FISHING SIGNAL DETECTOR
A fish strike notification device includes a detection signal acquisition unit, a vibration generator and a vibration instructor. The detection signal acquisition unit is configured to acquire a detection signal that is output from a sensor configured to detect vibration generated by at least one detection target that includes a fishing reel and a fishing rod. The vibration generator is attachable to a user and configured to generate vibrations. The vibration instructor is configured to output a vibration instruction signal to cause the vibration generator to generate the vibrations based on the detection signal acquired by the detection signal acquisition unit.
HANDLE OPERATION ASSIST DEVICE AND HANDLE OPERATION ASSIST PROGRAM
A handle operation assist device includes a handle angular velocity measuring unit, an error calculator and a notification unit. The handle angular velocity measuring unit is configured to measure a handle angular velocity based on an output of a sensor configured to detect an angular velocity corresponding to rotation of a fishing reel handle. The error calculator is configured to calculate an error in the handle angular velocity with respect to a reference angular velocity. The notification unit is configured to carry out notification regarding the error.
Retractable Fishing Tip-Up Device
An ice fishing tip-up device is disclosed that provides an improved, retractable ice fishing tip-up device that allows the user to fish hands-free. The ice fishing tip-up device comprises a base component that supports a wheel component. The wheel component is secured to the base component, such that the wheel component can rotate on the base component during use. The wheel component supports a fishing line and allows a user to retract the fishing line gently while the fish remains on the line to prevent line breaks. Generally, the user retracts the fishing line via a handle secured to the wheel component, which allows the wheel component to rotate.
Wireless water regimen detecting device, system and method based on WIFI
A wireless water regimen detecting device includes a fish finder module, a data communication module connected to the fish finder module and a WIFI module connected to the data communication module, which are arranged within a housing. The wireless water regimen detecting device utilizes the wireless communication way of WIFI to make the display terminal of the fish finder module not be limited to the wireless receiving terminal which is especially prepared for it, but can use existing intelligent terminals with a WIFI wireless communication function, such as smart phone, tablet PC, notebook computer or other portable mobile devices, to display. Sweb operating mode of monopoly serial communication port can be utilized, thus the user can carry on related operation on the webpage of the display terminal by visiting the web server to obtain detecting information of the fish finder module. Much convenience is provided to the user.
Ice Fishing Hole Covering Assembly
An ice fishing hole covering assembly includes a unitary fishing hole covering with a panel that is rigid and has a top side, a bottom side and a perimeter edge. The top side is planar and the panel is translucent with a circular shape and a central axis. A reel is rotatably coupled to the bottom side of the panel and has fishing line spooled thereon. The panel has a plurality of apertures therein extending to the top side and outwardly through the bottom side to define finger grips. A strike indicator is attached to the bottom side of the panel and includes a light emitter that is turned on when the fishing line is pulled downwardly from the bottom side. An entirety of the unitary structure is positioned no higher than 0.30 inches above a plane of the top side before and after actuation of the strike indicator.
FLASHER TYPE FISH FINDER
A flasher type fish finder has: a motor with a rotary shaft having play in an axial direction; a display rotating disk fixed to the rotary shaft; a first installation part; and a second installation part fixed to a member not influenced by the play. In the first installation part, a magnet or a ferromagnetic material is on the rotary shaft or the display rotating disk such that the center of gravity is at the rotary shaft center. In the second installation part, a magnet or a ferromagnetic material is provided occurring an attraction force or a repulsive force in the axial direction, for the magnet or the ferromagnetic material of the first installation part. The magnet is in at least one of the first installation part and the second installation part. The surfaces of a first magnetic pole and a second magnetic pole are orthogonal to the rotary shaft.
Illuminating striking fish alert device
An illuminated striking fish alert device includes a fishing reel affixed to a plate, a power source secured to the plate, and illumination source secured to the power source. Fishing line from the reel is in mechanical communication with motion capturing rods which in turn are in electrical communication with the illumination source and power source. The intensity and rate of illumination of the illumination source is configured to correlate directly with the speed and motion of the fishing line.
Ice fishing indicator device
The present invention relates to an ice fishing indicator device and in particular to an ice fishing indicator device having an improved trigger and or jigging mechanisms. The device has a housing that holds a can for a candle or heat source. A heat shield protects a power box. The jigging mechanism has a motor, a rotating arm, an offset weight and a jigging arm, wherein a wiggle is produced during operation. A reel assembly has a trigger. The trigger can be mechanical via direct contact or contactless. A reel lug can contact a trigger or pass near a contactless sensor. The trigger can cause a flag to deploy via an electrically controlled flag release. The trigger can also cause a communication device to send a signal. The communication device can be held in a communication box on the interior of the housing.
Detection of derelict fishing gear
The location of lost or entangled fishing gear, known as derelict gear, is detected. The motion or change of position of a buoy attached to fishing gear is determined via sensors mounted on the buoy and compared to typical buoy motion. If the buoy has moved beyond a threshold value from its original location, an alert is sent to the fisherman. The available sensor data will be used to determine the likelihood of loss or entanglement. This alert facilitates recovery of lost or entangled gear by identifying where immediate retrieval efforts should be focused. The number of traps lost to the ocean that otherwise would continue to trap or entangle marine life may be reduced.
Tip-up cover
A tip-up cover is provided that may be used during ice fishing. The tip-up cover may be set over a hole made in the ice during ice fishing to protect the hole from wind and snow. The tip-up cover may include a transparent lid such that a user can view the interior of the tip-up cover without opening the cover. Also, the lid allows a user to adjust a spool within the tip-up cover without requiring the user to completely remove the cover from the ice hole. Finally, the tip-up cover includes a flag and a bite-indicator light that provide visual cues to the user when a fish is caught on the line attached to the spool.
