Ferromagnetic pest trap
The invention relates to methods of trapping a pest, said method comprising providing ferromagnetic particles for ingestion by the pest, and trapping the pest using one or more magnets, wherein a trapped pest has ingested and internally accumulated an amount of the ferromagnetic particles sufficient to permit immobilization of the pest using said one or more magnets. Devices for use with the methods of the instant invention are also disclosed.
Device for holding bait for rodents
An apparatus for holding bait for rodents that includes a housing that can be inserted into a manhole, the housing having one or more bait platform, a passage through the housing for rodents to access the bait platform, and optionally a mechanism to prohibit exposure of bait on the bait platform to the environment containing the housing.
INSECTICIDE DISPENSING DEVICE AND METHOD
Insecticide dispensing devices and methods of the present technology provide for the prolonged release of insecticide for the eradication of insect populations. Insecticide dispensing devices include an attractive toxic sugar bait, and have a housing configured with at least one aperture to allow a gaseous compound to exit the internal cavity and sized to allow entry of a target insect into the internal cavity. Methods of insecticide dispensing include activating the attractive toxic sugar bait in the device, and placing the activated device in an area where insects are present.
LIQUID DISPENSER
A liquid dispenser is described, having a tank configured to deliver and present a liquid in a drink basin within a tray base. The liquid may be a liquid bait for population control of small animals To reduce evaporation and liquid waste, the tray base may be partially covered by a tray top. A spill basin may surround the drink basin, and may be configured so that tilting or inverting the liquid dispenser drains a liquid from the spill basin and drink basin back into the tank.
Pesticide strip assembly
A pesticide strip assembly for easy application and monitoring levels of pesticide including a flexible panel, an adhesive layer and an insecticide impregnated gel. The flexible panel is elongated and has a top side, a bottom side, a first lateral edge and a second lateral edge. The adhesive layer is attached to the bottom side of the flexible panel. The adhesive layer comprises a pressure sensitive adhesive that is positioned on a flexible strip. The adhesive layer is covering and is adhesively secured to the bottom side of the flexible panel. The gel is infused with an insecticide and is positioned on the flexible panel.
DEVICE FOR HOLDING A BAIT
The invention relates to an apparatus 1 for holding a piece of bait 2, in particular a piece of bait 2 for pests 14, preferably for rodents, comprising: a housing part 3 which has a receiving space 6 for receiving a piece of bait 2 and can be inserted into a part of a sewer system, a detecting device 9, equipped to detect a first item of information, an output device 11, equipped to output a first item of information detected by the detecting device 9.

Pest control and detection system with conductive bait matrix
A pest control and/or detection system generally includes an electrically conductive bait matrix including at least one carrier material that is at least one of palatable, a phagostimulant and/or consumable and/or displaceable by pests, and a plurality of electrically conductive particles. The electrically conductive particles are substantially randomly interspersed throughout the at least one carrier material. The at least one carrier material includes a thermoplastic material and/or a resin.
