REWINDING MACHINE FOR PRODUCING PAPER LOGS
Rewinder for making paper logs, including a winding station with a first winding roller and a second winding roller delimiting a nip and a third winding roller downstream of the other rollers. The rewinder includes optical elements for detecting, at a predetermined time, an actual position of each log in said winding station and an electronic unit connected to the optical elements and programmed to compare the actual position with a theoretical position of the log at the time, the electronic unit being connected to at least one motor driving the rollers and programmed to modify the speed of the at least one motor when a deviation between the actual and theoretical positions exceeds a pre-established value, the electronic unit being also programmed to operate said optical elements at the time.

MOUNTING APPARATUS
A mounting apparatus includes: a bonding stage; a base; a mounting head for performing a temporary press-attachment process in which semiconductor chips are suction-held and temporarily press-attached to a mounted object and a final press-attachment process in which the temporarily press-attached semiconductor chips are finally press-attached; a film arrangement mechanism arranged on the bonding stage or the base; and a controller which controls driving of the mounting head and the film arrangement mechanism. The film arrangement mechanism includes: a film feed-out mechanism which has a pair of feed rollers with a cover film extended there-between and successively feeds out a new cover film; and a film movement mechanism which moves the cover film in a horizontal direction with respect to a substrate.
MOUNTING APPARATUS
A mounting apparatus includes: a bonding stage; a base; a mounting head for performing a temporary press-attachment process in which semiconductor chips are suction-held and temporarily press-attached to a mounted object and a final press-attachment process in which the temporarily press-attached semiconductor chips are finally press-attached; a film arrangement mechanism arranged on the bonding stage or the base; and a controller which controls driving of the mounting head and the film arrangement mechanism. The film arrangement mechanism includes: a film feed-out mechanism which has a pair of feed rollers with a cover film extended there-between and successively feeds out a new cover film; and a film movement mechanism which moves the cover film in a horizontal direction with respect to a substrate.
AUTOMATED DEVICE AND PROCEDURE TO TRANSFER AND THREAD A BEARING BAND
The invention relates to an automated device to transfer and thread a bearing band (3) on a fixed reel (2) from a removable reel (1), said reels (1,2) being joined and integral to corresponding shafts (4,5), wherein said device comprises a folding arm (6) adapted to perform a translational movement, which in turn comprises a hook (7) and a carriage (8) configured to move the arm (6) horizontally between both reels (1,2), and wherein the device further comprises a tensioning roller (10) adapted to move vertically through an intermediate column (11), such that it allows the first bearing band (3) to be transferred between reels (1,2) automatically in order to finally wind a second bearing band (12) with the first bearing band (3) onto the removable reel (1) automatically and simultaneously.
AUTOMATED DEVICE AND PROCEDURE TO TRANSFER AND THREAD A BEARING BAND
The invention relates to an automated device to transfer and thread a bearing band (3) on a fixed reel (2) from a removable reel (1), said reels (1,2) being joined and integral to corresponding shafts (4,5), wherein said device comprises a folding arm (6) adapted to perform a translational movement, which in turn comprises a hook (7) and a carriage (8) configured to move the arm (6) horizontally between both reels (1,2), and wherein the device further comprises a tensioning roller (10) adapted to move vertically through an intermediate column (11), such that it allows the first bearing band (3) to be transferred between reels (1,2) automatically in order to finally wind a second bearing band (12) with the first bearing band (3) onto the removable reel (1) automatically and simultaneously.
A PAPER MAKING MACHINE AND A METHOD OF CUTTING A FIBROUS WEB IN A PAPER MAKING MACHINE
The invention relates to a paper making machine (1) comprising a forming section (2) in which a fibrous web (W) can be formed, a drying section (5) in which a formed fibrous web (W) can be dried; and a reel-up (11) on which a dried fibrous web (W) can be wound into a roll (12). The paper making machine (1) is arranged to carry a fibrous web (W) in the machine direction (MD) along a predetermined path (P) and the paper making machine (1) has at least one water jet cutting device (17, 18, 19) arranged to cut the fibrous web (W) that is moving in the machine direction (MD) such that the fibrous web (W) is divided into at least one waste part (23a, 23b, 30) and a remaining part (24, 29). The paper making machine (1) is arranged to direct the at least one waste part (23a, 23b, 30) away from the predetermined path (P) and to convey the remaining part (24, 29) further in the machine direction (MD) along the predetermined path (P). The paper making machine (1) further comprises a blowing device (20, 21, 22) arranged to blow gas or air against the water jet cutting device (17, 18, 19) in a direction toward the remaining part of the fibrous web (24, 29) such that fiber particles that have been released by the cutting action of the water jet cutting device (17, 18, 19) are blown onto the surface (25) of the remaining part (24, 29) of the fibrous web (W) and follow the remaining part (24, 29) of the fibrous web along the predetermined path (P). The invention also relates to a method in which gas or air is blown in a direction toward the remaining part of the web such that fiber particles that have been released by the cutting action of the water jet cutting device (17, 18, 19) are blown onto the surface (25) of the remaining part (24, 29) of the fibrous web (W). The stream of air or gas is given a shape which is circular cylindrical or conical and expanding in the direction in which the stream moves.
A PAPER MAKING MACHINE AND A METHOD OF CUTTING A FIBROUS WEB IN A PAPER MAKING MACHINE
The invention relates to a paper making machine (1) comprising a forming section (2) in which a fibrous web (W) can be formed, a drying section (5) in which a formed fibrous web (W) can be dried; and a reel-up (11) on which a dried fibrous web (W) can be wound into a roll (12). The paper making machine (1) is arranged to carry a fibrous web (W) in the machine direction (MD) along a predetermined path (P) and the paper making machine (1) has at least one water jet cutting device (17, 18, 19) arranged to cut the fibrous web (W) that is moving in the machine direction (MD) such that the fibrous web (W) is divided into at least one waste part (23a, 23b, 30) and a remaining part (24, 29). The paper making machine (1) is arranged to direct the at least one waste part (23a, 23b, 30) away from the predetermined path (P) and to convey the remaining part (24, 29) further in the machine direction (MD) along the predetermined path (P). The paper making machine (1) further comprises a blowing device (20, 21, 22) arranged to blow gas or air against the water jet cutting device (17, 18, 19) in a direction toward the remaining part of the fibrous web (24, 29) such that fiber particles that have been released by the cutting action of the water jet cutting device (17, 18, 19) are blown onto the surface (25) of the remaining part (24, 29) of the fibrous web (W) and follow the remaining part (24, 29) of the fibrous web along the predetermined path (P).
