A diverter valve for conveying material to be conveyed, the diverter valve being cleanable using a method for CIP cleaning, comprises a housing with at least three passage openings to feed or discharge the material to be conveyed, the passage openings defining a conveying plane. The diverter valve further comprises a rotary part having an axis of rotation and an outer contour designed conically in relation to the axis of rotation at least in sections, the rotary part being arrangeable in the housing in a sealed manner, the rotary part being displaceable along the axis of rotation in an axially driven manner and being arranged such as to be drivable for rotation about the axis of rotation, the axis of rotation being oriented perpendicular to the conveying plane, a passage duct arranged in the rotary part, which—depending on a rotary position of the rotary part—connects in each case two passage openings for conveying material along the passage duct through the diverter valve. The CIP cleaning method of a diverter valve of this type comprises the pulling back and rotating the rotary part into an intermediate position to clean and then dry the diverter valve intensively. A particular feature is the embodiment configured without drainage in the housing of the diverter valve.

Material diverter and separator
A material diverter for separating bulk goods includes a housing containing an inlet and at least two outlets, as well a guide element located between the inlet and the outlets that is pivotable about a pivot bearing in order to guide the material flow to one of the outlets. The material diverter further includes a pivot drive for pivoting the guide element, in order to align it between the inlet and one of the outlets. The housing includes a door that can be moved on the housing or removed therefrom. A first bearing element in the pivot bearing is located on the housing, and a second bearing element in the pivot bearing is located on the door. The guide element is received in the first and/or second bearing element such that it can be removed therefrom to facilitate servicing and cleaning of the material diverter and the guide element.
Material diverter and separator
A material diverter for separating bulk goods includes a housing containing an inlet and at least two outlets, as well a guide element located between the inlet and the outlets that is pivotable about a pivot bearing in order to guide the material flow to one of the outlets. The material diverter further includes a pivot drive for pivoting the guide element, in order to align it between the inlet and one of the outlets. The housing includes a door that can be moved on the housing or removed therefrom. A first bearing element in the pivot bearing is located on the housing, and a second bearing element in the pivot bearing is located on the door. The guide element is received in the first and/or second bearing element such that it can be removed therefrom to facilitate servicing and cleaning of the material diverter and the guide element.
Vacuum conveying system for bulk material, in particular plastic granules
A vacuum conveying system has at least two storage locations and at least two consumers connected by supply conduits and discharge conduits to each other. A vacuum source is provided that produces a vacuum flow/air flow. A central material conduit is provided with valves, wherein the supply conduits and the discharge conduits each have one of the valves associated therewith. The valves actuate conveying paths of bulk material from the at least two storage locations to the at least two consumers. The valves have a first position and a second position, wherein in the first position the valves open the material conduit to provide a through passage. In the second position, the valves supply the vacuum flow/air flow to the central material conduit or conduct the vacuum flow/air flow away from the central material conduit.
Particulate stream splitting and diverting assembly
A particulate stream splitting and diverting assembly for splitting a stream of grain includes a pipe, which comprises a first section and a pair of second sections. Each second section extends transversely from a bottom of the first section so that the pipe is Y-shaped. A diverter is positioned in the pipe proximate to a junction of the first section and the pair of second sections. The diverter is configured to selectively split a stream of particulates into a pair of substreams of particulates as the stream passes from the first section to the pair of second sections.
