Low profile drive-over conveyor with flexible framework, belt cleanout section and liftless swing positioning

A drive-over conveyor for receiving material from a bottom-discharge material transport vehicle features a belt conveyor spanning a loading section, a transition section feeding into a secondary conveyor, and a cleanout section for clearing debris that may collect the space between upper and lower runs of the belt. At the cleanout section, the belt is entrained about one or more augers that convey such debris laterally outward from between the belt runs. The loading section features a low-profile framework of resiliently flexible beams that is normally carried in slightly spaced relation above the ground by ground wheels of the section, and that temporarily flexes downward when the vehicle is driven over. Accordingly, the loading section can be wheeled between different positions without any lifting, enabling quick and convenient repositioning of the loading section between different outlets of a parked stationary vehicle, and the need for dedicated drive-over ramps is avoided.

Container packer system and method

A container packer system includes a transfer base, which receives a container packer adapted for movement longitudinally between retracted and extended positions with respect to the transfer base. The transfer base includes a power subsystem with a motor or engine driving a hydraulic pump for powering hydraulic piston-and-cylinder units of the system, including a container packer piston-and-cylinder unit for hydraulically extending and retracting the container packer. The container packer generally encloses an interior adapted for receiving bulk material for transfer to a transport container, which can comprise a standard shipping container, a trailer or some other bulk material receptacle. The container packer includes a push blade assembly longitudinally movably mounted in its interior and actuated by a push blade piston-and-cylinder unit.

Bulk Loader System for Thermoplastic Pellets

A bulk loader system is disclosed that may include a conveyor unit in connection with a fuel-powered engine powering a hydraulic motor. The hydraulic motor may be used to operate the conveyor unit. The system may be configured to function while being mounted on a bed of a truck or be operated as a stand-alone unit. The unit may be sized such that an operator can stand on the deck of the truck along with the unit. The fuel-hydraulic powered motor can enable the conveyor unit to operate at variable speeds. The conveyor unit can be adjustable to facilitate controlling the direction of the material being transported via the conveyor. Some embodiments can include operating the hydraulics of the motor from the Power Take-Off (PTO) of the truck. Some embodiments can facilitate operation of the system in a hot or other harsh environment.

The combine system provides a motor driven paddle system for the movement of grain from combine storage, such as a hopper, to secondary storage, including but not limited to a grain bin, truck, or grain cart. The paddles are constructed from a somewhat rigid material that enable the paddles to move the grain to the secondary storage. The paddle conveyor may be partially enclosed by a housing that protects users from accidental contact with the paddles and the paddle conveyor.

STORAGE WAGON FOR BULK MATERIAL

A storage wagon (1) for bulk material (2) has, above the transfer end (9) of a bottom conveyor belt (4) and underneath a discharge end (15) of an auxiliary conveyor belt (14), a deflector plate (17) extending perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction (3) of the wagon. The deflector plate (17) is designed to be pivotable about a pivot axis (18) relative to the loading container (5) for changing a deflection angle enclosed with a conveying plane (19) of the bottom conveyor belt (4).

Seed tender

A self-contained seed tender (20) includes a plurality of bins (48) as well as a conveyor system (30) with a lower conveyor (32) and a shiftable lift conveyor (34). The lift conveyor (34) is shiftable between a stowed, travel position astride the bins (48) and a central, rearwardly extending delivery position. A deployment assembly (38) serves to sequentially pivot the lift conveyor (34) about an upright axis, followed by lateral translation thereof to the central use position. The conveyor (34) can then be rotated and elevated as desired for off-loading of seeds. The tender (20) may also be used for delivery of other types of agricultural particulates.

An apparatus for creating a stockpile of bulk material a conveyor having a feed end and a distribution end; a stabilizer at the feed end of the conveyor; and a support at the distribution end of the conveyor; wherein the support includes a primary hydraulic cylinder having a base portion connected to the support and an end portion which extends and retracts longitudinally to alter the angle between the conveyor and the ground; and a secondary hydraulic cylinder having one end connected to the support and the other end connected to the primary hydraulic cylinder, where the secondary hydraulic cylinder extends and retracts in a lateral direction, thus pivoting the primary hydraulic cylinder against the support. This design is simpler and less expensive than a conveyor with an undercarriage and makes for a smaller staging area as room for the undercarriage is unnecessary.
