A maintenance system is disclosed for assisting in maintaining an automated carrier system for moving objects to be processed. The maintenance system includes a plurality of automated carriers that are adapted to move on an array of discontinuous standard track sections, each said automated carrier including a carrier body that is no larger in either a length or width direction that a standard track section, and an automated maintenance carrier that is adapted to move on the array of discontinuous track sections, said automated maintenance system including a maintenance body that is larger in at least one of a length or width direction than the standard track section.
Transfer system for presses and press assembly
Proposed is a transfer system for presses, having at least two fastening units arranged opposite one another, wherein each of the fastening units in each case has a first fastening region. The transfer system further has a press transfer unit, consisting of two movement arms arranged opposite one another, as well as a crossbar connected thereto for receiving and for transporting, i.e. including setting down, a workpiece. Each of the movement arms has a first drive unit connected to the first fastening region, a first lever arm, a second drive unit, and a second lever arm. The first lever arm is connected at a first end thereof or between the first and a second end to the first drive unit, and at the second end thereof to the second drive unit. The second lever arm is rotatably connected at a first end thereof to the second drive unit, and is movably connected with a second end thereof to the crossbar. In addition, at least one energy-storing element is provided for each movement arm, which energy-storing element is formed and arranged in such a way that its force or a force component thereof points in the acceleration direction of the crossbar with or without. In an embodiment c1, a second fastening region is provided on the fastening unit, and the energy-storing element is connected directly or indirectly with a first end thereof to the second fastening region, and is fastened on a second end thereof at a specified region of the movement arm. In an additional or alternative embodiment c2, the energy-storing element is fastened with a first end to the first lever arm and with a second end thereof to the second lever arm.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROVIDING SINGULATION OF OBJECTS FOR PROCESSING .
A processing system including a singulation system is disclosed. The singulation system includes a conveying system for moving objects to be sorted from a source area along a first direction, a detection system for detecting objects at the conveying system, and for selecting certain selected objects for removal from the conveying system, and a removal system for removing the certain selected objects from the conveying system for providing a singulated stream of objects.
Mobile garment personalization kiosk
Embodiments provide for systems and methods related to kiosks for personalizing a packaged article. The kiosks may also be used for storage, inventory management, retrieval, packaging, and/or personalization of packaged articles. The kiosks discussed herein differ from non-kiosk personalization systems, such as personalization systems installed on a factory or warehouse floor, in that the kiosks are self-contained personalization systems. In some embodiments, the kiosks are portable and can be moved between different sites or events. This portability allows the kiosks to personalize packaged articles for concerts, festivals, conventions, trade shows, and the like.
Garment personalization kiosk with carousel retrieval system

STORAGE AND SORTING METHOD AND APPARATUS, CONTROL DEVICE AND STORAGE MEDIUM
The present invention provides a storage and sorting method and apparatus, a control device and a storage medium, and relates to the field of logistics. The storing and sorting apparatus of the present disclosure includes: a conveying device configured to convey articles; and at least one storage device, wherein the storage device is located over the conveying device, and is configured to obtain and store the articles conveyed on the conveying device in a storage phase, and release the stored articles to the conveying device in a sorting phase.
Conveyor tunnel oven
A conveyor tunnel oven incorporating a baking case opened by longitudinal and oppositely longitudinal food passage ports; a first conveyor extending through the at least baking case, the first conveyor being adapted for carrying the food item therethrough, a second conveyor supported at the oppositely longitudinal end of the baking case, the second conveyor being adapted for carrying the food item longitudinally toward or away from the food passage port; a third conveyor carried by the second conveyor, the third conveyor being adapted for carrying the food item laterally toward or away from the food passage port; a fourth conveyor carried by the third conveyor, the fourth conveyor being adapted for orbiting the food item; and a fifth conveyor carried by the fourth conveyor, the fifth conveyor having food item engaging arms and being adapted for moving the food item upwardly or downwardly.
Automated container retrieval and delivery systems
Systems, methods, and apparatuses are disclosed for automated container retrieval and delivery systems. In one embodiment, an example container handling system may include a platform, a first rotatable arm disposed on a lower side of the platform, where the first rotatable arm is offset from a front end of the platform, a motor configured to rotate the first rotatable arm from a first position to a second position, and a first wheel disposed at a distal end of the first rotatable arm. The container handling system may be configured to raise a container from an angled position to a horizontal position, and the container may be in the horizontal position when the first rotatable arm is in the second position.
Transfer unit and method for transferring blister packs
Blister packs in a first and a second pick position are arranged one behind the other in a longitudinal row, which is parallel to a longitudinal center plane of the transfer unit and which extends in an area of the longitudinal center plane. The first blister pack in the first pick position is picked, moved, and placed in the first place position from above. The second blister pack in the second pick position is also picked, moved, and placed in the second place position from above. The blister packs in the first and second place positions are arranged with a lateral offset relative to the longitudinal center plane, and the blister packs in the first and second place positions are rotated 180° around their centers in comparison to their orientation in the first and second pick positions.
