SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR REDIRECTING AIRFLOW IN TRANSPORT SYSTEMS
Systems and methods for managing airflow across a transport system are provided. The transport system includes a main transport pipe connected to a collection area configured to collect objects and materials transported through the transport system. The systems and methods also include a branch transport pipe connected to the main transport pipe and a loading station and a loop riser pipe connecting between the main transport pipe and the branch transport pipe. The systems and methods also include a redirector configured to regulate airflow to at least one of the loop riser pipe or the main transport pipe.
Part feeder and part supply method
The present invention relates to a part feeder supplying a plurality of parts, the part feeder including part supply members having a part loading path enabling the plurality of parts to be loaded in a state where postures of the plurality of parts are lined up. A part passage is provided to a first end of the part loading path, the part passage enabling the plurality of parts to pass while maintaining a fixed posture for each, and in which a gas passage is provided to a second end of the part loading path, the gas passage not enabling the plurality of parts to pass and enabling in- and outflow of a gas. The present invention, accordingly, enables reduction of equipment costs of a part feeder. The present invention is particularly advantageous for a device supplying rubber stoppers.

Method and system for sealing products in a pneumatic tube carrier
A pneumatic tube system, including at least one system control module for controlling delivery of a pneumatic carrier through pneumatic tubing. The system includes at least one pneumatic tube station having a sealer, the sealer includes a heating pad and a sealing strip, where the sealer automatically grips the open end within the heating pad and the sealing strip upon insertion of the bag into the system. In one example, the sealer creates a vacuum to extract air from an interior space of the bag. The sealer applies heat to the open end to seal the bag. The system includes at least one pneumatic tube station configured for sending at least one carrier, the at least one sending pneumatic tube station being in signal communication with the at least one system control module, where the at least one carrier is sent through the system by pneumatic tubing.
