Agricultural Implement Having An Auxiliary Chassis
The invention relates to an agricultural implement having an auxiliary chassis, which implement is supported by the three-point hydraulics of a towing vehicle and has an additional support wheel, on which a spring force acts, to improve the steerability of the vehicle. A dead center mechanism resiliently lifts the support wheel when the implement is in the working position.
Tiller Back Blade Attachment
the apparatus was made too move and level dirt, gravel, and other landscaping and paving materials. It utilizes a rear tine tiller, hinge apparatus, and back blade in combination. It opens if the tiller moves forward and closes in reverse. As used the present invention saves countless hours of time when compared to shoveling and leveling material manually.
Rotary spider tine for tillage implement
A tillage implement has a gang of rotary spider tines, each spider tine having a center portion and a plurality of teeth forming a peripheral edge of the spider tine. Each tooth is rearwardly curving from the intended direction of rotation and has a curved leading edge and a curved trailing edge that taper to a rounded outward tip. A distal end of each tooth is angled relative to a tooth base to form a flared paddle such that the flared paddle is angled with respect to the tooth base and center portion of the spider tine. A first set of teeth have flared paddles angled in a first direction and a second set have flared paddles angled in a direction opposite said first direction, with the first set being alternately positioned with the second set in a circumferential pattern around the peripheral edge of the spider tine.
HARVESTING AND SOWING INTEGRATED COMPOUND OPERATION MACHINE
A harvesting and sowing integrated compound operation machine, including a combine harvester, a stubble cleaning device, a topsoil loosening device, a fertilization device, a rotary tillage and ditching device, a sowing device, a detection device, a first driving device, a second driving device and a control device, wherein the stubble cleaning device is mounted below a header of the combine harvester; and the topsoil loosening device, the fertilization device, the rotary tillage and ditching device and the sowing device are mounted at a rear of a chassis of the combine harvester.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CALIBRATING AGRICULTURAL FIELD SURFACE PROFILE SENSORS
An agricultural implement includes a sensor configured to emit output signals for reflection off of a surface and detect reflections of the output signals as return signals. Furthermore, the agricultural implement includes a computing system configured to control the sensor such that the sensor emits the output signals for reflection off of a calibration device including a base portion and a plurality of projections extending outward from the base portion such that a top surface of the calibration device approximates a surface profile of the field. Moreover, the computing system is configured to receive data indicative of a profile of the top surface of the calibration device from the sensor in a spatial domain. Additionally, the computing system is configured to convert the received data to a frequency domain using a spectral analysis technique and calibrate an operation of the sensor based on the converted data.
INDEPENDENT GROUND ENGAGING TOOL DEPTH CONTROL
A row unit includes a blade and a packer arm pivotally coupled to a packer support structure. The row unit also includes a packer wheel rotatably coupled to the packer arm, and configured to rotate across a soil surface to limit a penetration depth of the blade into the soil. The row unit further includes an actuator having a first portion rotatably coupled to the packer arm and a second portion rotatably coupled to the packer support structure, wherein the penetration depth of the blade is controlled by extending and contracting the actuator.
Implement and method for preparing and maintaining dirt arena footing
An implement is disclosed for smoothing grounds that include at least a compact base having a top surface and a lesser compact footing on top of the base. The implement includes a frame having a front portion, a central portion, a rear portion, and a width. Wheels are mounted for rotation directly to the frame, and tools are carried by the frame for engagement with the ground. The tools include a specially shaped cleaving blade connected to the rear portion of the frame by a tool support, which securely connects the cleaving blade at predetermined heights. The blade has a front shaving edge and a rear compressing edge. The blade extends straight across the width of the frame so as to maximize the drag displaced on the frame during use of the blade. Arrangement of the wheels directly on the frame provides optimal stabilization of the frame during operation of the blade.
