Item de-binning systems and methods
Systems and methods capable of transferring items from a bin are described. A de-binning system includes an item transfer apparatus including a transfer conveyor configured to move a conveyor belt surface, and a bin sub-frame coupled to the transfer conveyor and configured to receive a bin. While an item-containing bin is secured to the bin sub-frame, the bin sub-frame and the transfer conveyor are inverted to transfer the items onto the transfer conveyor, which can move the items onto a second conveyor belt. Various aspects of the present systems and methods prevent damage to the surface of delicate items being transferred.

Embodiments provide for systems and methods related to kiosks for personalizing a packaged article. The kiosks may also be used for storage, inventory management, retrieval, packaging, and/or personalization of packaged articles. Robotic System Having Shuttle
A robotic system includes a robot having a picking arm to grasp an inventory item and a shuttle. The shuttle includes a platform adapted to receive the inventory item from the picking arm of the robot. The platform is moveable between a pick-up location located substantially adjacent to the robot and an end location spaced a distance apart from the pick-up location. The system improves efficiency as transportation of the item from the pick-up location to the end location is divided between the robot and the shuttle.
Container layer gripping systems and methods
Container gripping systems and methods may include a plurality of arm assemblies and at least one fork assembly that are configured to align, grip, lift, transfer, and release a layer of containers between locations. Each of the plurality of arm assemblies and the at least one fork assembly of a container gripping apparatus may move between respective retracted positions, in which portions of containers are gripped or supported, and extended positions, in which portions of containers are released or unsupported. Further, a movement device, such as a robotic arm, may couple to a container gripping apparatus and may manipulate the apparatus to align, grip, lift, transfer, and release a layer of containers between locations.
Drive Through Facility
A drive through facility includes a repository, a drive through region having an entry and at least one exit, and at least partially circumventing the repository, and an interface system disposed between the repository and the drive through region. The interface system includes a shuttle system comprising a plurality of shuttles, each shuttle movable along a railing system extending along the drive through region, and a control system, operably coupled to the shuttle system. The control system is configured to automatically move a shuttle along the railing system to a first position, upon entry of a vehicle in the drive through region, operably enable the shuttle to receive an order from a user of the vehicle at the first position, automatically move the shuttle along the railing system to a second position, and operably enable the shuttle to fulfill the order from the repository at the second position.

A robotic singulation system is disclosed. In various embodiments, sensor data image including data associated with an item present in a workspace in a workspace is received. The sensor data is used to determine and implement a plan to autonomously operate a robotic structure to move and place the item singly in a corresponding location in a singulation conveyance structure. The plan takes into consideration an attribute of the item determined based at least in part on the sensor data.
Access mat washing systems and related methods
A mat washing system includes: a structural mainframe; a mat washing station; a conveyor structured to translate a mat, while the mat is an upright position, along the structural mainframe through the mat washing station; and a mat loading swing arm on the structural mainframe and structured to grip a fouled mat, which in use is stacked on or adjacent a mat loading zone of the structural mainframe, and tilt the fouled mat onto the conveyor into the upright position. A method involves using a mat washing system to wash a fouled mat.
