Rotatable Cable Reel
A cable reel of the present disclosure can include two flanges and a central drum being independently rotatable from one another. The drum, which can be configured to receive a cable, can be mounted on an axle. The two flanges can be rotationally mounted on the axle at opposing distal ends of the axle. Bearings in the flanges can allow for a full rotation of the flanges about the axle. The cable reel can also include a locking pin for locking rotation of a flange with rotation of the drum.
ROTARY WIRE-RECEIVING RACK
A rotary wire-receiving rack comprises a winding structure, a shaft, a first handle, a lid, a locking slider, and a second handle. The winding structure includes two bars arranged longitudinally in parallel and two rods arranged horizontally in parallel for winding cables. Both ends of the two rods are linked to the bars respectively. The shaft is arranged parallel to and located between the rods. The shaft is pivoted on the bars. The first handle and the lid are respectively fixed at the two ends of the shaft. The lid has a locking hole, and the locking slider is slidably installed on the rod near the locking hole. The locking slider is formed with a locking pin that cooperates with the locking hole. The second handle is pivoted at the end of the bar which closing to the locking hole and having a recess for clamping a cable.

FALL ARREST DEVICE
A fall arrest device includes a braking device, a frame, and a rotating member connected to the frame. The rotating member includes a main body and a plurality of pawls which are pivotally connected to a mounting portion of the main body. Each of the pawls has an abutting portion, a pivot, and a body portion. The braking device has a plurality of abutted portions. When a rotation speed of the rotating member is greater than or equal to a predetermined rotation speed, the abutting portions abut against the abutted portions to stop a rotation of the rotating member. When the rotation speed of the rotating member is smaller than the predetermined rotation speed, the body portion of each of the pawls touches a periphery of the abutted portions and swings as an outer diameter of the abutted portions of the braking device changes.

MODULAR SPOOL FOR AUTOMATED FOOTWEAR PLATFORM
A footwear lacing apparatus can comprise a housing structure, a modular spool and a drive mechanism. The housing structure can comprising a first inlet, a second inlet, and a lacing channel extending between the first and second inlets. The modular spool can be disposed in the lacing channel and can comprise a lower plate including a shaft extending from the lower plate, and an upper plate including a drum portion. The upper plate can be releasabley connected to the lower plate at a connection interface. The drive mechanism can couple with the modular spool and can be adapted to rotate the modular spool to wind or unwind a lace cable extending through the lacing channel and between the upper and lower plates of the modular spool.
Seamless Hoist
The invention provides a hoist mechanism for a backdrop as used in the photographic setting. The hoist uses two vertical channels, each having and upper and a lower pull around which a belt is attached. A bracket, secured to the belt, is used to secure a roller of the backdrop thereto. A connecting rod, secured to the lower pullies of the vertical channels, is used to keep the two belts operating in concert. A hand crank, secured to the connecting rod, permits the operator to move the two brackets up/down which moves the a roller having the backdrop in like fashion.
