The non-printed paper supply apparatus for the single-side printer includes two palettes which sandwich and hold the stacked paper from upper and lower sides, a plurality of alignment holding tools which is provided between the palettes and is adjusted according to a volume of the stacked paper, a pair of fastening and reversing tools including reversing bars in which reversing shafts for reverse are formed on sides of the palettes opposite to each other, and a pair of reverse assisting stands which pivotally support reversing shafts of each fastening and reversing tool. The alignment holding tool and the fastening and reversing tool are respectively fixed to upper/lower palettes with fixing tools which are attached/detached in a single operation.

Stacking/wrapping apparatus

According to one embodiment, a stacking/wrapping apparatus includes a stacking device configured to stack paper sheets in a predetermined number on a stacking unit, a wrapping device configured to wrap a bundle of the stacked paper sheets by winding a band thereon, and a transport carrier configured to receive the paper sheet bundle and transport the paper sheet bundle to the wrapping device. The wrapping device includes a hand assembly, a hand drive mechanism configured to open and close the hand assembly and reciprocate the hand assembly at right angles to the stacking direction, and a band winding device configured to wind a wrapper band around the paper sheet bundle drawn into the binding position.

Sheet medium stacking conveying device and method

A sheet medium stacking conveying device and method, wherein the method comprises a medium conveying step, the medium conveying step comprises: moving a stacking mechanism for clamping media from a medium inlet to a medium outlet along a moving path, and discharging the media clamped by the stacking mechanism towards the medium outlet relative to the stacking mechanism in a process of moving the stacking mechanism towards the medium outlet. The stacking mechanism of the conveying device can reciprocally move between a collection position and discharge position of the media under the driving of a driving mechanism, and the media can be discharged under the condition of no additional power source.

SHEET CONVEYING APPARATUS AND IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM INCLUDING THE SAME

A sheet conveying apparatus, including: a support portion configured to support a second sheet different from a first sheet among a plurality of sheets when the first sheet located undermost among the plurality of sheets conveyed by a conveyance portion is placeable on a placement portion; and a restriction unit configured to bring the second sheet into a first state in order to restrict downward movement of the second sheet at a restriction position located downstream of a support position at which the support portion supports the second sheet when the first sheet is placeable on the placement portion, and to bring the second sheet into a second state in order to remove or reduce a restriction force for restricting the downward movement of the second sheet to less than a restriction force in the first state after bringing the second sheet into the first state at the restriction position.

Sheet bundle conveying apparatus and image forming system having the same

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a sheet bundle conveying apparatus capable of discharging a sheet bundle from a processing tray where a binding process is performed toward the downstream side in right posture to a right position. The present invention comprises a sheet bundle conveying apparatus which conveys sheets stacked at a stack portion to a storing portion at the downstream side including a first conveying member which conveys sheets at the stack portion by a predetermined distance, a second conveying member which performs relay conveyance of the sheets conveyed by the first conveying member by the predetermined distance as being set to have a higher moving speed than that of the first conveying member, and a driving portion which drives the first conveying member and the second conveying member.

Gripping device for gripping sheet material

A gripping device for gripping a sheet-material stack has at least two gripping elements for gripping a sheet-material stack disposed between the gripping elements, which gripping elements can be moved toward each other in order to grip the sheet-material stack. At least one of the gripping fingers of one of the gripping elements is tiltable from its starting position, in which it is oriented substantially parallel to the stack surface, into a tilted position, in which it is inclined toward the stack surface. With the gripping device any types of sheet-material stacks can be reliably and trouble-free removed from a container and held against gravity through grip-clamping.

Banknote processing device and cash-out and cash-in mechanism thereof
09569910 · 2017-02-14 · ·

A banknote dispensing/receiving mechanism of a banknote processing device includes a housing and a baffle, the baffle is an elastic retaining piece, the elastic retaining piece has one end fixed with respect to the housing and another end being a free end, and the elastic retaining piece is located in the discharging route of banknotes. When the banknote dispensing/receiving mechanism operates, after the banknotes being discharged by a banknote-dispensing conveying mechanism, the banknotes fall onto the elastic retaining piece, and the elastic retaining piece provides a supporting force for the banknotes. When all the banknotes are discharged, the banknotes are pushed by a banknote pushing plate to apply a pushing force to the elastic retaining piece, and at this moment the elastic retaining piece generates a plastics deformation, which makes the banknotes and the banknote pushing plate pass through the elastic retaining piece together, to further perform subsequent operations.

METHOD AND ROBOT CELL FOR HANDLING STACKS OF FLEXIBLE SUBSTRATES
20170036356 · 2017-02-09 · ·

The invention concerns a method of handling stacks of flexible substrates (14) by means of a gripper (8) as well as a robot cell (1) for carrying out the method. The gripper (8) is arranged on an arm (6) of a robot (2) and has a lower finger and a corresponding upper finger. The method comprises the steps of inserting said lower finger below a bottom substrate (14) of a stack resting on a base and said upper finger above a top substrate (14) of the stack, and gripping the stack by clamping it between said lower and upper finger. Then by means of the gripper (8) starting at a stack front the entire stack is lifted into a pendent state and moved to a support (16). There the stack is lowered such that a stack rear, which is opposite to said stack front, comes into contact with the support (16). Finally the entire stack is laid out on the support (16) with said bottom substrate (14) up by further lowering and while horizontally displacing the gripper (8) in a bottom-to-top substrate direction before letting the gripper (8) release the stack.

Method of moving a stack of products by use of a robot

A method for moving a stack of products by a robot. The robot has an articulated arm and at least one gripper disposed on the articulated arm for gripping the stack of products. The stack of products is turned, before being moved by the robot, with a pivoting device that is separate from the robot. The stack of products is turned about a horizontal axis and the stack of products, while out of the horizontal orientation, is aligned and/or straightened in one direction and/or straightened in two mutually orthogonal directions and/or vibrated and/or aerated and/or modified from a fanned-out stack of products to become an unfanned stack of products. The robot then takes the stack from the pivoting device and subsequently moves the stack.
