CUP PLACING DEVICE FOR PLANTING CUP
The present invention relates to the technical field of planting, in particular to a cup-loading device for planting cups, which includes a profile bracket, a horizontal driving mechanism, a pressing mechanism and a planting cup grasping mechanism fixed at an output end of the pressing mechanism, wherein the horizontal driving mechanism and the pressing mechanism are disposed on the profile bracket, an output end of the horizontal driving mechanism is connected to the pressing mechanism so that the pressing mechanism move horizontally along the profile bracket, and the planting cup grasping mechanism includes a plurality of mechanical clamping jaws and a guide device for adjusting a spacing between adjacent mechanical clamping jaws. In the prevent invention, the pressing mechanism moves to the arranged planting cups through the horizontal driving mechanism, the planting cup grasping mechanism is pushed downward by the pressing mechanism to touch the planting cup, to realize automatic grasping of the planting cups, and then the planting cups are arranged at equal distances according to the requirements through the guide device on the planting cup grasping mechanism, and then accurately fill in the planting plate through the pressing mechanism, so that the cups can be steadily clamped and accurately placed on the planting plate with equal intervals.
Pallet robot with scissor lift
The invention relates to a handling device (1), having a drive carriage (2) that is movable relative to a carrier (3), wherein a scissor lift (7) having a plurality of scissor-lift members (8) is arranged with its first end on the drive carriage (2), wherein a carrier plate (11) that is movable relative to the drive carriage (2) by means of the scissor lift (7) is arranged at the second end of the scissor lift (7), wherein: a gripping tool is arranged on the carrier plate (11), the scissor-lift members (8) are hollow throughout and are sealingly interconnected in order to actuate the gripping tool by means of a gaseous medium.
TRANSFER DEVICE OF A TRANSPORT SYSTEM
A transfer device for self-propelling workpiece trolleys of a transport system allows ends of one or more route sections to be continuously or intermittently connected. The ends of the route sections are either connected via transfer sections that are rigid and bent at least in sections, or a transfer section—which can be moved along a straight or curved track curve and supporting one or more workpiece trolleys—can be temporarily arranged before the ends of the route sections, which transfer section can be moved back and forth between the ends via a driveable gear unit. At least one transfer device for a transport and/or processing system is developed, with which the workpiece trolleys are transferred from one route section to another.
Semiconductor wafer handling and transport
A substrate processing system including at least two vertically stacked transport chambers, each of the vertically stacked transport chambers including a plurality of openings arranged to form vertical stacks of openings configured for coupling to vertically stacked process modules, at least one of the vertically stacked transport chambers includes at least one transport chamber module arranged for coupling to another transport chamber module to form a linear transport chamber and another of the at least two stacked transport chambers including at least one transport chamber module arranged for coupling to another transport chamber module to form another linear transport chamber, and a transport robot disposed in each of the transport chamber modules, where a joint of the transport robot is locationally fixed along a linear path formed by the respective linear transport chamber.
Transport device having transport rake and counter rake
A transport device to transport items that includes a transport rake having at least one tine, and a counter rake having at least one tine. The counter rake is adjustable relative to the transport rake in a transport direction, clamping an item to be transported between the at least one tine of the transport rake and the at least one tine of the counter rake. At least one of the transport rake or counter rake connects to a transport element. The transport element is moveable linearly in the transport direction. The transport device further includes a drive system comprising a corresponding drive element that is not connected to the transport element.
Tray feeder tray pulling mechanism
A tray feeder mechanism comprising a plurality of trays within a tray feeder, each tray including a tray handle, and a gripper positioned within a gripping area defined by the tray handles, wherein the gripper is configured to remove a tray from the tray feeder when the tray feeder stops.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION SYSTEM FOR CONNECTING A PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD TO A PLUG CONNECTOR BY WAY OF AN ELECTICAL CONNECTION DEVICE
An electrical connection device for connecting a plug, preferably a HV pin header, to a printed circuit board in a motor vehicle, having the following: at least one first electrical connection-device for contacting at least one assigned plug-connector contact; at least one second electrical connection-device contact for contacting at least one assigned printed-circuit-board contact wherein at least one first connection-device contact at least one second connection-device contact are connected to one another, wherein the electrical connection device is configured in such a manner that at least one printed-circuit-board contact is able to be selectively connected to assigned plug-connector contacts which differ in terms of the relative disposal thereof in relation to the printed-circuit-board contact and/or differ from one another in that said plug-connector contacts are a component part of plug connectors which differ from one another in terms of the configuration of the respective plug-connector contacts thereof.
Transport vehicle and transport facility
A transport vehicle (2) that travels along a container shelf (1) provided with a plurality of levels of shelf portions (11) arranged in a vertical direction (Z) and configured to support containers (W), thereby transporting the containers (W). The transport vehicle (2) is provided with a support region where a container (W) is supported, a first transfer apparatus (23) that inserts/takes the container (W) into/out of the container shelf (1), and a second transfer apparatus (24) that loads/unloads the container (W) on/from the support region. The second transfer apparatus (24) is configured such that a container (W) can be moved to the support region so as to allow a plurality of the containers (W) to be supported in a stacked state in the support region.
Apparatus for unscrambling randomly arranged containers
An apparatus for unscrambling articles includes a transport system for transporting randomly-arranged articles on a transport plane and a system for extracting articles arranged with a predefined orientation and/or position. Devices for picking and releasing the articles are configured to pick up the articles randomly arranged on the transport system and release them to an extraction system with a predefined orientation and/or position. A detection system is designed to detect position and arrangement of the articles in transit and to provide information for controlling gripping and release devices, while a unit for processing and controlling components and drives of the apparatus is designed to receive the position and/or arrangement information of the articles and to control the gripping and release devices. The pick and release devices include a robot for picking up articles only from the first section, and a robot for picking up articles only from the second section.
Method and System for Coil Stacking
A method and system for stacking coils in which a coil stacker lifting head can be used to raise one or more coils from a conveyor assembly. The coil stacker lifting head can be automatically actuated using a actuating cylinder and a counter balance cylinder. The coil stacker lifting head can include an expanding mandrel to grab opposite edges of the coil and lift the coil. One or more of the coils can be lifted from a conveyor assembly by the coil stacker lifting head. After the one or more coils are lifted, a carriage assembly can transport the lifted one or more coils to a desired position. Once the one or more coils reach the desired position, the one or more coils are lowered to a surface. Upon reaching the surface, the mandrel automatically collapses to release the one or more coils and the mandrel is released from the coils.
