A transfer system for piece objects includes a pushing device and a main conveyor with a conveying region. The pushing device includes first and second pushing members. The transfer system includes a supply zone, which is behind the conveying region in a pushing direction. In an initial position of the pushing device, the first pushing member is between the conveying region and the supply zone and the second pushing member is behind the supply zone in the pushing direction. In an end position of the pushing device, the first pushing member is in front of the conveying region in the pushing direction and the second pushing member is between the conveying region and the supply zone. The first pushing member, between the initial position and the end position, is at a fixed spacing to, and in front, of the second pushing member in the pushing direction.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PACKAGING SACHETS
Packaging apparatus of sachets comprising a primary packaging unit, a secondary packaging unit, and a transfer unit interposed between the primary and the secondary packaging units in order to transfer the sachets between the primary and secondary packaging units, wherein the transfer unit comprises at least three transfer drawers disposed one after the other, selectively movable independently along a closed-ring path between a reception station and a delivery station and vice versa, each of the transfer drawers being configured to contain a first number of sachets and the transfer unit comprising a removal member associated with the delivery station and configured to remove from one or more of the transfer drawers a second number of sachets and to supply them to the secondary packaging unit. The present invention also concerns a method for packaging sachets.
System for distributing objects
Disclosed is a system for distributing objects designed to be inserted between an upstream machine delivering an input flow of objects in single-row form and a downstream machine requiring an output flow of objects in a controlled multiple-row form, including a conveyor belt that is configured to support and drive the objects in the direction of the flow, a deflector configured to deflect the input flow toward one of the rows of the output flow, and a unit for creating streams, configured to separate the input flow into streams of a predetermined quantity of objects, the unit for creating streams being placed immediately upstream from the rows of the output flow. Also disclosed is a method for distributing objects using such a system.
Conveyor transfer assembly
A conveyor system with a pop-up transfer assembly for transferring articles off the end of conveyor belt having protrusions extending above the belt's outer conveying surface. The transfer assembly is cantilevered over the reversing path of the conveyor belt from a pivot. When a protrusion from the belt hits the transfer assembly, the transfer assembly pivots away from the belt about the pivot. When the protrusion is clear, the transfer assembly drops, by gravity, back to its home position proximate the belt. A bilateral transfer assembly is cantilevered in opposite directions to transfer articles off the end of one conveyor belt onto another conveyor belt that may or may not have protrusions. The transfer assembly can have powered driving surfaces to aid the transfer of articles.
Transport section, method for adjusting and/or readjusting at least one transport track within a transport section, and packaging facility
The invention relates to device, method and packaging facility having a transport section (17) for feeding article arrangements (5) in a transport direction (TR) to a packaging module (18). The transport section (17) comprises a transfer plate (15), on which the articles (2) of the article arrangements (5) are movable in a sliding manner. Located above the transfer plate (15) are pushing devices (16) for moving the articles (2) on the transfer plate (15), with the pushing devices (16) being movable in transport direction (TR) at least in some areas. The transport section (17) furthermore comprises outer guide elements (20) and inner guide elements (21) disposed on the transfer plate (15), with the outer guide elements (20) laterally delimiting the transport section (17) and, with the inner guide elements (21) being readjustable by at least one readjustment mechanism that is disposed at least partly below the transfer plate (15).
DEVICE FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING RAIL-GUIDED SUSPENDED CONVEYOR SYSTEMS
A system for transferring units to/from conveying units of a rail-guided suspended conveyor system includes at least one transfer conveying device with one or more first conveying units with a rack with tines which form a receptacle for bearing an individual unit; and a suspended conveyor system with a plurality of second conveying units with a rack with tines which form a receptacle for bearing an individual unit. The system is configured such that in a transfer zone a rack of a first conveying unit of the transfer conveying device and a rack of a second conveying unit of the suspended conveyor system penetrate by meshing so with movement of the first and the second conveying unit relative to another either an individual unit initially on the rack of the first conveying unit remains on the rack of the second conveying unit, or an individual unit initially on the rack of the second conveying unit remains on the rack of the first conveying unit.
SEPARATING ELEMENT FOR THE OPERATION OF A TRANSPORT DEVICE
A separating element operates a transport device, which is configured to pile a plurality of partial book blocks for forming a book block along a book channel associated with the transport device, the finished piled book block being feedible to a processing machine. The book channel includes at least one transfer portion. At least one first separating element is arranged within the transport device as a link between an upstream transfer portion and a downstream transfer portion. The first separating element is configured to be operated by at least one drive and is configured to: receive a partial book block fed horizontally from the upstream transfer portion, horizontally transport the partial book block onward via the conveying portion formed by the first separating element, and then horizontally hand the partial book block over to the downstream transfer portion in keeping with a cycle.
Conveying apparatus with buffering unit
A conveying apparatus having a buffering unit extending between a receiving end and output end, including, a base conveyor, a distributing unit adapted to distribute a at least one incoming line of articles received at the receiving end into buffering lanes configured onto the base conveyor, and including a first closed loop track at the receiving end of the base conveyor. The first closed loop track having a distributing lugs, an accumulator unit extending away through the buffering to accumulate positioned on a base conveyor and oriented generally transversally to the first closed loop track, the second closed loop track including a plurality of accumulating lugs, Articles received at the buffering unit are moved along by distributing lugs and dropped into buffering lanes merging into a output lane, and having a second closed loop track on a base conveyor oriented transversally to the first closed loop track having accumulating lugs.
