A tape dispenser for use on a belt is described. The tape dispenser has a back panel with a belt attachment, a tape receiving reel attachment and a blade connection. A tape receiving reel is rotatably connected to the tape receiving reel attachment. A cutting assembly is attached to the blade connection. The cutting assembly has a first cutting blade and a second cutting blade. The first cutting blade is positioned on a top of the cutting assembly and the second cutting blade is positioned on a bottom of the cutting assembly.

An indicium which represents a food is located on the opposite side of the first material from the adhesive. The reusable adhesive device is capable of being placed on a dispenser. An automatic tape dispensing system comprising a feed system having a plurality of rollers, the rollers driven by a motor for peeling tape from a tape roll and dispensing the tape from the dispensing system. The system further includes a reel for supporting the tape thereon and a track supporting the reel. The track extends from a first upper end to a second lower end, the reel movable from the upper end to the lower end in response to tape being dispensed from the system in order to maintain a desired tension on the tape roll.
