Method of installing cable on cable reel
A method of installing cable on a cable reel that has the steps of providing a cable reel that includes first and second opposing flanges where the first flange has a first hub portion and the second flange having a second hub portion and the first hub portion has one or more flexible segments; placing a cable coil over the first hub portion and on the first flange so that the first hub portion substantially extends through an inner diameter of the cable coil; and expanding the one or more flexible segments by inserting the second hub portion inside of the first hub portion so that the one or more flexible segments engage the cable coil.
MOBILE REBAR SUPPLY SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING UNLIMITED LENGTHS
A vehicle supported system having a support frame, a support surface, a number of a coil handlers and a coil leveler, all supported upon the support surface. The coil handlers are configured to rotatably support a coil of reinforcing bar material in a manner which allows the reinforcing bar materials to be unwound and fed from the coil. The coil leveler may be configured to receive the reinforcing bar materials and to perform a straightening operation which will provide a straightened rebar material at an output of the mobile outfeed device. The system may also include a mobile cutter positioned adjacent outfeed device to cut reinforcing bar materials to a desired length when that length has been provided through the output.
Thread Dispenser
A thread dispenser for use when installing hair extensions comprised of a base supporting a spool on a vertical spindle. The top of the base has a guide with a catch to hold and guide the thread towards a cutter on top of the base. The cutter includes a cartridge with a replaceable blade. The blade is recessed and exposed through a mouth for safety. The base includes a plurality of needle holding apertures. Optionally included is a drawer in the base and a tension nut holding the spool onto the spindle.
Dispenser construction string, cord, or wire
A dispenser for a construction string, cord, or wire contains: an end member, a handle member, and a fixer. The end member includes a first stem formed on a first end thereof, a second stem arranged on a second end thereof and separated from the first stem by a shoulder, a disposable spool fitted on the second stem on which two opposite first ribs extend away from the shoulder, a fitting part defined between the two opposite first ribs, a notch defined on a top of the fitting part, and inner threads formed on an inner wall of the notch. The handle member is rotatably connected with the first stem. The fixer includes a body and a threaded post extending outward from the body, wherein the threaded post has outer threads arranged on an outer wall thereof so as to screw with the inner threads of the notch.
Spool Package Assemblies and Components
Spools, spool packages, and spool packaging assemblies are described. In aspects, a spool package assembly includes an outer package defining an interior volume. The spool package assembly also includes a plurality of prongs positioned within the interior volume. The spool package assembly also includes a spool rotatably secured on the plurality of prongs within the interior volume of the outer package.
Tool Cart
A cart comprising a support frame having a plurality of wheels, a reel supported by the support frame, and a tool tethered to the support frame.
TAPE HOLDER
Implementations of a tape holder are provided. In some implementations, the tape holder may be used to secure a roll of tape to a magnetic surface. In some implementations, the tape holder is comprised of a base member and a spool support.
Inertia braking payout device and package system
A payout device that includes a carton, a rotatable member, and a slot is provided. The carton can include an opening that provides an egress for elongated flexible material stored within the carton. The rotatable member can be disposed within the carton, the rotatable member can have a circumference, and the elongated flexible material can be wound around the rotatable member. The slot can rotatably support the rotatable member, the slot can have a round shape that is larger than the circumference of the rotatable member, at least a portion of the rotatable member can be slidable within the slot between a payoff position and a braking position, the rotatable member can be rotatable within the slot when in the payoff position for dispensing the elongated flexible material from the opening in the carton, and the payoff position can be elevated relative to the braking position.
Tape holder
Implementations of a tape holder are provided. In some implementations, the tape holder may be used to secure a roll of tape to a magnetic surface. In some implementations, the tape holder is comprised of a base member and a spool support. In some implementations, the base member has one or more magnets on one side for securing the tape holder to a surface. In some implementations, the spool support is configured to secure a roll of tape to the tape holder. In some implementations, the spool support is configured to receive a roll of tape thereon. In some implementations, the spool support may include one or more flexible members thereon configured to releasably secure a roll of tape on the spool support. In some implementations, the tape holder may include a bearing shelf. In some implementations, the bearing shelf may be configured to support a roll of tape thereon.
Apparatus and method for spooling wire
A reel apparatus and method comprising an inner flange assembly, an outer flange assembly, and a bearing assembly coupled to the inner flange assemblies. The inner flange assembly is capable of freely rotating relative to the outer flange assembly. In another embodiment, wire is spooled from a reel assembly comprising an inner flange assembly and an outer flange assembly.
