Rolling basket down pressure adjustment system
An agricultural tillage implement including a frame section having a pull hitch extending in a travel direction, at least one secondary frame coupled with the frame, a plurality of rolling basket assemblies, a geographical position determining device, and a pressure control system. The secondary frame is coupled to the frame. The plurality of rolling basket assemblies are coupled to the secondary frame. The geographical position determining device generates a geo-position signal. The pressure control system is coupled to the plurality of rolling basket assemblies. The pressure control system is configured to supply a selected pressure to each of the plurality of rolling basket assemblies dependent upon the geo-position signal.
Tillage device for agricultural machinery or implements to reduce compaction caused by wheels in a field
A system for tilling compression marks formed in a field by wheels of agricultural machinery the system including a first roller assembly having a plurality of blade assemblies positioned in spaced relation to one another. The first roller assembly rotatably connected to a swing arm which moves the first roller assembly between a disengaged position, where the roller assembly does not penetrate the soil, and an engaged position where the roller assembly does penetrate and till the soil. The first roller assembly is positioned behind and in alignment with a first wheel of the agricultural machinery such that the first roller assembly tills the compression mark formed by the first wheel.

METHOD FOR PLOWING GROUND WITH A PLOUGH DEVICE COMPRISING TWO CUTTING ELEMENTS
A method for ploughing a ground (120) using a plough device (100). A rotatable first plate-like cutting element (102) having a circumferential first cutting edge (103) is arranged on a support structure (101) and is designed such that when the support structure (101) is moved on the ground (120) along a ploughing direction (110), a side region (202) of a soil ridge (201) of the ground (120) is being cut by means of a first cutting region (104) of the first cutting edge (103). A second preferably disc-shaped cutting element (105) having a second cutting edge (106) is arranged on the support structure (101) and is designed such that when the support structure (101) is moved on the ground (120) along a ploughing direction (110), a base region (203) of a soil ridge (201) of the ground (120) is being cut by means of a second cutting region (118) of the second cutting edge (106), wherein the second cutting element (105) is arranged relative to the first cutting element (102) in the ploughing direction (110) such that the second cutting region (118) is arranged before the first cutting region (104) in the ploughing direction (110).
IMPROVED HEAD FOR AN AGRICULTURAL TOOL
The present invention relates to a head for attaching an agricultural tool to a support beam configured to be towed along a longitudinal axis, the support beam extending substantially transversely to the longitudinal axis, said head including a mounting bracket assembly configured to mount to the support beam at a location along a length of the support beam, and enable attachment of the agricultural tool such that the agricultural tool, when attached, suspends from the clamped mounting bracket assembly, the mounting bracket assembly being mountable to the support beam such that a tool attachment portion of the mounting bracket assembly is forwardly disposed, enabling the agricultural tool to be attached at a fore or central position along the longitudinal axis relative to the transverse support beam, or rearwardly disposed, enabling the agricultural tool to be attached at the central or an aft position along the longitudinal axis relative to the transverse support beam.
Soil tillage apparatus and method
A soil tillage apparatus that includes a frame with a hitch arrangement for pulling the frame mounting, back from the frame front end, are sequently mounted earth cutter disks that individually turn when pulled through the soil to lift the soil above the ground, followed by a hammer tiller consisting of a rotor drum mounted to turn oppositely to the cutter disks and includes pivotally mounted tines that turn with the rotor drum above the ground to flail the clumps of soil lifted by the disks and pulverize the clumps of lifted soil, in mid-air, into soil particles that fall back to the ground, and are mixed into the soil by chiselers that follow the hammer tiller, and the frame may further mount a soil leveler wheel and soil packer wheel.
Attachment arrangement with double shear configuration for frame members of an agricultural tillage implement
An agricultural tillage implement includes a carriage frame assembly having a longitudinal frame member extending in a travel direction, and a cross frame member extending transverse to the longitudinal frame member. A horizontal attachment arrangement interconnects the longitudinal frame member with the cross frame member. The horizontal attachment arrangement includes a generally vertical first plate attached to the longitudinal frame member and having a first through hole, a generally vertical second plate attached to the cross frame member and having a second through hole, and a pivot pin extending through each of the first through hole and the second through hole.
