Accessory storage case
A storage system includes a protective housing member configured to mate with a handheld electronic device. The protective housing member includes a charging area formed between a surface of the protective housing member and a surface of an accessory item of the handheld electronic device. The charging area is configured to charge the accessory item of the handheld electronic device. The charging area is powered by at last one power component of the protective housing member or at least one power component of the handheld electronic device. The storage system further includes at least one integrated circuit which is either a component of the handheld electronic device or a component of the protective housing member.
Portable, Powered Collection System for Flexible Fluid Hoses.
The present invention relates generally to medical equipment, more particularly, the use of fluid hoses coupling tanks to cannulas, as part of medical gas therapy, such as oxygen therapy. The invention describes a collection system for managing excess flexible hose that a patient might need to wear for medical reasons such as home oxygen medical therapy. It comprises a non-spooling roller system attached to a receptacle for collecting excess hose into the receptacle and extraction from the receptacle, and a power system to power and control the roller system, and design features that optimize the collection and extraction.
Closet auger
A closet auger includes an elongated casing member extending along an axis, and an elongated drive member telescopically received in the casing member and movable between an extended position and a retracted position relative to the casing member along the axis. The drive member is rotatable relative to the casing member about the axis. The closet auger further includes a flexible cable having an end removably connectable to the drive member in first and second configurations, where a length of the flexible cable is retracted within or extended from the drive member, respectively. A cable retention assembly is supported by the casing member and selectively engageable with the flexible cable to inhibit movement of the flexible cable relative to the casing member. The drive member is movable relative to the flexible cable when the cable retention assembly engages the flexible cable to change between the first and second configurations.
Fish tape case
A fish tape case is configured to house a fish tape. The fish tape includes a shell having an upper base wall, a lower base wall, an inner side wall extending between inner perimeters of the base walls and forming a central aperture through the shell, an outer side wall extending between outer perimeters of the base walls and defining an outer diameter of the shell, the walls defining a cavity therein, the upper base wall having a first opening therethrough in communication with the cavity through which the fish tape can exit, and the outer side wall having a second opening therethrough in communication with the cavity through which the fish tape can exit. A storage reel is mounted in the cavity for holding the fish tape.
ELECTRIC VEHICLE CABLE MOUNTING SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREFOR
A electric vehicle cable mounting system includes a driving unit including a rotary disc and allowing a charging cable to be released from a side in accordance with a rotation motion of a rotary disc, a guide unit provided behind the driving unit and allowing the driving unit to move in a vertical direction in accordance with a rotation motion of the rotary disc, and a controller controlling the driving unit and the guide unit such that the charging cable is automatically released in an electric vehicle charge mode and is automatically returned in an electric vehicle charge standby mode.
DISPENSING AND RETRACTING A CABLE FOR A SUBMERSIBLE VEHICLE
A technique for managing a cable for an antenna involves applying (or providing) a cable retracting force to a carrier which is movable relative to a cable guide. The cable extends from a connector through the carrier and through the cable guide to an antenna platform for the antenna. The cable retracting force biases the carrier away from the cable guide. The technique further involves moving the carrier toward the cable guide to dispense the cable through the cable guide in response to a pulling force on the antenna platform exceeding the cable retracting force. The technique further involves moving the carrier away from the cable guide to retract the cable through the cable guide in response to the pulling force on the antenna platform being less than the cable retracting force.
Portable, powered collection system for flexible fluid hoses
The present invention relates generally to medical equipment, more particularly, the use of fluid hoses coupling tanks to cannulas, as part of medical gas therapy, such as oxygen therapy. The invention describes a collection system for managing excess flexible hose that a patient might need to wear for medical reasons such as home oxygen medical therapy. It comprises a collection container, a non-spooling roller system for collecting excess hose into the collection container and extraction from the collection container, and power system to power and control the roller system.
Telescoping drum auger extension tool
An apparatus for cleaning drains has a drum auger with a coiled snake cable mounted on a telescoping extension tube. The tube has a rear and a forward handle with a cable lock on top of each handle. By alternately locking/unlocking each handle's cable lock and extending/folding the telescoping extension tube, the user can project the cable down a clogged drain without touching the cable. A second key feature is that the telescoping extension tube prevents kinking of the cable. Turning the auger handle twists the cable's auger tip when a wing screw locks the cable to a rotatable nose on the drum auger.
Ergonomic hose load platform
An ergonomic hose load platform for a fire fighting vehicle is provided. The ergonomic hose load platform includes a platform and at least one pivot mount defining a pivot axis. The platform is pivotable about the pivot axis to open and close the platform.
Paracord dispenser and associated methods
A cord dispenser includes a body having a body outer wall and an inner chamber. The inner chamber is operable to contain a length of cord, the cord having a first cord end. A retaining mechanism is rigidly affixed to the body outer wall of the dispenser. The retaining mechanism is sized to removably secure a light source. A first through-hole is disposed in the body through which the first cord end is operable to be extended and to be securely attached to the light source.
