Article Transport Facility
A transport vehicle control system restricts a travel speed of an article transport vehicle to less than or equal to a restrictive speed prescribed in advance, in a case where a temperature sensor detects that the temperature of a regenerative resistor is greater than or equal to a first temperature set to a higher temperature than a steady temperature range which is a temperature range of a steady state prescribed in advance, and disconnects the connection between a power supply unit and a travel motor with a switch, in a case where the temperature sensor detects that the temperature of the regenerative resistor is greater than or equal to a second temperature set to a higher temperature than the first temperature.
Method of stacking refrigerated shipping containers
Method of stacking refrigerated shipping containers (10) including categorizing a plurality of refrigerated shipping containers (10) as a low temperature container (L) or a high temperature container (H), each of the refrigerated shipping containers (10) having a condenser (16). The method also includes disposing the plurality of refrigerated shipping containers (10) relative to each other based on the temperature categorization of the refrigerated shipping containers (10).
Apparatus for transporting aggregates or similar
An apparatus for transporting aggregates or similar includes a conveyor belt for aggregates or similar and an actuating mechanism actuating advancement of the conveyor belt. The apparatus includes a plurality of thermal cameras positioned along the development of the conveyor belt and configured to detect the temperature of the conveyor belt in a plurality of detection positions positioned along the development of the conveyor belt. The apparatus further includes a processing and control unit communicating data with each one of thermal cameras of the plurality of thermal cameras to receive input temperature data detected by each thermal camera. The processing and control unit is configured to estimate the extent and origin position of an overheating phenomenon of the conveyor belt on the basis of the temperature detected in correspondence of at least two detection positions of the plurality of detection positions.
TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED CONVEYOR PULLEY
An externally driven conveyor pulley with an integrated thermal control system by which the temperature of the pulley may be controlled whether the pulley is rotating or stationary. The present invention includes a rotary connection device (or plurality of such devices) designed to transfer fluid (liquid or gaseous) or electrical current into/out of a rotating object. The rotary connection device may be a slip-ring for electrical power transfer or a rotary union for liquid transfer, but any device designed to transmit fluid or electricity into a rotating object could be utilized. In one embodiment, temperature control is achieved by transmitting temperature controlled fluids through the pulley via at least one rotary connection device. In an alternative embodiment, temperature control is achieved by transmitting electricity via the rotary connection device to a temperature regulating device in the rotating object. The temperature regulating device could be any electrical heating or cooling unit.
RAIL ENVIRONMENT MONITORING DEVICE AND METHOD USING TRAVELING VEHICLE, AND LOGISTICS TRANSPORTATION APPARATUS INCLUDING THE SAME
A rail environment monitoring device using a traveling vehicle, the rail environment monitoring device includes a sensing unit connected to a traveling vehicle transporting a conveyed object along a travel rail, the sensing unit configured to sense a travel rail positioned on a path of travel of the traveling vehicle and a travel rail peripheral portion, and a map production unit configured to generate a map for the travel rail or the travel rail peripheral portion using data acquired by the sensing unit according to the path of travel of the traveling vehicle.
A SYSTEM FOR TRANSPORTING BIOMASS MATERIAL AND A METHOD FOR PREVENTING BLOW BACK IN SAID SYSTEM
The invention relates to a system (1) comprising a feeding device (2) comprising a channel (6) having an inlet (8) and an outlet (10) and a feed screw (12) for conveying biomass material through the channel. The feed screw comprises a screw flight (12b) that extends from a first end (12c) to a second end (12d) and is adapted to form a gas impermeable plug of biomass. The system comprises at least one primary measuring unit (14; 16) adapted to continuously measure a primary variable indicative of the gas permeability of the plug, which primary measuring unit is connected to said feeding device between the first end of the screw flight and the outlet; and a control unit (3) adapted to use said primary variable values to monitor the gas permeability of the plug. The invention also relates to a method for preventing blow back in the above described system.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MONITORING MODULAR CONVEYOR BELTS
A system and method for monitoring modular conveyor belts which comprises a plurality of modules made from a plastic material and linked together to form a continuous path operated by a gear which in turn comprises a shaft; wherein said system comprises at least two apparatus, where at least a first sensor is configured for detecting the passage of an indication in the drive shaft; and where at least a second sensor is configured for detecting the passage of a plurality of reference elements inserted in the longitudinal edges of the modules.
Device for supplying containers to a container handling device and filling system
A device for supplying containers to a container handling device, for example to a container filling device for filling containers with a liquid filling product, includes a guide which is arranged at a predetermined guide height level for guiding a container on the container base thereof. The guide has a transfer portion for transferring the container to a receiving device of the container handling device, and the transfer portion is height-adjustable. A filling system including such a device is also described.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL DOCKING SYSTEM
A temperature control docking system (TCDS) is configured for providing temperature controlled air for circulation within one or more freight trailers. The freight trailers are engaged with corresponding control docks of the TCDS, each control dock additionally defining a docking door configured between a closed configuration and an open configuration. The docking door separates the interior of the TCDS from an exterior thereof (and from the freight trailer). Upon engaging the freight trailer with the control dock, the docking door is configured to an open configuration, and a temperature maintenance unit positioned within the interior of the TCDS and corresponding with the control dock provides temperature controlled air for circulation within the interior of the freight trailer so as to maintain a desired temperature within the freight trailer.
Pouch Conveyor Belt
The present invention relates to a pouch conveyor belt with a conveyor belt body, preferably an elastomer conveyor belt body, which is designed to hold a conveyed material in the interior of the closed pouch conveyor belt. The pouch conveyor belt is characterized in that the conveyor belt body comprises at least one sensor element which is configured to detect at least the temperature of the conveyor belt body at the location of the sensor element.
