Cold spray powder feeders with in-situ powder blending
A powder feeder for a cold spray system includes a rotatable drum body, a housing surrounding the drum body, and a support structure. The support structure couples to the housing and supports the housing such that the drum body rotates about a rotation axis to provide in-situ blending of powder disposed within an interior of the drum body.
Rotary airlock device and system for moving and placing granulate material
A system for moving and placing granulate is provided together with a rotary airlock device. The system has a housing mountable to a trailer with cabinet located on a side of the housing with a compressor, at least one back compartment located on a back side of the housing. The compartment has a rotary airlock device in communication with the compressor. The compressor feeds air to the rotary airlock device under pressure, and an actuatable feeder located on the back side of the housing receives granulate and feeds the granulate to the rotary airlock device.
DOME VALVE ADJUSTABLE TOP PLATE
A valve with a valve upper plate defining an inlet, a valve body defining an outlet, and a fluid passage. A closure member is disposed in the fluid passage between the inlet and the outlet and has a convex sealing surface and is rotatable between a closed position in which the closure member extends across the fluid passage with the convex sealing surface oriented towards the inlet and an open position in which fluid is able to flow through the fluid passage from the inlet to the outlet. A resilient sealing ring, when the closure member is in the closed position, is moveable between a first configuration in which the sealing ring forms a seal around a circumference of the convex sealing surface and a second configuration in which the valve comprises a circumferential gap between the convex sealing surface and the sealing ring.
Powder Supply Device
A powder supply device that continuously supply a fixed amount of powder, including a powder accommodation container including a powder delivery hole in an circular outer shape bottom plate, and a disk that continuously rotates and conveys the powder by a groove facing the powder delivery hole and provided on circumference, wherein the disk is disposed to be slidably rotatable with respect to the circular outer shape bottom plate in a state in which a part of a region where the groove is located is covered with the circular outer shape bottom plate of the powder accommodation container.
VALVE WITH PRESSURE SEAL PROTECTION
Disclosed is a valve for use in particulate material processing. The valve has a rotatable closure member having a convex sealing surface and a resilient sealing ring moveable between a first configuration in which the sealing ring forms a seal around a circumference of the convex sealing surface; and a second position in which a circumferential gap is defined between the convex sealing surface and the sealing ring. The valve body defines a fluid-directing surface extending around the fluid passage between the inlet and the sealing ring to define an annular clearance which tapers towards the sealing ring and becomes narrower than the annular gap. When there is a pressure drop across the valve and before the closure member is moved to fully open the valve, material flowing through the valve experiences a dynamic pressure rise towards the circumferential gap, decreasing flow velocity and wear.

Continuous concentrate feeding equipment
A continuous concentrate feeding equipment of the present invention, which can supply the concentrate to a smelting furnace continuously when the concentrate is received, includes a pressure-adjusting tank that temporarily accumulates granular concentrate; a lift tank that receives the concentrate from the pressure-adjusting tank and discharges the concentrate to a smelting furnace; an air passage for introducing compressed air into the pressure-adjusting tank and the lift tank, respectively; and control means for controlling the compressed air, and the concentrate is continuously supplied from the lift tank to the smelting furnace even when the lift tank receives the concentrate from the pressure-adjusting tank by the control means.
Pellet transfer system
Disclosed is a system for transferring fuel pellets from one container which may be at a location external to a building to a second container which may be at a location in an interior of the building. The system may include a first container positioned at a location remote from the building and a second container positioned proximate to the building. The first and second containers are connected to one another to permit the transfer of fuel pellets from the first container to the second container by a pneumatic apparatus.

ROTARY AIRLOCK DEVICE AND SYSTEM FOR MOVING AND PLACING GRANULATE MATERIAL
A system for moving and placing granulate is provided. A housing is mountable to a trailer and has at least one cabinet located on a side of the housing with a compressor, at least one back compartment located on a back side of the housing, wherein the at least one back compartment has at least one rotary airlock device in communication with the compressor, wherein the compressor feeds air to the rotary airlock device under pressure, an actuatable feeder located on the back side of the housing, wherein the feeder when in an open position receives granulate and feeds the granulate to the at least one rotary airlock device, and a hose mount located on the housing and in communication with a bottom portion of the at least one rotary airlock, wherein when the compressor is actuated, the granulate is fed from the feeder, through the at least one rotary airlock and out through the house mount into a hose to place the granulate in a predetermined place.
