Method and system of self-adaption adjustment for post-printing treatment
A method of self-adaption adjustment for post-printing treatment including steps of S1: printing a plurality of identifiers on a paper sheet for positioning actual locations of treatment on the paper sheet; S2: detecting the identifiers on the paper sheet, and locating the actual locations to be treated according to the locations of the identifiers and/or relative locations among the identifiers; and S3: adjusting locations of treatment from a post-printing treatment mechanism to the paper sheet according to the actual locations output in step S2. A system of self-adaption adjustment for post-printing treatment including a printing module, a detection module, a treatment module, a driving module and a post-printing treatment mechanism. The method and system realize the self-adaption adjustment, which effectively solves the problems that an actual value after skewing or stretching or shrinking the actual printing content is inconsistent with a theoretical value of typesetting, thus effectively improving the production efficiency and production quality, which has favorable economic and social benefits. The method and system can be widely applied in various post-printing treatment systems.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING THE FEED OF SEMIFINISHED PRODUCTS IN A TYRE BUILDING PROCESS
Method for controlling the feed of semifinished products in a tyre building process, said method comprising: feeding a semifinished product (10) into a building station (30) adapted to build, through said semifinished product (10), a structural component of a tyre; performing, in an acquisition zone (AZ), a verification to verify the presence of at least one defect of said semifinished product (10); generating a notification signal (NS) as a function of said verification; activating, as a function of said notification signal (NS), a discard device (60), configured for discarding at least one portion of said semifinished product (10) comprising said at least one defect.
Sheet binding device and sheet binding method
A sheet binding device includes a sheet shifting unit, a tape cutter, and a tape attachment unit. The sheet shifting unit has a guide and is configured to stack multiple sheets on the guide with edge portions that are shifted from each other to form a sheet bundle. The tape cutter cuts tape with a target length that is varied in accordance with a thickness of the sheet bundle. The tape attachment unit is configured to attach the cut tape having the target length to an edge portion of the sheet bundle.
IMAGE RECORDING DEVICE
An image recording device includes: a conveyer configured to convey a sheet set in a first feeding tray in a state in which the sheet is wound in a roll shape to serve as a roll sheet; a recording device configured to record an image on the sheet conveyed by the conveyer; a display; and a controller. The controller is configured to execute: a process of stopping conveyance of the sheet in response to detection of an abnormality in the sheet after the conveyance of the sheet is started; and a process of causing the display to display thereon at least one object display screen which indicates, by an object, a target location to restore the abnormality in the sheet to a normal state.
SHEET PRODUCT PACKAGE AND METHOD OF MAKING DISPENSABLE SHEET PRODUCT
A sheet product package and method of making discrete plastic sheets includes a package enclosure with a dispensing opening structure and a plurality of discrete plastic sheets arranged in a stack. The plurality of discrete plastic sheets are disposed within the package enclosure, and each of the plurality of discrete plastic sheets is electrostatically charged. In the method of making the dispensable plastic sheets, electrostatically charged discrete plastic sheets are formed and arranged in a stack. The method may include forming a continuous plastic film, cutting the continuous plastic film into discrete plastic sheets, and, after cutting, electrostatically charging the discrete plastic sheets.

Device for producing adhesive labels
This disclosure relates to a device for producing adhesive labels, in particular in a self-service area, for example of a drug store. The device comprises a printer for printing a printing pattern based on user inputs onto an adhesive film, a cutting apparatus for cutting the adhesive film along a specified cutting pattern which can be selected by a user, and a transferring apparatus for automatically transferring the printed adhesive film from the printer to the cutting apparatus, wherein the transferring apparatus comprises a first moving unit for automatically moving the printed adhesive film in a forward direction from the printer to the cutting apparatus. A control apparatus controls the automatic transfer of the printed adhesive film from the printer to the cutting apparatus.
IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING AN IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
An image forming apparatus includes a first sheet storage, a second sheet storage, an image forming unit, a sheet conveyer configured to convey sheets from the first and second sheet storages to the image forming unit, and a controller. The controller is configured to set new sheets as a type of sheets stored in the first sheet storage and image-decolored sheets as a type of sheets stored in the second sheet storage, switch a sheet feeding source from the first sheet storage to the second sheet storage when the first sheet storage runs out of sheets during execution of a first image forming job that includes no sheet post-processing, and stop image forming by the image forming unit when the first sheet storage runs out of sheets during execution of a second image forming job that includes sheet post-processing.
Image forming apparatus comprising a punch mechanism forming a punch hole in a sheet on which an image is formed by an image forming unit
An image forming apparatus has an image forming unit, a punch mechanism, a display unit, a hole formation request receiving unit, a demand input receiving unit, a region designating unit, an extraction unit, a selection unit, and a punch mechanism control unit. The demand input receiving unit receives an input of a demand about punch hole formation from a user. The region designating unit designates a region in which a punch hole is to be formed by the punch mechanism through the display unit. The extraction unit extracts punch hole formation portion candidates having a printing rate lower than a predetermined value in the designated region. The selection unit causes a user to select the hole formation portion satisfying the demand. The punch mechanism control unit performs control so that the punch hole formation by the punch mechanism is carried out in the selected hole formation portion.
