APPARATUS FOR RECEIVING AND DEPOSITING PLANT POTS WHICH STAND IN ROWS
The present invention includes an apparatus (2) for receiving and depositing plant pots (26) which stand in rows, having at least two receiving channels (4) that are arranged in parallel beside each other and which extend in an extent direction (R) and are provided with lateral delimitations (6). In order to improve the adjustment possibility of the channel width (24) of the receiving channels (4) with an adjustment apparatus (14), the lateral delimitations (6) are supported in a laterally displaceable and rotationally secure manner on a displacement member (16) which is orientated transversely relative to the extent direction (R) of the receiving channels (4), the lateral delimitations (6) be connected to an adjustable coupling rod linkage (18), the coupling rod linkage (18) form the adjustment apparatus (14), and the coupling rod linkage (18) adjusts the channel width (24) of all the receiving channels (4) by the same value.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION SYSTEM FOR CONNECTING A PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD TO A PLUG CONNECTOR BY WAY OF AN ELECTICAL CONNECTION DEVICE
An electrical connection device for connecting a plug, preferably a HV pin header, to a printed circuit board in a motor vehicle, having the following: at least one first electrical connection-device for contacting at least one assigned plug-connector contact; at least one second electrical connection-device contact for contacting at least one assigned printed-circuit-board contact wherein at least one first connection-device contact at least one second connection-device contact are connected to one another, wherein the electrical connection device is configured in such a manner that at least one printed-circuit-board contact is able to be selectively connected to assigned plug-connector contacts which differ in terms of the relative disposal thereof in relation to the printed-circuit-board contact and/or differ from one another in that said plug-connector contacts are a component part of plug connectors which differ from one another in terms of the configuration of the respective plug-connector contacts thereof.
X-RAY INSPECTION DEVICE AND X-RAY INSPECTION SYSTEM
An X-ray inspection device is disclosed. The present X-ray inspection device includes an X-ray tube, a detector disposed so as to face the X-ray tube, and transfer devices, for simultaneous inspection of at least two objects to be inspected, transferring at least two objects to be inspected to an inspection position between the X-ray tube and the detector.
Manipulation head for objects
A seizing head for objects is described that includes a support frame adapted to be coupled to a manipulator robot, and a plurality of picking apparatuses arranged mutually flanked according to a predefined flanking direction and individually adapted to take and withhold at least one object, wherein each picking apparatus is installed on a respective mobile frame, which is slidably coupled to the support frame according to a sliding direction parallel to the flanking direction, and wherein the seizing head further includes a plurality of functionally independent activation devices, each of which is adapted to activate a respective mobile frame along said sliding direction.
Stocker
A stocker may include a load port which a cassette for receiving wafers is either loaded on or unloaded from, an aligner configured to align the wafers and to confirm identification codes of the wafers, a plurality of shelves each having slots for receiving the wafers, a first transfer robot having a first robot arm for transferring the wafers between the load port and the aligner and a second transfer robot having a second robot arm for transferring the wafers between the aligner and the shelves.
EQUIPMENT FRONT END MODULES INCLUDING MULTIPLE ALIGNERS, ASSEMBLIES, AND METHODS
A system includes an equipment front end module chamber, alignment pedestals housed within the equipment front end module chamber, and a load/unload robot at least partially housed within the equipment front end module chamber. The alignment pedestals include a first alignment pedestal having a first support surface and a second alignment pedestal having a second support surface, and the first support surface has a vertical offset and an overlap region having at least a partial overlap relative to the second support surface. The load/unload robot includes an arm, and vertically arranged blades attached to the arm. The vertically arranged blades include an upper blade configured to transfer a first substrate to the first alignment pedestal and a lower blade configured to transfer a second substrate to the second alignment pedestal.
END EFFECTOR WITH COMPRESSION WEDGE
Compression wedges bookend subgroups of carrier assemblies on an end effector for use in the packaging industry.
Transfer device
A transfer device includes a first parallel four-joint link mechanism in which base end portions of a pair of first links are rotatably connected to a first link base and distal end portions of the first links are rotatably connected to an intermediate link base, a second parallel four-joint link mechanism in which base end portions of a pair of second links are rotatably connected to the intermediate link base and distal end portions of the second links are rotatably connected to a second link base, and a belt transmission mechanism including a pair of first pulleys respectively connected to the first links, a second pulley connected to one of the second links, and a belt provided around the first pulleys and the second pulley. The belt transmission mechanism transmits a rotational driving force such that the first links and the second links rotate in opposite directions to each other.
TRANSFER CAROUSEL WITH DETACHABLE CHUCKS
A transfer apparatus for use in a multiple processing region system is disclosed that includes a carousel that includes a hub having a plurality of transfer arms extending therefrom. Each of the transfer arms include a first end coupled to the hub and a second end, the second end comprising a component supporting region, and a plurality of electrical interface connections distributed about the component supporting region.
TROUGH MANIPULATOR AND METHOD FOR LIFTING OBJECTS AND TROUGH
This disclosure presents a manipulator for lifting objects and an upwards open container within which the objects are at least partly arranged. The manipulator includes a first object engaging device for engaging a first object, a second object engaging device for engaging a second object. The manipulation is configured for forcing the first and second objects apart when engaged by the first and second object engaging devices, such that the objects exert an internal force on the container. The disclosure also presents a method for lifting objects and an upwards open container.
