According to embodiments, a sheet post-processing apparatus includes a processing tray, a vertical alignment section, a horizontal alignment section and a controller. The controller is configured to control the horizontal alignment section to shift the sheet to a first alignment position a predetermined distance from the center of the processing tray in the sheet width direction, control the horizontal alignment section to align the sheet in the sheet width direction at the first alignment position, and control the vertical alignment section to align the sheet in the conveying direction at the first alignment position, control the horizontal alignment section to realign the sheet at the first alignment position.

In accordance with an embodiment, a sheet processing apparatus comprises a processing tray, a longitudinal alignment mechanism, a horizontal alignment mechanism and an interlocking mechanism. The processing tray can stack a sheet. The longitudinal alignment mechanism includes a rotatable paddle. The longitudinal alignment mechanism can align the sheets stacked on the processing tray in a sheet conveyance direction. The horizontal alignment mechanism includes a horizontal alignment plate movable in a sheet width direction orthogonal to the sheet conveyance direction. The horizontal alignment mechanism can align the sheets placed on the processing tray in the sheet width direction. The interlocking mechanism interlocks the paddle in the sheet width direction in synchronization with the movement of the horizontal alignment plate in the sheet width direction.

A sheet processing apparatus includes a processing tray; a conveyance roller for conveying a sheet towards a downstream side in a sheet conveyance direction; a pinch roller for moving between a first position away from the conveyance roller and a second position close to the conveyance roller, and to sandwich the sheet with the conveyance roller at the second position when the sheet is conveyed by the conveyance roller. The apparatus further includes an extruding member for extruding an upstream end of the sheet from the upstream side towards the downstream side to convey the sheet placed on the processing tray. A sheet processing apparatus includes a processing tray, a conveyance roller, an extrusion member, a pinch roller and a controller. The conveyance roller is arranged at a downstream side of the processing tray in a sheet conveyance direction, and conveys the sheet. The extrusion member extrudes an end of an upstream side in the sheet conveyance direction of the sheet placed on the processing tray to the downstream side. The pinch roller moves to a rotation position at the time of conveying the sheet by the conveyance roller to sandwich the sheet with the conveyance roller. In accordance with an embodiment, a sheet processing apparatus comprises a first tray, a second tray, a third tray, a lower supporting plate, a drive section and a control device. The second tray is located at the lower part of the first tray. The third tray is located at a downstream side with respect to the second tray in a sheet conveyance direction. The lower supporting plate can support the sheet from the lower part. The drive section drives the lower supporting plate. The control device controls the drive section to arrange the lower supporting plate at the downstream side with respect to a conveyance starting point of the sheet in the sheet conveyance direction in a case of skipping the first tray and the second tray to convey the sheet to the third tray.
PAPER SHEET DEPOSIT MACHINE AND A PAPER SHEET STORAGE EQUIPMENT THEREOF
A paper sheet storage equipment includes an inner housing defining an opening, a bag installation unit, a temporary storage unit including a limiting member and a supporting plate which defines a temporary storage region communicated with the opening, and a sealing unit for sealing the paper sheet storage bag. Multiple paper sheets are conveyed one at a time and through the opening into the inner housing to be stacked on the supporting plate. The limiting member is operable to engage the supporting plate such that the supporting plate supports the paper sheets, and is operable to disengage the supporting plate such that the supporting plate is swingable to allow the paper sheets to drop into the paper sheet storage bag.

The disclosure is related to a paper-sheet storage device, which includes a housing, a paper-sheet bag disposing part, a swingable supporting plate, a sealing mechanism, and a first extendible structure. The paper-sheet bag disposing part is disposed in the housing, and is applicable to be removably installed with a paper-sheet bag. The swingable supporting plate is disposed in the housing and above a bottom portion of the paper-sheet bag storage region, and the swingable supporting plate has a supporting surface, a temporary storage region is defined by a space projected upwardly by the supporting surface when the supporting surface faces upwardly. The temporary storage region is applicable to temporarily stack a plurality of paper-sheets received from an inlet, and when the swingable supporting plate swings downwardly, the paper-sheets fall from the temporary storage region and is received by the paper-sheet bag.
Sheet processing system and control method
A sheet processing system according to an embodiment includes a tray that supports a sheet on opposite sides of the sheet orthogonal to a conveyance direction of the sheet. The tray includes a first adjustable support and second adjustable support positioned opposite the first adjustable support in the direction orthogonal to the conveyance direction of the sheet. A skew sensor detects a skew angle of the sheet conveyed to the tray. A corner sensor detects positions of each corner on a front end in the downstream direction of the sheet conveyed to the tray. A controller controls movement of the first and second adjustable supports based on the detected skew angle and the detected positions of each corner on the front end of the sheet conveyed to the tray so that the sheet is conveyed to the tray without jamming.
