A transport device for transporting containers in a container treatment system which has a first container treatment unit for a process step and a second container treatment unit for the process step, the transport device having at least one receiving point for the containers, at least one delivery point for the containers, a transport track which connects the at least one receiving point, the at least one delivery point, the first container treatment unit, and the second container treatment unit, and at least one transport element for transporting a container, the transport element being movably arranged on the transport track. The transport track and the at least one transport element are designed such that the at least one transport element can be guided from a receiving point to a delivery point in an individually controllable manner.
CONVEYING OF PLASTIC BOTTLES
A conveying system (1), comprising a modular conveyor belt (2) supported on a conveyor track (3) so that top surfaces (4) of the modules (5) of the conveyor belt present a conveying face (6) that in use moves along the track in a conveying direction, and at least one plastic bottle supported at its bottom on the conveying face via one or more textured surfaces at a bottom of the bottle. The disclosure also includes a method of conveying bottles, wherein plastic bottles are supported with their bottoms on a moving conveying face of a conveyor, and wherein the conveying face and the bottom of the bottle are conveyed via one or more textured surfaces (12) at a bottom of the bottle. The disclosure further includes use of at least one textured bottom surface of a plastic bottle for conveying, and a blow mold for blow molding a plastic bottle.
Method and system for transferring objects
A method for transferring at least one object (7) from a conveying surface (9) of a supply conveyor (6) onto a surface (15), the method including the following steps: —conveying the object (7) in a conveying direction, the object (7) including a base (7a) that rests on the conveying surface (9), —bringing the object (7) into contact with a guide (16) placed in the conveying direction at a distance from the downstream end line (12) of the supply conveyor (6), —ending the contact between the base (7a) of the object and the conveying surface (9), —dropping the object (7) onto the receiving surface (15), the step of ending the contact between the base (7a) of the object (7) and the conveying surface (9) only taking place after the step of bringing the object (7) into contact with the guide (16).
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR TRANSFERRING PRODUCTS
The present invention relates to a device for transferring products, comprising a means for fetching the products in a line in a first direction, at least one output conveyor, in a transverse direction with respect to said first direction, and a tool for transferring said products in groups. The transfer tool has only two degrees of freedom of movement in a horizontal plane, in said first direction and in said transverse direction. The invention relates also to a corresponding method for transferring products.

The invention relates to a spacing star wheel for transporting and transferring containers, comprising a plurality of gripping elements for gripping a one container each and a curve guide, the spacing star wheel is configured such that, during operation, the gripping elements, guided by the curve guide, revolve around the axis of rotation of the spacing star wheel along a curved path. By activating at least one curve guide segment, the shape of the curve guide can be adjusted such that the spacing distance between two adjacent gripping elements in the region of the curve guide segment changes.
