for moving the grain to the chain. Each paddle bracket has a brace portion for giving additional support to the intermediate portion of the bracket between the portion of the paddle bracket that connects to the other links in the chain and that portion of the paddle bracket that attaches to the paddle. An austempering process for forming a bainitic microstructure in the paddle bracket to further enhance the strength of the paddle bracket is also disclosed.
Transport device for transporting pucks
The invention provides a transport device for transporting pucks which are configured for container transport, comprising a puck transport section for transporting pucks to and from a container treatment machine. The transport device comprises a puck buffer from which pucks can be coupled into the puck transport section and to which pucks decoupled from the puck transport section can be fed.
Tray conveyor
The present disclosure relates to a tray locator assembly for aligning one or more trays in a tray-based automated storage and retrieval system. The tray locator assembly may include one or more guide pin assemblies having one or more guide pins engaging with one or more slots formed in a surface of at least one tray of the one or more trays. The tray locator assembly may further include at least one translational actuator to move the one or more guide pins inserted into the one or more slots so as to translate the at least one tray, wherein the translation of the at least one tray separates a second group of trays having a second size from a first group of trays having a first size along the conveyance plane to a second position in order to reduce tolerance stack up associated with the first group of trays.
Object transportation apparatus
The present invention relates to an object transportation apparatus for transferring articles from a supply device to a take-away device, comprising at least two, preferably three, transportation belts that are arranged above one another in their width directions and that each have a separate drive; a plurality of reception elements of which at least one is arranged at each of the transportation belts and that serve to receive the articles to be transported; and a screw element that is configured to cooperate with the plurality of reception elements to transfer an article to be transported to one of the plurality of reception elements in a transfer zone or to take it over from one of the plurality of reception elements, wherein the screw element has a first section having an unchanging diameter and a second section having a diameter larger in comparison at which the screw element cooperates with the plurality of reception elements.
Modular sortation units, systems, and methods
