A ROLL OF STRUCTURAL MATERIAL, IT'S METHOD OF MAKING AND A METHOD OF MAKING A WIND TURBINE BLADE
A roll (16) of structural material for use in the manufacture of large composite structures such as wind turbine blades is described. The roll (16) comprises an elongate stack of structural layers (10) fastened together and wrapped around a reel (14). The reel (14) comprises a plurality of mutually spaced supports (50) about which the stack is folded into a rolled stack. Sections of the rolled stack between the supports are substantially unsupported by the reel and are held in a slack state in order to prevent wrinkles from forming in the rolled stack.

Continuous rod transport system
A transport system has a dedicated trailer for transporting a small transport reel (i.e., <18-ft in diameter) of continuous rod to the field. The trailer has a pedestal that can pivot the reel. A hub motor on the pedestal can turn the reel, and a transfer unit and rod bender on the trailer can curve or straighten the rod when being fed into or out of the reel. A power and hydraulic system operates the various hydraulic components on the trailer. In other aspects, the transport system includes stands that can hold the small transport reels on a trailer within a defined transport envelope. When empty, these stands can be stacked on top of one another on the trailer for return to a facility.

Cable reel system
A cable reel assembly system in which a teach pendant cable can be removably installed. An insert is positioned in alignment with an aperture in a central spool cylinder, and an adapter is mounted to the insert. A teach pendant cable can be removably connected to the adapter.
String light storage lattice
The invention concerns a devise being a flat lattice frame for holding string lights, such as Christmas lights, for tangle free storage designed to fit in a standard file storage box. It is designed in a manner for easy use, helps to minimize the required storage space and to approximately match the interior of a standard file box to provide vertical support.
