Paper stock processing device
A paper money processing device is provided with: a storage unit for forming a storage space in which paper money is layered and stored; a conveyance mechanism for conveying paper money to the storage unit; and a movable piece capable of emerging and sinking the storage space, the movable piece being provided in a direction orthogonal to the conveyance direction of the paper money conveyed by the conveyance mechanism. Conveyance is stopped in a position where the trailing end part of the paper money to be conveyed to the storage unit by the conveyance mechanism is facing the moveable piece, the trailing end part of the paper money in a position facing the moveable piece is thereafter moved to the storage space side and the paper money is layered and stored in the storage space by the emerging/sinking operation of the movable piece.
DRIVING FORCE TRANSMISSION DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A driving force transmission device includes a drive gear, a driven gear, which includes a gear portion and a partially toothless gear portion, rotates by the gear portion meshing with the drive gear, stops rotating in response to the partially toothless gear portion facing the drive gear, a first cam member and a second cam member which operate in conjunction with the driven gear, a first elastic member for urging the first cam member, a follower member to which urging force is applied by a second elastic member and which is moved by the second cam member, and a contact portion for coming into contact with the first cam member by urging force of the first elastic member. The first cam member includes a home cam surface for coming into contact with the contact portion so that rotation of the driven gear is limited.
Sheet processing apparatus and image forming system
A sheet processing apparatus includes two pressing members and an advancing-receding unit. The pressing members nip and press against a fold section of a sheet. The advancing-receding unit causes the pressing members to repeatedly press against the fold section by causing at least one of the pressing members to advance to and recede from the other pressing member. The advancing-receding unit varies a reception separation amount and a post-receding separation amount from each other and sets the post-receding separation amount to be smaller than the reception separation amount. The reception separation amount is a separation amount by which the pressing members are separated from each other when the fold section is to be received between the pressing members. The post-receding separation amount is a separation amount by which the pressing members that have pressed against the fold section are separated from each other after receding from the fold section.
Sheet feeding apparatus and image forming apparatus
A sheet stacking portion for stacking sheets is provided on a cover openably/closably supported on an apparatus body. The sheet stacking portion is guided between a first position and a second position along the cover by a guide portion. A sheet staked on the sheet stacking portion at the first position is fed via a sheet feeding portion. The sheet stacking portion is moved in conjunction with a cover closing action from the first position to the second position not interfering with the sheet feeding portion via a moving portion. A first end side of the moving portion is turnably supported on the apparatus body and a second end side is connected to the sheet stacking portion.
Conveyance unit and image forming apparatus including this
A conveyance unit includes a cassette removably attached to an apparatus body and a conveyance interlocked part provided in the apparatus body. The cassette includes a sheet storage part for storing a sheet, a lift plate liftably provided between a lowered position and a raised position and a biasing member for biasing the sheet to contact with a pickup roller. The conveyance interlocked part includes a lever for engaging with the lift plate when the cassette is attached to the apparatus body and being liftable together with the lift plate, a pressing mechanism for pressing the lever downward, and a support member provided between the apparatus body and the lever so as to suppress a drop of the lever disengaged from the lift plate when the cassette is detached from the apparatus body.
Automatic laminating machine
Provided is an automatic laminating machine, including a supporting plate assembly, a case, a limiting assembly, a film separation assembly, and an input roller assembly. A lower end of the supporting plate assembly extends into and is rotatably connected inside the case. The limiting assembly and the input roller assembly are rotatably connected inside the case. The film separation assembly is arranged inside the case, and located below the input roller assembly. One end of the limiting assembly is rotatably connected to the supporting plate assembly.
Sheet processing apparatus
According to an embodiment, a sheet processing apparatus includes a first tray, a second tray, a first member, and a second member. The first member presses a first portion of a sheet toward the second tray when the sheet is moved from the first tray to the second tray located below the first tray. The second member is interlocked with the first member, and when the sheet is moved from the first tray to the second tray, presses a second portion of the sheet toward the second tray, the second portion being located downstream of the first portion in a transport direction of the sheet to the first tray.
Image forming apparatus with movable cam
An image forming apparatus includes a paper tray, an elevating plate, a cam, and a shutter. The paper tray is configured to hold sheets. The elevating plate on the paper tray is arranged to ascend and descend between a descended position and an ascended position higher than the descended position. The cam is movable between a first position and a second position. The shutter includes a shielding portion. The shielding portion is located at a shielding position when the cam moves to the first position. The shielding position is a position that overlaps with a region in a height direction occupied by the cam at the second position. The shielding portion retracts from the shielding position when the cam has moved from the first position to the second position.
PERFORATION DEVICE AND SHEET POST-PROCESSING DEVICE PROVIDED THEREWITH
A perforation device includes a shaft, a perforation motor, at least a first perforation portion, at least a second perforation portion, at least a first cam for reciprocating a first perforation blade in the first perforation portion, at least a second cam for reciprocating a second perforation blade in the second perforation portion, a rotation speed detecting portion, a home position detecting portion, and a controller. in second perforation processing in which the shaft is rotated one turn to perform first perforation with the first perforation portion and second perforation with the second perforation portion in sequence, the controller senses, with the rotation speed detecting portion, the rotation speed of the shaft after the first perforation blade penetrates the sheet in the first perforation and, based on the rotation speed detecting, the controller determines the timing of starting braking control in the second perforation and performs braking control.
SHEET FEEDING APPARATUS, IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS, AND IMAGE READING APPARATUS
The rotation of a lifting and lowering plate 56 is controlled such that, in a case where the height of the sheet loaded in a manual feed tray 50 is maximum, a feed roller 51 abuts the sheet at a first abutment position at a first moving velocity slower than a second moving velocity at a position upstream in the movement direction of the feed roller 51 from the first abutment position, and, in a case where the height of the sheet loaded in the manual feed tray 50 is minimum, the feed roller 51 abuts the sheet at a second abutment position at a third moving velocity slower than the first moving velocity at the first abutment position.
