COLLAPSIBLE, RE-USEABLE SPOOL
A spool is transitionable between an operable (i.e., cable ready) state and a stowed (i.e., return ready) state. In the operable state, the spool is configured to receive and hold a coil of cable. In the stowed state, the spool has a reduced three-dimensional footprint compared to the operable state, thereby facilitating storage and return of the spools. The spool can be releasably locked in the operable state. When the lock is released, the spool can be freely transitioned between both states to facilitate reuse of the spool.
REEL FOR TAPING ELECTRONIC COMPONENT PACKAGE
A reel for a taping electronic component package with a tape including multiple recesses and electronic components housed in the respective recesses includes a core around which the taping electronic component package is to be wound, a pair of flanges that are located at respective ends of the core and that face each other across the core in an axial direction, and a separating portion that irreversibly separates the flanges.
Portable rack for holding coils of windable material
A portable rack for holding windable material, such as cable or wire, includes two elongated leg sections which are joined together at the upper ends thereof for pivotal movement between a folded condition at which the lower ends of the leg sections are disposed adjacent one another and an unfolded condition at which the lower ends of the leg sections are in a spaced-apart relationship. A two-ended rod is attachable to one leg section so that each of the two ends of the rod is capable of supporting a coil of windable material directed thereover. In addition, a plate member is secured to one of the leg sections adjacent the upper end thereof and defines an abutment edge for limiting the movement of the lower ends of the leg sections further apart during an unfolding operation to a distance as measured between the lower ends of the leg sections when in the unfolded condition.

DEVICE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF APPROPRIATELY CONFIGURED ROLL ASSEMBLIES OF EXPANDED ALUMINIUM MESH ADAPTED TO EFFICIENTLY FILL FUEL CONTAINERS
Device for the production of selectively configured roll assemblies of expanded aluminium mesh (17) adapted to efficiently fill fuel containers and provide suppression of ignition and combustion of the fuel contained therein, comprising a roll (1) of in expanded aluminium mesh at an inlet of the device, a mechanism (5) for providing tensioning of a mesh web (15) flowing from the inlet to the outlet of the device, a mechanism (6) for forwardly moving mesh web (15), a mechanism (7) for transversely cutting a predetermined portion of mesh web (15), a mechanism (8) that securely folds the edge of the transversely cut end of mesh web (15) and a mechanism (10) wherein a mesh roll assembly (16) is set up onto a disc (12c) that rotates to wind a predetermined number of turns of mesh web (15) around mesh roll assembly (16) and provide an end product of roll assembly of expanded aluminium mesh (17).
Cable reel
A cable payout apparatus that comprises a bag with a payout opening for dispensing cable, and first and second frames inside the bag. A first flange is configured to be rotatably coupled to the first frame. A second flange is configured to be rotatably coupled to the second frame. An elongated wall extends from the first flange and releasably couples to the second flange for supporting a coil of cable between the first and second flanges. The first frame is positioned in the base of the bag and the second frame is positioned at the cover of the bag, such that when the cover of the bag is closed with respect to the base of the bag, the second frame releasably couples with the second flange and such that when the cover of the bag is opened, the second frame decouples from the second flange.
