Fish hook apparatus
A fish hook apparatus including a head member, a shank, a bend section, a point element, and securing elements and a method for producing a controllable action in a bait are provided. The head member is defined by a top nose element, opposing side walls, and a bottom end. The head member includes a channel with openings at the top nose element and an opposing side wall for passing a fishing line. A securing element, coupled to the bottom end of the head member, secures a head of the bait. Another securing element, coupled to any location of the bait, secures one end of the fishing line exiting from the head member to the bait. Controllably tugging the fishing line curls the secured bait backwards towards the head member and springs the secured bait forwards to produce a controllable action, for example, a worm-like action in the bait.
THREADING DEVICE AND FISHING TOOL
A threading device and fishing tool for threading line and the like into and through a desired opening includes a needle and a needle holder. The needle includes an interconnection area for connection with a line. The needle is held in place in a holder by either permanent magnets or electromagnetic means. In use, the tip of the needle is first inserted in or through the desired area while the needle remains connected to the needle holder in the needle base area. The needle tip returns to the needle holder while next the needle base becomes separated from the needle base holder area allowing the needle and line to be inserted through an opening or into material. The threading device may be used independently or be part of a fishing tool which may include a knot tying portion, line clippers, line cutter, and fishhook threading assistance region.

Fishing lures
The disclosed fishing lure systems have a fishing lure, bead sleeve, and a stop that can be used in combination with a fishing line and hook. The fishing lure has a pliable body and a pre-formed hole. The bead sleeve can be fitted within the pre-formed hole with an interference fit because the pliable body expands to fit around the bead sleeve to hold it in place within the pre-formed hole. The stop is positioned on one side of the fishing lure and bead sleeve to prevent it from sliding down towards the hook or possibly over some portion of the hook. The stop can be positioned spaced apart from the hook on a fishing line so that the distance between the fishing lure and the hook remains at a desirable spacing while in use.

SLOTTED FISHING BLADE
A slotted fishing blade for attaching to a fishing lure is disclosed. The blade includes a slot that opens from a lower outer edge and extends inwardly along a central longitudinal axis. The blade includes flaps extending from the outer edge that can be folded inwardly to secure a lure attachment element for securing a fishing lure to the plate. When a fishing lure is attached to the blade, the lure is free to move laterally along the lure attachment element. During retrieval of the slotted fishing blade attached to a fishing lure, the blade changes the performance of the lure, for example, by changing the flash, diving depth, or lure action, and/or by adding erratic motion, vibration, or oscillation. The slotted fishing blade may be used on a variety of lures, including hooks with natural baits such as worms or small bait fish.
FISHING LURES
A lure can include a lure body. The lure body can define one or more complimentary apertures that can have a complimentary shape to at least a portion of a hook structure and can be configured to receive within and to compliment the shape of at least a portion of the hook structure.

Knot Tying Device
A knot tying device is described. Embodiments of the knot tying device can include, but are not limited to, a shaft, a spring, a slide member, an elastomeric member, and a nut. The shaft can include a slot for receiving a fishing line therethrough and trapping the fishing line between the slide member and the elastomeric member of the knot tying device. When the fishing line is secured to the knot tying device, the knot tying device can be implemented to thread the fishing line through and around the fishing line based on a type of knot being tied.
