Device for dosing bulk material
A device for dosing bulk material, in particular plastic granules, for machines that process plastic granules, in particular for injection molding machines. The invention provides a bulk material feed (1), a material hopper (3) formed by multiple, preferably four, individually removable material hopper containers (2) and arranged under the bulk material feed (1) and ending in a dosing base device (4), and, optionally, a weighing container with a scale in the dosing base device (4). The individual material hopper containers (2) are arranged on a support spider (5) and the support spider (5) is formed by support spider plates (11) arranged vertically and perpendicular to one another. The support spider is mounted on the housing of the dosing base device (4). The support spider (5) has a height (h), which is at least the height (h.sub.1) of the material hopper container (2), which extends over the dosing base device (4), and corresponds to the immersion depth (h.sub.2) of the material hopper (3) into the dosing base device (4). A material hopper cover (6) is provided on the end of the support spider (5) facing away from the dosing base device (4).
APPARATUS FOR DISPENSING CONTENT
Disclosed is an adapter for dispensing content to minimize exposure to ambient air. The adapter introduces an inflatable sealing mechanism by comprising a container having open ends on top and bottom of the container, a piercing unit to perforate a seal of a factory sealed content bottle, a conduit configured to fluidize contents in the first factory sealed content bottle through providing inert gas, a cap coupled to the open end on top of the container and an inflatable bladder configured to seal the first factory sealed content bottle while transferring the contents into a second bottle or a valve. The adapter further introduces a thread engaging sealing mechanism by adding a screw thread inside an open neck on top of the container. The bottom of the container is coupled to a second bottle or a valve.
GAS DISTRIBUTOR FOR A POWDER PACKAGING INSTALLATION AND ASSOCIATED INSTALLATION
This gas distributor comprises at least one elongate crosspiece including two side walls, inclined on their upper parts, connected to one another in their respective upper parts and defining a gas circulation housing between them emerging downward. The gas distributor includes at least one reinforcing member arranged in the housing defined in the elongate crosspiece, the reinforcing member (34) including a central vertical plate that extends longitudinally in said housing and at least one bracket fastened transversely between the central vertical plate and the side wall of the elongate crosspiece.
GAS DISTRIBUTOR FOR A POWDER PACKAGING INSTALLATION AND ASSOCIATED INSTALLATION
This gas distributor comprises at least one elongate crosspiece including two side walls, inclined on their upper parts, connected to one another in their respective upper parts and defining a gas circulation housing between them emerging downward. The gas distributor includes at least one reinforcing member arranged in the housing defined in the elongate crosspiece, the reinforcing member (34) including a central vertical plate that extends longitudinally in said housing and at least one bracket fastened transversely between the central vertical plate and the side wall of the elongate crosspiece.
Article handling device
Provided is an article processing apparatus capable of improving waterproofness. An article processing apparatus (1) includes: a storage case (130) which stores an electric circuit portion and has an opening (131) at a side surface (130c) thereof; and a lid (140) which seals the opening (131), in which the storage case (130) has an upper surface (130a) which is inclined downward toward the side surface (130c) side, and an amount of protrusion of a lower end (E) of the upper surface (130a) from the side surface (130c) is greater than an amount of protrusion of the lid (140) from the side surface (130c).
Article handling device
Provided is an article processing apparatus capable of improving waterproofness. An article processing apparatus (1) includes: a storage case (130) which stores an electric circuit portion and has an opening (131) at a side surface (130c) thereof; and a lid (140) which seals the opening (131), in which the storage case (130) has an upper surface (130a) which is inclined downward toward the side surface (130c) side, and an amount of protrusion of a lower end (E) of the upper surface (130a) from the side surface (130c) is greater than an amount of protrusion of the lid (140) from the side surface (130c).
Dispersion and supply device and combination weighing device
Provided is a dispersion and supply apparatus and a combination weighing apparatus capable of uniformly supplying articles to a plurality of positions from a dispersion table. A dispersion and supply apparatus 20 includes an acquisition unit 64 that acquires a load amount of an article on a dispersion table 22, a calculation unit 104 that calculates a deviation in a loading state of the article based on the load amount acquired by the acquisition unit 64, and a control unit 106 that controls a driving unit 30 such that a conveying direction of the article on the dispersion table 22 is changed based on the deviation in the loading state of the article calculated by the calculation unit 104.
Dispersion and supply device and combination weighing device
Provided is a dispersion and supply apparatus and a combination weighing apparatus capable of uniformly supplying articles to a plurality of positions from a dispersion table. A dispersion and supply apparatus 20 includes an acquisition unit 64 that acquires a load amount of an article on a dispersion table 22, a calculation unit 104 that calculates a deviation in a loading state of the article based on the load amount acquired by the acquisition unit 64, and a control unit 106 that controls a driving unit 30 such that a conveying direction of the article on the dispersion table 22 is changed based on the deviation in the loading state of the article calculated by the calculation unit 104.
Automatic apparatus for high speed precision portioning of granules by weight
An automated granule portioning system includes at least one volumetric measuring chamber capable of adjusting the volume of the chamber automatically to a programmed target volume and arranged to receive a first portion of granules into the chamber to fill the target volume. A transport system automatically delivers the target volume of granules from the chamber to a weighing device. A granule metering device dispenses granules and, depending on a signal from the weighing device that the first portion of granules is below a programmed target weight, dispenses granules to the first portion to increase the weight to achieve a second portion having the target weight.
Automatic apparatus for high speed precision portioning of granules by weight
An automated granule portioning system includes at least one volumetric measuring chamber capable of adjusting the volume of the chamber automatically to a programmed target volume and arranged to receive a first portion of granules into the chamber to fill the target volume. A transport system automatically delivers the target volume of granules from the chamber to a weighing device.
