A tape product dispenser and method of using a tape product dispenser are provided. The tape product dispenser includes a reel member comprising an internal loading surface for loading a tape product and a housing. The housing comprises a lower portion and a housing port disposed at a radially outer end of the housing. The lower portion is coupled to the reel member for rotation of the reel member relative to the lower portion.

Fishing line dispensing apparatuses for loading fishing line onto a reel, can include a base operable to hold a spool of fishing line, a cap detachably associated with at least a portion of the base, and one or more securing elements coupled to the base. The securing elements can be operable to releasably secure the base to a shaft of a fishing rod. The base of a fishing line dispensing apparatus can additionally include a spool retention surface disposed at a bottom end of the base and a sidewall connected to and extending in a substantially orthogonal direction away from the spool retention surface.

A thread or floss dispenser (1) is disclosed, comprising a container (3) for housing a quantity of thread (11). The container has a substantially flat external wall (16) through which is provided an aperture (12) for the thread to emerge from the interior of the container. A cap (5) is slidably connected to the container so that it can move in a reciprocal manner, along the plane of the external wall, between open and closed positions. The external wall has an elongate recess (13) extending from the aperture towards a terminating point (17) near to the edge of the wall, The edge or underside of the cap carries a blade (27) that, as it passes over the terminating point of the recess towards the closed position, effects cutting of the thread.

A thread or floss dispenser (1) is disclosed, comprising a container (3) for housing a quantity of thread (11). The container has a substantially flat external wall (16) through which is provided an aperture (12) for the thread to emerge from the interior of the container. A cap (5) is slidably connected to the container so that it can move in a reciprocal manner, along the plane of the external wall, between open and closed positions. A dispenser for elastomeric monofilament is provided. The dispenser has a hollow lower half hingedly joined to a mating hollow upper half. Each half has a peripheral wall with vertically extending sidewalls defining an interior and an exterior to the dispenser. A pair of hubs is formed in the sidewalls of one of the halves and a reel is rotably disposed between the hubs. The reel has elastomeric monofilament therearound. A passage from the interior to the exterior of the dispenser is formed at a junction between the halves by a channel formed in each half having a sinuous path through the peripheral wall thereof. The channels are configured such that a sinuous passage is formed from the interior of the dispenser to the exterior of the dispenser by the juxtaposition of the channels when the halves are joined to each other.

A dispenser for elastomeric monofilament is provided. The dispenser has a hollow lower half hingedly joined to a mating hollow upper half. Each half has a peripheral wall with vertically extending sidewalls defining an interior and an exterior to the dispenser. A pair of hubs is formed in the sidewalls of one of the halves and a reel is rotably disposed between the hubs. The reel has elastomeric monofilament therearound. A passage from the interior to the exterior of the dispenser is formed at a junction between the halves by a channel formed in each half having a sinuous path through the peripheral wall thereof. The channels are configured such that a sinuous passage is formed from the interior of the dispenser to the exterior of the dispenser by the juxtaposition of the channels when the halves are joined to each other.

A system includes a trailer frame, a lifting mechanism coupled to the trailer frame, wherein the lifting mechanism is configured to raise or lower a coil of pipe or a reel of pipe, a braking mechanism configured to apply pressure to the pipe while the pipe is being deployed by the system, and a hydraulic power unit configured to hydraulically power the system.
