A liner floor for use in a container liner is provided. The liner floor includes a floor portion arranged between a distal end and a proximal portion and the floor portion is configured for being arranged on a floor of the container. The floor portion includes a plurality of stacks of folded sections. The stacks are folded such that a top fold of one stack is connected to a bottom fold of a proximal neighbouring stack. A weight of the folded sections varies along the floor portion with each of the folded sections having at least the same weight as a proximal neighbouring folded section. Also provided are methods for unloading cargo from a container including a liner, and methods and apparatuses for loading cargo into a container.

BULK MATERIAL DISCHARGING
20220106135 · 2022-04-07 ·

A bulk material discharging system includes a transmission station including a transmitting vessel having a transmitting vessel inlet configured to receive bulk material from an outlet of a bulk material transporter, and a transmitting vessel outlet to transmit bulk material therefrom. The system also includes a transporter handling station located operatively upstream of the transmission station and including at least a portion of a transporter handler including at least one carriage with transporter couplings configured to engage corresponding carriage couplings of the bulk material transporter and configured to convey the bulk material transporter over the transmitting vessel.

BULK MATERIAL HANDLING METHODS, SYSTEMS, SUBSYSTEMS, AND APPARATUSES

A bulk material handling method includes: a) receiving and pneumatically conveying bulk material via pressurized dilute phase, dense phase, and/or hybrid dilute/dense phase, and/or vacuum drawn conveyance into bulk material containers (a112, c276); b) storing the bulk material in the containers (a112, c276); c) dispensing the bulk material from the containers (a112, c276) into a bulk material transporter (b100); d) transporting the transporter (b100) from the containers to a bulk material transmitting vessel (d240); and e) discharging the bulk material from the transporter (b100) into the transmitting vessel (d240), including releasing the bulk material from the transporter (b100) into the transmitting vessel (d240), and pneumatically transmitting the bulk material out of the transmitting vessel (d240) to downstream bulk material processing equipment. Discharging also may include rejecting the bulk material from the transporter (b100) to a waste container (W). A related system, subsystems, and apparatuses are also disclosed.

SYSTEM FOR CONTINUOUSLY LOADING UTILITY VEHICLES

A system for continuously loading utility vehicles with material may include a multiple chute that is switchable into different states to load different utility vehicles successively with material, at least two utility vehicles arranged in a front row and at least one utility vehicle in at least one subsequent row, wherein at least one utility vehicle in the front row is followed, counter to its direction of travel, by the utility vehicle unfilled in the subsequent row, a drive-through control system with each utility vehicle being assigned a drive-through control element, a presence sensor system with each utility vehicle being assigned a presence sensor, a material filling level-sensing system, wherein each utility vehicle in the front row is assigned a material filling level-sensing sensor, and a computer system for controlling the state of the multiple chute based on data from the presence sensor system and the material filling level-sensing system.

The present invention is a new apparatus to efficiently reclaim cement from a horizontal warehouse. This new reclaiming apparatus combines a mechanical cement reclaiming machine, a U Reclaimer Utility Device Apparatus, together with a reduced amount of open air slides, cement is pushed by a rotating chain with rakes on said reclaiming machine, cement is further fluidized through a porous media with low pressure air, cement flow is achieved by sloping said air slides to match the fluidized angle of repose of the powdered material. Further, the present invention introduces a conveying system, composed by a cascade of enclosed air slides and elevator machines, to convey the cement from the reclaiming area to the dispatch hopper. The introduction of these components, together with traditional cement stacking methods and dispatch systems, provides for a highly efficient manner of storing and reclaiming material from a horizontal storage facility.

A weigh hopper assembly including a plurality of adjacently aligned weigh hoppers connected via a frame, and longitudinal conveyor mechanism extending along a top portion of the weigh hopper assembly. Each weigh hopper has independent load cells in order to individually weigh the material discharged into the weigh hopper. The conveyor mechanism includes a plurality of gates along a bottom surface of the conveyor mechanism, each gate being aligned with a corresponding weigh hopper of the plurality of weigh hoppers. The conveyor mechanism is in turn connected to a plurality of product bins. A top portion of the conveyor mechanism is in communication with a plurality of product bins via a series of inlet chutes and gates. The weigh hoppers are aligned adjacent to each other and spaced so that each weigh hopper aligns with the transport vehicle.
