A retractable dive line apparatus can be held in the hand or clipped onto diving equipment. One end of the line can be clipped onto a dive flag or buoy at the surface and will let out or retract line as necessary.

A film packing device for a roll of film having or not having a reel includes a handle. Two ends of the handle are provided with a coupling rod and a base, respectively. The coupling rod is provided with a quick-release unit. The base is provided with a limit unit. The quick-release unit and the limit unit are selectively mounted with a first film application unit and a second film application unit. Through the first film application unit, the film packing device can be mounted with a roll of film having a paper reel. Through the second film application unit, the film packing device can be mounted with a roll of film not having a paper reel. The film packing device can be replaced with different types of film in a simple and quick way.

The present disclosure relates to an adhesive tape dispenser, for an adhesive tape roll having a core element, said dispenser essentially consisting of or comprising a carrier unit, in particular a housing, at least one grip member being connected, in particular via a connecting member, to the carrier unit for handling of the adhesive tape dispenser, a first bearing member essentially consisting of or comprising a rotatable bearing shaft arranged and adjusted for receiving the core element of an adhesive tape roll and for rotatably supporting said roll which is directly or indirectly arranged on and/or fastened to the carrier unit, a second bearing member essentially consisting of or comprising an, in particular non-rotatable, bearing shaft, which is directly or indirectly arranged on and/or fastened to the carrier unit, and a receiving member arranged and adjusted for receiving the core element of an adhesive tape roll that is rotatably arrangeable or supported on said second bearing shaft, an, in particular rotatable, applicator unit for attaching the adhesive tape to objects which is directly or indirectly joined to the carrier unit or which is integral with said carrier unit, at least one fastening means for a cutting blade, which is directly or indirectly joined to the carrier unit or which is integral with said carrier unit, and optionally a cutting blade held by said fastening means, wherein the grip member and applicator unit are located on opposite sides of the first or second bearing member and/or of the center of gravity of the dispenser. Furthermore the disclosure relates to an adhesive tape roll consisting of or comprising a core which comprises a receiving opening extending through the core in the longitudinal direction and an adhesive tape which is wound onto the core, wherein the core consists of or comprises a plastic material or a metal material, that the receiving opening which extends through the core has a polygonal cross-section, and that at least one stop is provided at an end of the receiving opening.

The invention relates to a two-state roll-bandage applicator, comprising (a) an elongated cylinder configured for insertion into a central lumen of a roll bandage, the cylinder comprising one or more flanges configured to retain the cylinder within the lumen of said roll bandage; (b) a handle configured to move longitudinally within the central lumen of the elongated cylinder between a compact storage position in which the distal end of the handle is in proximity with the distal end of the cylinder, and a working position in which the distal end of the handle is away from the distal end of the cylinder, such that most of the handle's length protrudes in a proximal direction from a proximal end of the cylinder; wherein in the working position the handle is rotatable relative to the cylinder.

A dispenser includes a rotating member including a first end and a second end, the rotating member having an inner surface and defining an axis of rotation that extends from the first end to the second end, a holding member having an inner surface, an outer holding surface, and a collar at a first end of the holding member, the inner surface enclosing an engaging portion of the rotating member, the holding member configured to rotate relative to the rotating member, and a cap attached to the first end of the rotating member and retaining the holding member on the rotating member, the collar of the holding member positioned at least partially directly between an end surface at the first end of the rotating member and a stop surface of the cap, an end gap between the end surface and the stop surface providing clearance for the collar.

A device for rolling garments and other items, comprising an adjustable length rod operable to move between a locked position and a retractable position by twisting the adjustable length rod. There is a handle on one end of the rod capable of fully housing the adjustable length rod when fully retracted in its retractable position, a securing clip operable to move between an open position and a closed position connected to the handle for securing an item to the rod, and a securing clip button on the handle for triggering the securing clip to its open or closed position. The device includes safety mechanisms, with a quick-release button on the end of the handle that is movable between an engaged and a disengaged position, and a quick-release slide switch movable between an up and down position.

A tape applicator assembly for securing tape to a surface includes a body and may include a centering and locking assembly configured to automatically center and lock a tape assembly within the body for dispensing. The tape applicator assembly may further be configured for securing tape to at least one cable and a surface, wherein the body includes a tape-receiving cavity defined for receiving a tape assembly having tape with a tape center longitudinal axis. A tape applying assembly may be defined within the body that is configured to adhere the tape to both the at least one cable and the surface. A cable alignment assembly may also be defined within the body that is configured to receive at least one cable positioned against the surface and substantially align the at least one cable with the tape center longitudinal axis.
