Method and apparatus for stacking lumber

An assembly and method thereof creates a stack of objects. The assembly has a diverted to move objects having a desired size from a first conveyor to a second conveyor. The diverted utilizes diversion plates. The second conveyor transfers the objects to an accumulator. The objects that are accumulate are squared and then moved to a raised position. A lift assembly then lifts the accumulated objects that were square and translates the objects to a queuing assembly. The process repeats to construct a stack of objects with multiple layers of objects. The created stack of objects may then be transferred to a subsequent destination for further use or processing.

Device and method for stacking cell components and a device and method for manufacturing a fuel cell layer structure

A cell component de-stacking device for vertically de-stacking separated cell components, including at least one vertical de-stacker with a vertical magazine for accommodating a plurality of the cell components in a vertical arrangement and with a lifting and lowering device for lifting and lowering the cell components in the vertical magazine and for de-stacking separated cell components in the vertical direction, and a delivery device for delivering separated cell components at a filling station to the vertical de-stacker. The vertical de-stacker is configured for filling the vertical magazine at the filling station by individually accommodating the cell components and moving them by means of the lifting and lowering device, and for being moved between the filling station and the stacking station, and for individually dispensing the cell components in the vertical direction at the stacking station by means of a downward movement.

APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR STACKING FOOD PORTIONS, IN PARTICULAR PATTIES
20250236476 · 2025-07-24 ·

The invention relates to an apparatus for stacking portions made of food mass, in particular patties, comprising a feeder conveyor belt for feeding the portions in a conveying direction and for dispensing the portions at one end of the feeder conveyor belt, a vertical conveyor arranged downstream from the feeder conveyor belt, for conveying the portions in a substantially vertical direction and having at least one substantially vertically movable platform for receiving portions downstream from the feeder conveyor belt. The vertical conveyor is so designed that at least one portion and in particular a plurality of stacked portions can be dispensed from the platform for further transport. The feeder conveyor belt is also mounted and drivable in such a way that the end of the conveyor belt facing the vertical conveyor can be moved vertically up or down in a continuous or intermittent manner while the portions are being conveyed.
