A sheet supply device includes a supporter, a rotation device, a guide, a support shaft, a biasing member, a sensor, a roller, and control circuitry. The sensor is disposed to protrude from the facing portion toward the roll and biased in a direction to contact the outer peripheral surface of the roll. The sensor outputs a detection signal at a level corresponding to an amount at which the sensor protrudes from the facing portion. The roller is supported by the facing portion, to contact the outer peripheral surface of the roll at a position different from a position of the sensor in a circumferential direction of the roll. The control circuitry controls the rotation device based on a signal change rate that is a change amount of the level of the detection signal per unit time. The control circuitry causes the rotation device to rotate the spool in the winding direction, and stops an operation of the rotation device when the signal change rate based on a change in relative positions between the outer peripheral surface and the sensor without passage of a leading end of the sheet through the position of the sensor does not exceed a predetermined reverse set threshold value.

This application relates to a winding and unwinding apparatus and a preparation system of electrode plate. The apparatus includes supports, a rotating shaft, a rotating turret, and a power assembly. The rotating shaft is rotatably disposed on the support. The rotating turret is disposed on the rotating shaft and capable of rotating along with the rotating shaft so as to switch between at least two target operation positions. The power assembly includes a first power source and a magnetic powder clutch. The rotating shaft and the first power source are in transmission connection with each other via the magnetic powder clutch. The magnetic powder clutch is configured to control the rotating shaft to remain stationary when the rotating turret is hovering at each target operation position.

The electrode driving apparatus is for driving an electrode that is coated with an active material, and includes a main base, a sub base spaced apart from and parallel to the main base, a shaft extending from the sub base toward the opposite side to the main base, an electrode driving roller that rotates about the shaft and is in contact with the electrode, and a position adjuster that is located between the main base and the sub base and regulates a gap between the main base and the sub base.

A System and Method for Adaptive Paper Web Winding that adjusts Operational Parameters, including torque, pressure, tension, acceleration, Jerk Rate, and sheet speed, in response to Operational Data and feedback. The system, in one embodiment, comprises a Front Drum with adjustable torque control, a Rider Roll with variable pressure regulation, an Unwind Section with tension control, and a Control Unit configured to maximize coupling between drive rolls and driven built paper roll. The method involves detecting the Coefficient of Friction of a Paper Web, then adjusting Operational Parameters in response to Operational Data and feedback. This invention improves efficiency and reliability in paper winding operations by automating adjustments to accommodate variations in the Coefficient of Friction of a Paper Web.
WINDING SYSTEM AND WINDING METHOD THEREOF
The winding system has an electrode plate unwinding mechanism, a separator unwinding mechanism, a winding mandrel, a cutter, and an auxiliary wheel mechanism. The electrode plate unwinding mechanism is configured to unwind an electrode plate, the separator unwinding mechanism is configured to unwind a separator; the winding mandrel is configured to wind the electrode plate and the separator to form a winding core; the cutter is configured to cut the electrode plate and is arranged upstream of the winding mandrel; the auxiliary wheel mechanism is arranged downstream of the cutter, where the auxiliary wheel mechanism includes an auxiliary wheel, a first drive member, and a second drive member, the first drive member is configured to drive the auxiliary wheel to move closer to or away from the electrode plate. The second drive member is configured to drive the auxiliary wheel to rotate to adjust the tension of the electrode plate.
