Stabilising device for stabilising articles during raising and grouping of the articles
Device for stabilising articles has a bar abuttable by the articles during raising upwards thereof in grouping operations. A support element of the abutting bar is predisposed so as to be coupled to vertical sliding guides so as to be freely slidable along the guides and enable displacement upwards of the abutting bar pushed by the articles when raised upwards during the grouping operations. The stabilising device further comprises a contact element, predisposed on the support element so as to be translatable with respect to the support element, and an activator of the contact element, activatable for moving the contact element from a non-operative position, at which the contact element is distant from the vertical sliding guides, to an operative position, at which the contact element is in contact with at least one of the vertical sliding guides.
BLISTER PACKAGE STACKER
A method for forming packages of blister packages including sealing a blister package with an item inside; moving the blister packages on a conveyor toward a blister package stacker; receiving the blister packages one at a time in a nest inlet of the blister package stacker and holding the received blister package in a nest assembly; inserting one blister package at a time into a bottom of a blister package collection tower section by upward movement of the blister; retaining the inserted package in the blister package collection tower section; and repeating the receiving, inserting, and retaining to form a stack of the blister packages in the blister package collection tower section.
Blister package stacker
A blister package stacker having a nest inlet for reception of blister packages from a conveyor, a nest assembly for holding one of the blister packages, and a blister package collection tower for storing a stack of the blister packages. The nest assembly is configured to insert one blister package at a time upward into a bottom of the blister package collection tower. The blister package stacker may have a push arm which pushes the stack of the blister packages from the collection tower into storage tubes.
Stacking storage arrangement
A stacking storage arrangement that includes multiple container receiving spaces; a loading space located below the container receiving spaces; and a frame arrangement arranged between the container receiving spaces and the loading space.
System or method for stacking containers
Exemplary systems and methods are disclosed for stacking containers in an automated storage and retrieval system. The system includes a plurality of storage stacks establishing a grid of storage locations and a plurality of buffering stacks. Each buffering stack having a hand-over location for holding containers near a surface of a grid and at least one intermediate holding location for holding the containers to be transported to processing stations or storage locations within the grid. An overhead load handler is configured to lift or lower containers from/to the top of a storage stack or the hand-over location of a buffering stack.
Method for Picking Mixed Products on a Target Pallet
Method for controlling picking of mixed products on a target pallet comprising the steps: Generation of a packing pattern by means of a packing pattern generator in dependence on the picking commission, providing the products on infeed conveyors, taking the products from the infeed conveyors by means of a grab head or the like in a predetermined sequence according to the packing pattern, placing the respective products in several product towers on a loading plate, wherein the towers are built approximately parallel to each other and are spaced from each other, wherein the area occupied by the towers on the loading plate is larger than the loading surface of a target pallet, pushing the towers together to the dimensions of the target pallet, transferring the pushed together product towers to the target pallet and discharging the picking pallet thus created.
Loading System for Palleting Mixed Products on a Target Pallet
Loading system for palletizing mixed products on a target pallet, having at least two infeed conveyors for the products to be palletized, at least one grab head which is configured to take at least one product from one of the infeed conveyors in a predetermined sequence and to stack it on a loading plate, via which at least one product stack can be transferred to the target pallet, wherein at least two, preferably more product stacks are arranged on the loading plate during stacking and which are arranged at a distance from one another.
Pallet Stacking System on a Structure, Pallet Rack or Similar, and Related Methods
A pallet stacking system on a structure comprises two sets of rotating levers and two axes of rotation, each axis of rotation corresponding to each set of rotating levers. The axes of rotation are inserted in a structure and parallel and at the same, with height between them, and at the same time the axes of rotation are separated by a distance, with sufficient free space for the passage of a horizontal pallet between them. The levers are distributed along the corresponding axis of rotation thereof and concentrically articulated about that same axis of rotation and with the capacity to rotate. The levers have a rest position, resulting in levers enabled at the same time to both receive and hold at least one pallet in the rest position.
Stacking storage arrangement
A stacking storage arrangement having multiple container receiving spaces that are arranged in multiple rows and columns, wherein a loading space in which at least one loading vehicle can be moved is arranged beneath the container receiving spaces. The operation of a stacking storage arrangement of this type is configured to be economical. For this purpose, it is provided that, at least outside of the loading space, the loading vehicle can be moved in a direction which forms any desired angle with a direction that runs parallel to the rows.
Stacking storage arrangement and method for operating a stacking storage arrangement
A stacking storage arrangement and method of operating stacking storage arrangement. The stacking storage arrangement includes multiple container receiving spaces and a loading space arranged below the container receiving spaces. A loading vehicle that is movable in the loading space includes a chassis and a container seat that is height-adjustable relative to the chassis. A holding device is arranged between each container receiving space and the loading space and a hold-open device is arranged on the chassis separately from the container seat.
