Paper sheet stacking device and method for controlling paper sheet stacking device
A paper sheet stacking device includes: a conveyance mechanism that conveys paper sheets; a stacking mechanism including a stacking space in which the paper sheets, which are conveyed by the conveyance mechanism, are stacked, a first space regulating member that moves in a thickness direction of the paper sheets in the stacking space, a support member that extends in the moving direction of the first space regulating member and supports one side of the paper sheets in the stacking space, and a second space regulating member that is provided to face the support member and moves in a direction toward and away from the support member; and a controller that controls the stacking mechanism. The controller controls a position of the second space regulating member in accordance with an outer dimension of the paper sheets that are conveyed into the stacking space by the conveyance mechanism.
Bill collecting and recycling box
A banknote collecting and recycling box includes a box body including a door body having a banknote inlet, a banknote conveying passage, a conveying mechanism and a banknote stacking plate. The conveying mechanism is close to the banknote inlet and includes a driving shaft roller, a steering shaft roller in interference fit with the driving shaft roller, an outlet driving shaft roller away from the banknote inlet and in interference fit with the steering shaft roller, and a flapping vaned wheel coaxially arranged with the outlet driving shaft roller. The banknote stacking plate is supported by a spring on a bottom plate in the box body and slidable up and down, a side, facing the banknote stacking plate, of the first passage plate is provided with a guiding elastic piece, and a Y-shaped passage is formed by the guiding elastic piece and the banknote stacking plate.
MEDIA-SHEET STACKING SYSTEMS
A media-sheet stacking system for stacking media sheets on a device output tray comprises a kicker to advance a media sheet along the output tray by pushing a trailing edge of the media sheet as it exits the device, and a movable element arranged to face the output tray across a space that receives media sheets exiting the device. A drive mechanism is provided to drive the movable element in the direction of advance of the media sheet along the output tray.
BAIL ARM TO APPLY FORCE
Examples disclosed herein relate to a device including a bail arm to apply force to an output bin. In examples, a force providing member coupled to the bail arm is to provide a counter force to reduce the force applied by the bail arm to the output bin.
Media-sheet stacking systems
A media-sheet stacking system (10) for stacking media sheets on a device output tray (OT) comprises a kicker (25) to advance a media sheet along the output tray by pushing a trailing edge of the media sheet as it exits the device, and a movable element (32a) arranged to face the output tray across a space that receives media sheets exiting the device. A drive mechanism (33) is provided to drive the movable element in the direction of advance of the media sheet along the output tray.
POST-PROCESSING APPARATUS AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A post-processing apparatus includes an ejection tray receiving a recording medium that is ejected, an elastic member urging the ejection tray upward in a vertical direction, a moving mechanism causing the ejection tray to move up and down in the vertical direction, and a driving source driving the moving mechanism.
SHEET FEEDING APPARATUS AND IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM
A sheet feeding apparatus includes an accommodating unit, and a conveyance unit. The conveyance unit includes a first guide member, a second guide member, walls on both sides, a conveyance roller, and a first cover. The walls on both sides are arranged on both sides of the first guide member and the second guide member in a width direction perpendicular to a sheet conveyance direction. Together with the first guide member and the second guide member, the walls on both sides forms a space of a conveyance path through which a sheet is conveyed. The conveyance roller is disposed to project toward the conveyance path via a first opening of the first guide member and conveys the sheet in the conveyance path. The first cover encloses the space of the conveyance path in such a manner that the first cover covers the first opening and the conveyance roller.
The banknote stacking plate is supported by a spring on a bottom plate in the box body and slidable up and down, a side, facing the banknote stacking plate, of the first passage plate is provided with a guiding elastic piece, and a Y-shaped passage is formed by the guiding elastic piece and the banknote stacking plate
Post-processing device and image forming apparatus
A post-processing device includes a stacking portion on which media are stacked; a staple binding device that binds the media together by using a staple and that is movable between staple binding positions at which the staple binding device binds the media together and a supply position that is in a front section in a width direction of the media and at which staples are suppliable to the staple binding device; and a stapleless binding device that binds the media together without using a staple and that is movable between a stapleless binding position at which the stapleless binding device binds the media together and a retracted position that is in the front section. When the stapleless binding device is moved to the retracted position, the staple binding device and the stapleless binding device do not interfere with each other irrespective of a position of the staple binding device.
SHEET STACKING APPARATUS AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A sheet stacking apparatus includes a plurality of storages, a plurality of conveyance portions provided above sheets stored in the storages, respectively, to convey the sheets, and a main body frame holding the storages and having a plurality of opening portions through which the storages are movable between a closed position in which the sheets are conveyed and a pullout position in which the sheets are stacked. The storages include a plurality of exterior covers, respectively, each exterior cover being larger than a corresponding opening portion so as to cover the corresponding opening portion. The storages are arranged so that the plurality of exterior covers are aligned in a vertical direction. A conveyance portion, which conveys the sheets stored in a lower storage of the storages, overlaps an exterior cover of a storage one above the lower storage in the vertical direction when viewed in a horizontal direction.
