Method for automatically transferring spouted pouches and automatic pouch transferring assembly

A method for automatically transferring spouted pouches provides a simple, efficient approach for automatically loading spouted pouches from a container to a belt conveyor. And, an automatic pouch transferring assembly is also provided.

Systems and methods for pre-plating structural members

Pre-plating systems and related methods are disclosed. A pre-plating system includes a press, an infeed robot configured to deliver a structural member to the press, and an outfeed robot configured to remove the structural member from the press. The press is configured to secure a plate to the structural member while the structural member is held in position by at least one of the infeed robot or the outfeed robot. A pre-plating system includes a press, a transfer pedestal, a plate picking robot, and a press loading robot. The plate picking robot is configured to pick a plate from a container and position the plate on the transfer pedestal. The press loading robot is configured to transfer the plate to the press. The press is configured to press the plate into a structural member positioned within the press.

SYSTEM FOR REMOVING PACKAGING FILM FROM ARTICLE

A system for removing a product-packing film from a product having an axis in a longitudinal direction. The packing film surrounds lateral portions of the product. A first end of the packing film surrounding a first longitudinal end of the product is open. A second end of the packing film surrounding a second end of the product opposite the first end of the product is closed. In the system, a conveyor carries a plurality of products each packed with a packing film in a direction perpendicular to the axes of the products while supporting the products such that the axes of the products are parallel to each other. A suction unit draws the first end of the packing film in an axial direction of each of the products. A clamping unit clamps the first end of the packing film drawn by the suction unit.

WITHDRAWAL SYSTEM FOR WITHDRAWING ARTICLE FROM PACKAGING BOX

An article withdrawing system for withdrawing articles held in a packing box, the upper surface of which is opened. A first stage holds the packing box carried with the opened upper surface and reverses the packing box so that the articles held in the packing box falls down. A second stage supports and holds the falling-down articles. The first stage includes a support unit supporting and moving the packing box upward and downward, a box holding frame in which the support unit is mounted, a linear movement frame to which the box holding frame is rotatably coupled, a main frame in which the linear movement frame is coupled and supported to be linearly moved and is located and supported on the ground, and a first rotation driving means disposed in the linear movement frame and for rotating and driving the box holding frame.

Apparatus, system and method for orientating articles

A subsystem for orienting articles, the subsystem comprising a tool assembly comprising a carriage. A tool head has a first and a second article gripper rotationally coupled thereto. A first drive mechanism is coupled to the first article gripper. A second drive mechanism is coupled to the second article gripper. A sensor is configured to observe two adjacent articles. A controller is provided in communication with the first and second drive mechanisms and the sensor. The controller is configured to determine the orientation of each of the two adjacent articles and to control the first and second drive mechanisms to rotate each of the two adjacent articles to a predefined orientation.

Suction apparatus

A suction apparatus includes a suction unit, a negative pressure detection unit, a suction abnormality determination unit, and a notification unit. The suction unit suctions and holds merchandise with a negative pressure. The negative pressure detection unit detects a negative pressure value in the suction unit whenever the suction unit suctions the merchandise. The suction abnormality determination unit determines that the suction unit is abnormal in a case where the detected negative pressure value is lower in negative pressure degree than a predetermined suction determination negative pressure value continuously by a predetermined number of times of determination or more. The notification unit provides a notification in a case where the suction unit is determined to be abnormal.

Operating device for a handling device

An operating device for a handling device, with a gripping section and a coupling for a gripping device, with at least a part of the coupling being at or in the gripping section, so that it is rotatable about an axis of rotation, with a reading device for reading out an information carrier with coded data being placed on the side of the griping section facing the coupling, where the reading device is designed to read out an information carrier of a gripping device coupled to the coupling regardless of the rotational position of the coupling.
