Metal or rubber resonators for use in monitoring conveyor belt wear and longitudinal rip sensor systems

A system for detecting properties of a rubber product is disclosed. The system includes a dipole antenna and circuitry. The dipole antenna is configured to obtain antenna measurements and measure for a resonance frequency of a conductive resonator (200), wherein the dipole antenna (200) is positioned at a first position (A) and a second position (B). The circuitry is configured to determine one or more resonator properties (X) based on the antenna measurements.

Article transport system

With a parts supply system in which a plurality of parts boxes is transported by a trolley while the parts boxes are unloaded from the trolley at respectively corresponding part-supply places provided on a parts transport route, progress status of supply of the parts boxes to respective unloading places is determined. Information of RFID tags T1 to T10 respectively applied to a plurality of parts boxes B1 to B10 is read by ID tag reading devices 4A, 4B and 4C respectively mounted on trolleys 21, 22 and 23. Thus, the respective parts boxes B1 to B10 that exist on the trolleys 21, 22 and 23 are identified, and information is generated on the progress status of supply of the respective parts boxes B1 to B10 to the part-supply places. Thus, the progress status of the supply of the parts boxes B1 to B10 to the part-supply places is recognized.

Balancing load among operational system zones

Embodiments are directed to conveyor systems and methods for controlling induction of items within the conveyor systems. In one scenario, a conveyor control system implements a hardware sensor in a conveyor system to generate sensor readings regarding an operational status of a first zone in an operational environment, where the first zone is an area where orders are fulfilled. The conveyor control system receives sensor data from the hardware sensor of the conveyor system. The sensor data includes feedback information for controlling the conveyor system. The conveyor control system then evaluates the received sensor data to determine which conveyable items are currently in the first zone and, based on the evaluation, induces the conveyable items onto the conveyor for the first zone.

Described in detail herein is an autonomous object storage and retrieval system. In one embodiment, an object storage and retrieval system includes a computing system hosting a service application and in communication with a database and storage and retrieval apparatuses configured to store and dispense physical objects. Each storage and retrieval apparatus is in communication with the computing system. The computing system can transmit instructions to a first one of the storage and retrieval apparatuses to render the status of the first physical object on the interactive display of the storage and retrieval apparatus.

TURNTABLE SYSTEM

Several embodiments of turntable systems for loaded pallets are disclosed. In some embodiments, a first ramp leads up to the turntable and a second ramp leads down from the turntable on the opposite side. In other embodiments, at least two turntables are positioned adjacent one another, optionally with a bridge surface connecting them so that a pallet lift can be driven from one turntable to the other to place one pallet on one turntable and another pallet on the other turntable according to a method disclosed herein. A validation system without a turntable includes a plurality of cameras about a periphery of a platform weight sensor.

METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MONITORING A CONVEYOR BELT

A system and method for monitoring a conveyor belt system, the monitoring system including a sensor unit having one or more sensors embedded in the belt of the conveyor belt, such that the one or more sensors collect motion measurements when the belt moves, and a processing unit for executing instructions for identifying an irregular measurement in the collected motion measurements and computing a location in the conveyor belt system in which the irregular measurement was measured.

SECURE AND VERIFIABLE TRACKING OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS
20220240434 · 2022-08-04 ·

A computer-implemented system and method to collect and store data related to product stored in a container. In response to filling the container with the product, the following data are stored in at least one first record in an external database (such as a distributed ledger, e.g., blockchain): a product type of the first product; an amount of the first product filled into the first container; a unique identity of the first container; and a unique identity of a first user of the first container at the time of filling the first container with the first product. Data representing a unique identity of a container data module on the container are stored in the container data module. As the container moves, dispenses product, and undergoes changes in possession and ownership, data representing such events are stored in the distributed ledger and/or the container data module. As a result, a verifiable application/consumption record of the product within the container is generated.

ROBOTIC SINGULATION SYSTEM SENSOR

A robotic system comprising an end effector-mounted sensor is disclosed. In various embodiments, a robotic arm is manipulated to move a sensor to a position such that an object of interest is within a read range of the sensor. A sensor data read by the sensor is received via a communication interface. The sensor data is used to determine an attribute of the object; and the determined attribute of the object is used to determine a plan to grasp and move the object.
