TORQUE LIMITING DEVICE FOR A FISHING REEL
A torque limiting device for a fishing reel for limiting torque between first and second rotating members, the torque limiting device includes an engagement recess, an engagement member and a biasing member. The engagement recess is disposed on an inner circumferential surface of the second rotating member. The engagement member has a head portion that engages the engagement recess and is disposed on the first rotating member so as to be capable of advancing toward or retreating from the second rotating member. The biasing member biases the engagement member toward the second rotating member. The head portion of the engagement member has a straight part at a distal end that extends linearly in a direction of the axis of rotation of the first rotating member.
ELECTRONIC FISHING SYSTEM
The invention provides an electric fishing gear comprising a fishing reel, a handle, a motor and a motor speed control, the fishing reel can be removed to connect the handle, the fishing reel provides the lead power of the line by the motor, the motor speed control is used to adjust the speed of the motor in real time, to adjust the receiving speed of the fishing reel, the handle is set to provide electric power for the motor power device.
Double bearing reel
A double bearing reel includes a spool braking device that rotatably supports a spool including a bobbin body on which a fishing line is wound and flange portions formed on both sides of the bobbin body between side plates of a reel body and that applies a braking force to the rotation of the spool, wherein the spool braking device includes a conductive annular body that rotates integrally with the spool and a magnet facing outer peripheral surface of the conductive annular body, and the conductive annular body and the magnet are disposed axially inward of an outer end surface of the flange portions and radially inward of the bobbin body.
Dual-bearing reel
A dual-bearing reel according to the present disclosure enables a rotatably supported spool between a left and a right side panel of a reel body to be rotated with a handle provided at one of the side panels and includes a movement restraining portion that is provided on an outer peripheral surface of a counter handle-side one of the side panels of the reel body, and that prevents a pressing thumb of a hand from moving outward from the counter handle-side one of the side panels.
Fishing reel and arm system
Fishing reel system embodiments herein include an extendable arm assembly and a reel assembly rotatably attached thereto. Certain reel assembly embodiments include an adjustable drag washer stack that can be adjustably compressed to adjust the amount of friction within the washer stack. Other implementations include solely a reel assembly with such an adjustable drag washer stack.
Fishing reel
A fishing reel includes a reel body, a first shaft member, a second shaft member, a rolling element, and an outer member. The first shaft member is rotatably supported by the reel body. The second shaft member is connected to an end of the first shaft member in an axial direction of the first shaft member. The second shaft member rotates integrally with the first shaft member. The rolling element contacts the second shaft member in a radial direction away from an axial center of the first shaft member. The outer member is disposed outside the rolling element in the radial direction. The outer member rotates integrally with the second shaft member only in one direction along a circumferential direction around the axial center of the first shaft member.
One-way clutch unit for fishing reel and fishing reel
A one-way clutch unit for a fishing reel is disclosed. The one-way clutch is configured to brake a rotation of a shaft member of the fishing reel. The one-way clutch includes a rolling element and an outer member. The rolling element contacts the shaft member in a radial direction away from an axle of the shaft member. The outer member is disposed outside the rolling element in the radial direction. The outer member is configured to rotate in only one direction along a circumferential direction around the axle. The outer member includes a first external force receiving portion that receives a first external force in an axial direction of the shaft member.
Fishing reel with translatable spool
A fishing rod assembly includes a rod and a reel assembly. The reel assembly includes a housing and a spool positioned within the housing and configured to (a) rotate about an axis to retrieve or let out a fishing line and (b) translate along the axis to adjust a drag, the spool including an inner volume. The reel assembly further includes a spindle disposed within the inner volume of the spool and having a first end and a second end, the first end of the spindle engaged with the spool, a drive mechanism configured to receive an input torque from a user and provide an output torque to the spool, and a lever assembly configured to receive a user input and translate the spool along the axis towards a second end of the reel to adjust the drag.
