Mounting apparatus
A mounting apparatus includes: a bonding stage; a base; a mounting head for performing a temporary press-attachment process in which semiconductor chips are suction-held and temporarily press-attached to a mounted object and a final press-attachment process in which the temporarily press-attached semiconductor chips are finally press-attached; a film arrangement mechanism arranged on the bonding stage or the base; and a controller which controls driving of the mounting head and the film arrangement mechanism. The film arrangement mechanism includes: a film feed-out mechanism which has a pair of feed rollers with a cover film extended there-between and successively feeds out a new cover film; and a film movement mechanism which moves the cover film in a horizontal direction with respect to a substrate.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ROLLING UP A FLEXIBLE SHEET
A system for rolling up a flexible sheet may include a frame; a friction element mounted on the frame, the friction element having an endless friction outer surface with a sheet-engaging portion positioned to engage an end of the flexible sheet lying in a substantially horizontal position relative to the frame; and a drive connected to the friction element to move the endless friction outer surface such that the sheet-engaging portions thereof move upwardly to engage the end of the flexible sheet and lift up and roll the end of the flexible sheet over on itself to form a roll.

Winding Device for Winding a Substantially Insulating Web Material
A winding device for a substantially electrically insulating web material having a winding roller on which the web material can be wound, characterized in that an apparatus exists for transferring an electric charge to the web material on the winding roller, and/or when deflecting to the winding roller, and the apparatus for transferring an electric charge is connected to at least one electrical high-voltage source with a positive or negative polarity.
Method of initiating a web winding process in a web winding system
A system has first and second winding drums and a core feeder for inserting a core into a winding nest for forming a convoluted roll. The leading edge of the web is engaged with a threading belt and directed around the first winding drum and through the winding nest to a position where the leading edge is beyond where the core feeder inserts the core into the winding nest thus providing an excess portion of the web between the leading edge and the core feeder core insertion position. A thread-up core is inserted into the winding nest and rotated with the winding drums so that the excess portion moves around the thread-up core. The leading edge is separated from the threading belt, the excess portion of the web is wound around the thread-up core, and the web from the supply is wound around the thread-up core.

WINDING MACHINE WITH DEVICE FOR CALCULATING THE POISSON'S RATIO AND RELATED METHOD
The machine (1; 1OO) comprises a winding station (3; 101), adapted to receive secondary winding cores (T) coaxial with, and adjacent to, one another. The machine further comprises a cutting device (11; 104) with a plurality of blades (13; 105), arranged upstream of the winding station (3; 101) with respect to the feeding direction of the web material (N) and adapted to slit the web material into a plurality of strips (S1-S5) of web material. An in-line measurement arrangement (81-87) is also provided for measuring the Poisson's ratio of the web material (N).
