Plate storage assembly
A storage assembly (10) has a plurality of trays (14), each tray (14) being selectively moved from the storage position (FIG. 1) to an access position (FIG. 2). The assembly (10) includes a rack (12) which has a series of rails (13) at each end on which trays (14) are supported. The storage assembly (10) includes a loading device (16) including lifting arms (18). The lifting arms (18) support a cradle (20) that includes rails (22), and the cradle (20) is connected to the lifting arms (18) by rollers (23). The loading device (16) can access different trays (14) by being raised and lowered. Once the lifting device (16) is moved into position adjacent a tray (14), the tray can be moved from the stored position on the rack (12) to the access position on the cradle (20) via a drawing arm (35).
DESTACKER UNIT AND SYSTEM FOR DESTACKING OF OBJECTS
A destacker unit for a destacking system is for destacking objects with a flange that are stacked together, such as a stack of trays, containers, cups or other objects. A destacking system includes at least one destacker unit for repeated destacking of one tray at a time in a predetermined direction. A stack of objects each having a flange extending outwards along its perimeter may be destacked in a predetermined direction by rotational motion of the destacker unit. The destacker unit may include a wheel unit, having a threaded rotation axis, including: a lower surface for carrying the stacked objects, and an inclined member located above the lower surface and having an inclined upper surface and a bottom surface. The distance between the upper and bottom surface increases around at least a part of the periphery of the wheel unit. The thread orientation corresponds to the inclination of the surface.
Device for Feeding Product in Sheets into an Insertion Device Before a Digital Printer
The invention relates to a device for feeding products in sheets into an insertion device before a digital printer, including a lifting system for a stack of laminar elements, which in turn includes an extraction mechanism for the last board, an insertion system with an advance mechanism, a rotation system for the stack(s), a positioning stop, connected to an advance and reverse mechanism, a squaring and scaling station, able to create a loading and accumulating hopper, and a telescopically-adjustable transportation system, with the capacity to move the previously-scaled sheets until the insertion device is fed.
DE-STACKING DEVICE FOR SEPARATING LIDS
A de-stacking device includes a de-stacking element, a supporting element for supporting a lid stack, and a groove for receiving and discharging a separated lid. The groove is arranged on the de-stacking element and the supporting element. The de-stacking device further includes a separating element, which is arranged on a first end of the groove such that the lid can be separated from the lid stack and can be received by the groove.
Decorator assembly
A decorator assembly includes a cup holder assembly, a cup transfer assembly, and a decorator mandrel turret assembly. The cup holder assembly is structured to hold a number of cups in a nested, bottom leading configuration. The cup transfer assembly is structured to move cups from said cup holder assembly to a decorator mandrel turret assembly. The decorator mandrel turret assembly is structured to rotatably support a number of cups.
VESSEL DISPENSING SYSTEM
A system for dispensing vessels to an analyzer is disclosed. The system comprises a disc rotatable about an axis and comprising a groove, a drum arranged above and coupled to the disc to rotatable together about the axis, the drum comprising slots arranged along and around the axis, each slot comprising an input interface for stacking vessels in the slot and an output interface for dispensing the vessels, the output interface comprising a retainer, a crank translatable in a linear forwards and backwards direction orthogonal to the axis between a first, second, and third position. The crank comprises a pin for rotating the disc and bringing a slot into a dispensing position upon translation between the first and second position, the crank comprising an actuator pin for actuating the retainer in the dispensing position upon translation of the crank between the second and third position to dispense the vessels.
DESTACKER WHEEL
A destacker wheel is provided for a denester where a stack of containers is destacked, one by one, by rotating or partly rotating the destacker wheel about an axis parallel to the stack of containers. The destacker wheel comprises a stack carrying surface for carrying the stack of containers connected to an inclined surface. A slit orthogonal to a rotation axis is provided between the carrying surface and the inclined surface. The slit has a height in a direction of the rotation axis corresponding to the thickness of a flange of the containers. An ejector surface follows below and at least partly behind the inclined surface in the direction of rotation. The ejector surface commences with an edge arranged substantially radially to the axis of rotation. The edge is above the level of the slit. The inclined surface has a side surface between the inclined surface and the slit.
Denesting Machine
An apparatus for denesting or destacking products from a stack, such as slices of bread or other foodstuffs has an input conveyor that advances a stack of products in an axial direction to a destacking mechanism such that the end product of the stack is presented to the destacking mechanism. The destacking mechanism comprises a rotating engagement member for engaging the end product of the stack in a direction that is offset from the axial direction to cause separation of the end product from the stack. A movable carriage receives the separated product from the engagement member and carries the separated product to an output conveyor.
