UNIAXIAL WINDING DEVICE
An uniaxial winding device is disclosed, which includes a body which is equipped with a main shaft and a fixed seat on an upper and a lower side respectively, therein, wherein a tapered block and a limiting fixed pin are installed on the main shaft, wherein on the main shaft of one side of tapered block, a winding roll and a locknut are mounted, on the other side, a rocker arm which can rotate the main shaft shall prevail, and, there is also resistance adjusting mechanism which is used for adjusting the rotational resistance of the winding roll.
FISHING REEL EQUIPPED WITH CONCEALMENT COVER FOR SIDE CONCEALMENT OF LEVEL WIND
Provided is a fishing reel equipped with a concealment cover for side concealment of a level wind. The fishing reel protects the level wind by covering an opening on each side of a level wind mounting portion with a dedicated concealment cover, and allows a user to decorate the fishing reel by changing the color of the concealment cover to suit the user's taste. To this end, the fishing reel includes a frame configured to have a concealment cover mounting portion provided between side cover mounting portions and a top cover mounting portion, and a concealment cover coupled to the concealment cover mounting portion and configured to cover an opening on each side of a level wind mounting portion.
UNIVERSAL FISHING REEL
Provided is a universal fishing reel in which an intermediate frame body is configured such that a third mounting portion for a spool of the frame body has a body surrounder covering the outer sides of both large-diameter portions having different sizes of spool bodies for winding a line to universally receive all different kinds of spools and the body surrounder has an inner diameter corresponding to the minimum large-diameter portions of different kinds of spools, or a first intermediate or second intermediate cover is configured such that a cover surrounder has an inner diameter corresponding to the minimum large-diameter portions of different kinds of spools when a gear-side first side cover or a palm-side second side cover has the cover surrounder covering the outer side of both large-diameter portions of a spool body.
DUAL-BEARING REEL
A dual-bearing reel includes a reel body, a cover member and a casting control mechanism. The cover member is disposed to cover the reel body from a first side plate side, and includes a cover part, a bulging part and a first boss part. The cover part is located outside a first side plate of a reel body of the dual-bearing reel in an axial direction. The bulging part bulges outward from the cover part in the axial direction. The first boss part has a shape protruding outward from the bulging part in the axial direction, and causes a spool shaft to be inserted therethrough. The casting control mechanism includes an operating member that is attached to the first boss part so as to be movable in the axial direction and protrudes at part of an outer periphery thereof from the bulging part as seen in the axial direction
Dual-bearing reel and reel unit for same
The present reel unit is a reel unit for a dual-bearing reel supporting a spool in a rotatable state. The reel unit includes a frame, a fishing rod attachment leg and a thinned part. The frame includes a first side plate, a second side plate disposed in opposition to the first side plate to enable the spool to be disposed between the first side plate and the second side plate, and a plurality of coupling members integrally formed with the first side plate and the second side plate to couple the first side plate and the second side plate. The fishing rod attachment leg is fixed to an outer surface of one of the plurality of coupling members. The thinned part has a box-like recessed shape and is formed on an inner surface, faced to the spool, of the coupling member to which the fishing rod attachment leg is fixed.
FISHING SPINNING REEL
A fishing spinning reel comprises a bail support member attached to a support arm of a rotor, and supporting a bail; a line roller supported by the bail support member, and guiding a fishing line to a spool around which the fishing line is wound and held; and a line slider supporting one end of the bail, and guiding the fishing line picked up by the bail to the line roller. The one end of the bail is attached to the line slider by a fixing screw.
AUTOMATICALLY ADJUSTING VARIABLE GEAR RATIO FISHING REEL
A fishing reel including a low-speed and a high-speed drive gear mounted on a crankshaft. The drive gears are affixed axially relative to the crankshaft. An engagement hub is mounted on the crankshaft between the drive gears. The hub is movable axially relative to the crankshaft. A yoke has a first end portion engaging the hub. A shifting mechanism engages a second end portion of the hub. A speed sensor detects rotational speed of the crankshaft. When the speed sensor detects rotational speed at or above a threshold speed, a command signal is sent to the shifting mechanism to move the yoke to axially urge the hub to engage with the high-speed drive gear. When the speed sensor detects rotational speed below the threshold speed, a command signal is sent to the shifting mechanism to move the yoke to axially urge the hub to engage with the low-speed gear.
LINE CLIP FOR FISHING REEL
The present invention is a fishing reel spool that holds a line in place. The spool includes a spooling portion and a skirt. The spool further includes a slot and a tab for which loose line may be passed through and behind, respectively, so that the line can be held in place. The spool may include a biasing member and may include a secondary member for further holding the line in place and for aiding in inserting the line.
Bait casting reel
Provided is a bait casting reel including braking magnets that provide braking force against rotation of a spool using magnetic force to prevent backlash of the spool in casting. The bait casting reel allows a user to minimally space a spool and an anti-backlash unit to set the maximum braking force of a braking magnet by bringing the spool and the anti-backlasher in contact with each other when a braking dial for moving the anti-backlasher left and right in the longitudinal direction of the spool is turned to the maximum, in order to prevent the braking magnet from being worn or damaged by coming in contact with the spool due to deformation of the rotary shaft of the spool or a friction washer and to allow the user to freely and easily adjust the braking force of the braking magnet without replacing a part.
Fishing reel
A fishing reel includes a handle, a spool on which a fishing line is wound, a partially open reel body housing an internal mechanism converting a rotational force applied to the handle into a movement to wind the fishing line onto the spool, a lid member closing the opening of the reel body, and a seal member disposed between an opening edge portion of the reel body and a lid flat surface of the lid member. The seal member includes a shape-retaining portion that holds the shape and a sealing material that has elasticity.
