Transport bag for suspended conveyor systems
A transport bag (10) for a suspended conveyor system, particularly a rail-guided conveyor system or a transport chain conveyor system, has a conveyor member, particularly a carriage (20) of a rail-guided (41) conveyor system or a conveyor chain link of a transport chain conveyor system, and a transport bag (10) having a receiving region for receiving one or a plurality of units of goods (91). The transport bag is attached, via a suspension means (17), in a suspended manner to a carrying means (23) of the conveyor member. The transport bag has two frame brackets (15, 16) which are pivotally connected to the suspension means. The two frame brackets (15, 16) are substantially 2-fold rotationally symmetrical to one another, but not mirror symmetrical to one another.
BAG BUNDLE CONVEYANCE APPARATUS AND BAG BUNDLE CONVEYANCE METHOD
A bag bundle conveyance apparatus which conveys a bag bundle including a plurality of bags, includes: a support body which supports the bag bundle from below; a holding unit which holds the bag bundle; and a transfer drive unit which moves the holding unit in a conveyance direction, wherein the transfer drive unit moves the holding unit in the conveyance direction in a state where the bag bundle is supported from below by the support body and is held by the holding unit, in such a manner that the bag bundle is conveyed in the conveyance direction.
CONVEYED-GOODS CONTAINER FOR AN OVERHEAD CONVEYOR, AND UNLOADING STATION FOR UNLOADING SAME
The invention relates to an article container (2) for an overhead conveying device for transporting an article (4), with a bag body that can be adjusted between a transport position and a loading and/or unloading position, which bag body comprises a front wall (30) and a rear wall (31) made from a flexible material, a loading and/or unloading opening (34) formed on a first side of the bag body at least in regions between the front and rear wall, a side wall stop (46) formed on a second side of the bag body at least in some regions between the front wall and a rear wall, against which side wall stop (46) the article can be placed. The front wall forms a first front wall section (35a) and a second front wall section (35b) and comprises a base plate (36) in the first front wall section (35a). The rear wall comprises a first rear wall section (45a) and a second rear wall section (45b). The first rear wall section forms a transport rest (75) sloping in the direction of the side wall stop (46) when the bag body is in the transport position. Moreover, the invention relates to an unloading station (104) for automatic unloading of an article container.
BAG TRANSFER APPARATUS
A bag transfer apparatus includes a plurality of holding units which include a first holding unit and a second holding unit provided to be adjacent to each other in a horizontal direction and are provided to be able to move, wherein each of the plurality of holding units includes: a left support unit which supports one side portion of a bag; and a right support unit which supports another side portion of the bag, and wherein one of the right support unit of the first holding unit and the left support unit of the second holding unit is positioned above the other.
POUCH FEEDING ASSEMBLY FOR FILL AND SEAL POUCHING MACHINE
A pouch feeding assembly includes a conveyor lane having a load end and a transfer end, wherein the conveyor lane includes a conveyor operable to move pouches in a conveyance direction from the load end to the transfer end, wherein the transfer end of the conveyor lane includes a downwardly facing pouch transfer window over which pouches at the transfer end are positioned. A transfer subassembly including a first transfer mechanism and a second transfer mechanism, the first transfer mechanism configured to engage a lower face of a pouch, pull at least part of the pouch down through the pouch transfer window and transfer the pouch to an infeed point of the second transfer mechanism.
A Packing Method of Packing Articles into a Packing Box, and corresponding Packing Device
A packing method of packing articles into a packing box comprises pre-grouping articles on a pre grouping surface provided by a pre grouping conveyor belt of a pre grouping conveyor, and providing the articles from the pre-grouping surface of the pre-grouping conveyor belt into the packing box. This is done consecutively by providing one of a cassette box and the packing box at a discharging end of the pre-grouping conveyer; moving downwards said one of the cassette box and the packing box while driving the pre grouping conveyor belt such that the pre-grouped articles on the pre-grouping conveyer-belt moves towards the discharging end of the pre-grouping conveyor and the opening of said one of the cassette box and the packing box, and that the articles of the pre-grouped articles are discharged from the pre-grouping conveyor belt into said one of the cassette box and the packing box and onto one another; and, in case the articles of the pre-grouped articles are provided into the cassette box, providing the articles from the cassette box into the packing box.
Accumulating conveyor system
A conveyor system comprising a plurality of conveyor elements forming a conveyor chain for conveying hanging goods, wherein the conveyor chain extends along a conveyor path. A plurality of hanging elements are movable along and mounted on a guide which extends at least in sections parallel to the conveyor path. The hanging elements comprise an engaging section configured to contact in each case one of the conveyor elements to receive a driving force from the conveyor element which is directed along the guide. The engaging section of the hanging elements is tiltable between a conveying position and an accumulating position, wherein the engaging section is straightened in the conveying position to receive the driving force, and is tilted away in the accumulating position to evade the driving force. The engaging section presses into its conveying position.
Horizontal-type automatic packaging machine
The horizontal-type automatic packaging machine comprises a conveyor moving a plurality of gripper-holding carriages (4) in an advancing direction (D) along a closed path. Each gripper-holding carriage (4) comprises a base structure (7) connected to the conveyor (2) and two parallel gripper arms (8a, 8b) carrying two or more pairs of grippers (47a, 47b) for holding two or more flexible packages (50) arranged in parallel. The gripper arms (8a, 8b) are guided for moving parallel to the advancing direction (D), moving one closer to the other for opening the packages and moving one away from the other for closing the packages due to the action of a driving mechanism connected to proximal ends (17a, 17b) of the gripper arms. A mechanical transmission transmits the movement of the proximal ends (17a, 17b) to distal ends (18a, 18b) of the gripper arms (8a, 8b).
