A second terminal makes contact with the bottommost sheet. When judging the necessity for dehumidification, a controller determines a judging resistance value based on the magnitude of a current passing through the bundle of sheets with a detection voltage applied to the first terminal. When the judging resistance value is equal to or lower than a threshold value, the controller operates the heater. When the determined judging resistance value is higher than a threshold value, the controller does not operate the heater.

An inkjet printer is provided. An inkjet printer includes; a heater for heating up a medium after a printing operation, a second heater for further heating up the medium after the medium is heated up by the heater, a frame to which the second heater is fixed, and a wound roll holder for holding a wound roll that is the medium, being wound like a roll after the printing operation. The wound roll is placed at a position lower than the heater. The second heater is movable in relation to the frame, between a first position, where the second heater is placed at a location of a lower side of the heater and a front side of the wound roll, and a second position, where the second heater is placed at a location of an upper side of the wound roll.

A liquid discharge apparatus includes a conveyance path, a liquid discharge head, and a drying device. A medium is to be conveyed on the conveyance path. The switchback path switches back a conveyance direction of the medium onto which the liquid has been discharged. The ejection path conveys the medium onto which the liquid has been discharged to an ejection port. The drying device dries the medium both on the switchback path and on the ejection path.

A first unit includes a receiving portion that receives a medium to be processed, a drying unit that processes the medium received from the receiving portion, and an end stitching unit that processes the medium received from the receiving portion or the medium processed by the drying unit. The processing performed by the drying unit is processing of drying the medium, the drying unit is located vertically below the end stitching unit, and the drying unit and the end stitching unit have a portion overlapping when viewed in a vertical direction.
