The housing is configured to be at least partially submerged in the underwater environment and the mounting element is configured to attach to at least one of a vessel or a trolling motor. The marine device also includes at least one transducer and an acoustic speaker positioned within the housing. The at least one transducer is positioned and oriented within the housing such that the at least one transducer is configured to transmit one or more sonar beams into a portion of the underwater environment when the housing is at least partially submerged. The acoustic speaker is positioned and oriented within the housing such that the acoustic speaker is configured to emit the fish attraction sound into the underwater environment when the housing is at least partially submerged.
WIRELESS WATER REGIMEN DETECTING DEVICE, SYSTEM AND METHOD BASED ON WIFI
A wireless water regimen detecting device includes a fish finder module, a data communication module connected to the fish finder module and a WIFI module connected to the data communication module, which are arranged within a housing. The wireless water regimen detecting device utilizes the wireless communication way of WIFI to make the display terminal of the fish finder module not be limited to the wireless receiving terminal which is especially prepared for it, but can use existing intelligent terminals with a WIFI wireless communication function, such as smart phone, tablet PC, notebook computer or other portable mobile devices, to display. Sweb operating mode of monopoly serial communication port can be utilized, thus the user can carry on related operation on the webpage of the display terminal by visiting the web server to obtain detecting information of the fish finder module. Much convenience is provided to the user.
Video fishing system with electrically-conductive fishing line
An electrical transmission line cable suited for a variety of applications, including as a fishing line in a video fishing system. The electrical transmission line cable has a first conductor and a second conductor forming an electrical transmission line; a jacket containing the first conductor and the second conductor; and a transmission line primary dielectric element separating the first conductor and the second conductor, wherein the primary dielectric element is at least one of textile yarns, fiber yarns, or monofilaments. The electrical transmission line may be in a balanced configuration or an unbalanced configuration.
WIRELESS FISHING MONITOR
A wireless fishing monitor includes a monitor module, a control circuit, a power supply unit, a tube, a front cover, and an antenna cover. The control circuit is electrically connected to the monitor module, the control circuit at least includes a first circuit board, a second circuit board, and an antenna. The power supply unit is located on one side of the second circuit board and is electrically connected to the second circuit board. The tube includes a cylinder body with a hollow cylindrical shape, the cylinder body is configured to install the monitor module and the control circuit. The front cover is connected to the front joint of the front opening to cover the monitor module. The antenna cover is fixedly connected to the rear joint on the rear opening of the cylinder body.
Fishing event monitoring systems and methods
Systems and methods of monitoring fishing events use one or more inertial measurement units disposed on fishing tackle to measure vibrations transmitted along the fishing tackle, analyze the vibrations to determine a fishing event, and present the fishing event to a user.
DETECTION OF DERELICT FISHING GEAR
The location of lost or entangled fishing gear, known as derelict gear, is detected. The motion or change of position of a buoy attached to fishing gear is determined via sensors mounted on the buoy and compared to typical buoy motion. If the buoy has moved beyond a threshold value from its original location, an alert is sent to the fisherman. The available sensor data will be used to determine the likelihood of loss or entanglement. This alert facilitates recovery of lost or entangled gear by identifying where immediate retrieval efforts should be focused. The number of traps lost to the ocean that otherwise would continue to trap or entangle marine life may be reduced.
FISHING RELATED EVENT DETECTION
Described is an apparatus and system for detecting fishing related events and providing notifications to a fisher regarding those events. When a fishing related event, such as a fish on line event occurs, it results in a fishing rod flexing or moving in particular directions. The described implementations include sensors located on or in the fishing rod that provide position data that is utilized to monitor a movement of the fishing rod and determine a type of fishing related event that has occurred.
CASTING GUIDANCE SYSTEMS AND METHODS
Techniques are disclosed for systems and methods to provide casting guidance for users of mobile structures, including watercraft. A casting guidance system includes a sonar transducer assembly and a logic device configured to communicate with the sonar transducer assembly. The sonar transducer assembly is adapted to be mounted to a mobile structure and placed in a body of water. The logic device is configured to identify one or more underwater targets in sonar data received from the sonar transducer assembly, determine casting guidance parameters corresponding to the one or more identified underwater targets, and generate at least one casting guidance identifier based, at least in part, on the determined casting guidance parameters. Subsequent user input, the sonar data, and/or the casting guidance parameters may be used to adjust a steering actuator, a propulsion system thrust, and/or other operational systems of the mobile structure.
Motion Sensing Fish Bite Alarm
A fish bite monitoring system is provided. In an embodiment, one or more motion sensors are attached to fishing equipment. The motion sensors are paired with one or more receivers, such that the motion of a fishing rod, with an attached sensor, will trigger an alarm in the attached motion sensor. The alarm in the attached motion sensor will also wirelessly transmit the alarm to one or more of the recievers. The monitoring system allows for a plurality of fishing rods to be monitored, wherein a user may configure which receiver will be alarmed when motion is detected one of the fishing rods.
Fishing tool loss monitoring system and method
According to an embodiment, a fishing tool loss monitoring system comprises at least one buoy providing sensing information and buoy identification information and buoy position information, a fishing vessel terminal device providing fishing vessel information including fishing vessel identification information, fishing vessel position information, the fishing tool identification information, and the buoy position information, and a land control center performing transmitting/receiving information to/from the fishing vessel terminal device or the buoy through a communication network to gather the sensing information including underwater temperature information and overwater temperature information from the buoy during a preset time, measuring a speed of the buoy using the buoy position information when a difference between respective averages of the underwater temperature information and the overwater temperature information falls outside a preset error range.
