Glazing panel handling system
A support structure (21) supports a glazing panel in a laid down attitude at a support zone. The structure provides access permitting a technician to move bodily into and/or out of the support zone and/or one or more support elements having a respective locating formation for locating the glazing panel with respect to the support structure such that the glazing panel can be tilted or pivotally moved with respect to the support structure. The structure provides for improved handling of glazing panels.
Device having pivotable compartments
A device, which is designed as a compartmented trolley or compartmented rack and which has compartments for accommodating sheet-type objects (glass panes), comprises a base rack (2), on which a plurality of frames (4) projecting upward are arranged. Each of the frames (4) contains rods (5), which are arranged parallel to one another and at a distance from one another in the frame (4). The rods (5) delimit compartments for accommodating the objects in the device (1). The frames (4) having rods (5) that delimit the compartments are pivotably supported on the base rack (2), wherein the pivoting axes (8) are arranged at the lower end of the frames (4) in the region of the base rack (2). The objects that are accommodated in compartments delimited by the rods (5) in the frames (4) rest with their bases, i.e. the lower horizontal edges, on sliding surfaces or rollers (7).
SOLAR MODULE ARRAY PRE-ASSEMBLY METHOD AND APPARATUS
The present invention is directed to an apparatus for stacking a plurality of solar module arrays each having a plurality of solar panels. The apparatus includes a lower portion disposed on top of a first solar panel support channel corresponding to a first solar module array, and an upper portion for supporting a second solar panel support channel corresponding to a second solar module array, wherein the second solar module array is stacked above the first solar module array.
Wire buffer device
The present disclosure provides a wire buffer device. The wire buffer device comprises: a frame; and multiple of support layers provided to the frame and arranged in layers. Each of the support layers includes multiple sections of wires that support a substrate. The multiple sections of wires are in the form of at least one integrated wire. The wire buffer device further includes at least one transmission structure. Said at least one transmission structure drives each of said at least one integrated wire to perform a reciprocating motion so that at least a part of each of said at least one integrated wire moves into or moves out from the frame. For the wire buffer device, work operability is improved, and secondary contamination to the device is avoided.
PLATE WAREHOUSING DEVICE AND INBOUND AND OUTBOUND METHOD APPLIED THERETO
A plate warehousing device, including a photographing mechanism, a plate transferring mechanism, a weighing mechanism, a receiving mechanism, a storage mechanism, discharging mechanism and a control processor. The receiving mechanism is configured to receive a target plate. The plate transferring mechanism is configured to transfer the target plate among the receiving mechanism, the storage mechanism, the weighing mechanism and the discharging mechanism. The storage mechanism is configured to store the target plate after being put into a warehouse. The weighing mechanism is configured to acquire a weight of the target plate. The photographing mechanism is configured to photograph a target surface of the target plate to obtain an image of the target surface. The discharging mechanism is configured to receive the target plate from the plate transferring mechanism. An inbound and outbound method applied to the plate warehousing device is also provided.
Equipment for the logistics of slab-shaped articles
Equipment for the logistics of slab-shaped articles comprising one supplying plane of at least one slab-shaped article, one robotic gripping group of the slab-shaped article, a (tangible) movement component/unit/device/machine (or the like) of the gripping group along one direction of movement, a plurality of temporary storage stations of the slab-shaped article, one supporting frame of the slab-shaped article supported as an integral part to the movement component/unit/device/machine, and one unloading station of the supporting frame, wherein the gripping group is adapted to: take the slab-shaped article from the supplying plane, place the slab-shaped article on one of the storage stations, and take the slab-shaped article from one of the storage stations to place it on the supporting frame.
Apparatus and method for transporting articles
Provided is an apparatus for transporting articles that can effectively treat numerous articles. The apparatus for transporting articles comprises: a frame; a first transport mounting portion connected to the frame and configured to support a first-class article from below; a second transport mounting portion connected to the frame, disposed over the first transport mounting portion and configured to support the first-class article from below; a third transport mounting portion connected to the frame, disposed over the second transport mounting portion and configured to support a second-class article different from the first-class article from below. The first transport mounting portion operates independently of the second and third transport mounting portions, and the second transport mounting portion and the third transport mounting portion operate simultaneously.
