Paper feeding device
A braking content determiner determines a content of braking control on a rotating operation such that rotation of a paper feeding motor stops within a time required for stopping from a time point of detection of a sheet by a sheet sensor to a time point of passing of a trailing edge of the sheet through a paper feeding roller, the time required for stopping being determined based on a length of the sheet in a sheet conveying direction, a predetermined speed of the paper feeding roller, and a distance between the paper feeding roller and the sheet sensor in a sheet conveying route. A controller performs the braking control on the rotating operation of the paper feeding motor, according to the content determined by the braking content determiner, upon or prior to the detection by the sheet sensor of the sheet sent out by the paper feeding roller.
TAPE UNWINDING DEVICE WITH SELF-LOCKING FUNCTION
The present disclosure provides a tape unwinding device with a self-locking function. When a tape is unwound by the device, a swing arm swings under the action of a tension of the tape until an insert is separated from a shifting card, and then, the tape starts to be unwound, which is beneficial to the reduction of a rotational acceleration during unwinding and the improvement of unwinding stability. When the tape is not acted by an external force due to unwinding ending of the tape, the swing arm swings until the insert is inserted into a limiting slot of the shifting card, and pushes the end of the shifting card to be inserted into a toothed groove, so that the disk gear is stuck by the shifting card, then, a tape roll cannot rotate to be further unwound, and tape loosening caused by self-rotation of the tape roll is avoided.
FILM TRANSFER TOOL
A film transfer tool has a casing, a tape-supplying assembly having a supply reel and a take-up reel linked therewith, a brake component which can move relative to the supply reel, and a transfer head. The transfer head moves between an original position and an operating position to drive the tape-supplying assembly and the brake component to move relative to the other. When the transfer head moves toward the operating position, a relative movement between the supply reel and the brake component is caused and the braking capacity gradually decreases.
Wire spool rotation resistance adjusters and wire feed assemblies having adjustable wire spool rotation resistance
Example wire spool hub assemblies include: a spindle configured to hold a wire spool; a spool rotation resistor positioned on the spindle to resist rotation of the wire spool on the spindle; and a resistance adjuster configured to selectively apply two or more rotation resistances via the spool rotation resistor based on two or more discrete positions of the resistance adjuster.
Single web automatic splicing unwind machine and method
A converting line has a unwind machine with a load station assembly and a vertical movement assembly. The load station assembly rotatably supports a roll as the web is unwound during a first portion of an unwind cycle. The vertical movement assembly rotatably supports the roll during movement between lowered and raised positions during a second portion of the unwind cycle. A lower brake assembly controls rotation of the roll in the load station assembly, and an upper brake assembly controls rotation of the roll with the roll in the vertical movement assembly. With the roll rotatably supported in the load station assembly, the converting line control generates signals for the lower brake assembly to control an unwind rotation rate of the roll. With the roll rotatably supported by the vertical movement assembly, the control generates signals for the upper brake assembly to control the unwind rotation rate.
Winding Device
The disclosed subject matter provides a winding device that includes a material-placing mechanism, a mounting table, a winding member and a restraining member, wherein the material-placing mechanism is configured to convey a material strip; the winding member includes a winding needle base and a plurality of winding needles provided on the winding needle base, the winding needle base is rotatably provided on the mounting table, with a winding needle gap formed between the plurality of winding needles, such that the material strip passes through; the restraining member is provided outside the winding needle gap and configured to fix the material strip protruding from the winding needle gap with a preset force F1, the winding needle base is configured to drive the winding needle to rotate with a winding tension F2, and F1 is less than F2.

Dispensing system and a dispenser
A dispensing system includes a roll comprising a keyed end, a dispenser comprising a housing for receiving the roll, and a mount comprising a roll holder to support the keyed end and a roll support to support an opposing end. The roll holder comprises a frame, a clutch plate, a spindle, and a biasing unit, the clutch plate being disposed adjacent the spindle, and the spindle receives the keyed end and is rotatably coupled to the frame to permit rotation of the roll and the clutch plate about the dispensing axis. The spindle comprises a clutch surface and translates along the dispensing axis, and the biasing unit biases the spindle along the dispensing axis away from the frame. Mounting the keyed end of the roll onto the mount pushes the spindle towards the frame to increase a normal force between the clutch plate and the clutch surface.
SHINGLING DEVICE AND SHEET PRODUCTION LINE COMPRISING THE SHINGLING DEVICE
The shingling device comprises: a shingling conveyor, adapted to receive a stream of sheets aligned with one another and not overlapping; a braking device, positioned above the shingling conveyor and configured to slow down the sheets arriving to the shingling conveyor, and to partially overlap the incoming sheets in shingling fashion. The braking device comprises: a first set of braking wheels aligned with one another along a first rotation axis orthogonal to a feed direction of the sheets to the shingling conveyor; and a second set of braking wheels aligned with one another along a second rotation axis orthogonal to the feed direction of the sheets to the shingling conveyor.
Roll dispenser for supporting roll of packaging material
A roll dispenser is arranged to support a roll of packaging material, and includes a chuck assembly with a first chuck unit that includes a first plug received in a first axial end of a core of the roll, a first shaft fixed to the first plug, a first mount brought into engagement with the first shaft, and a first brake connected to the first plug and the first mount to establish friction between the first plug and the first mount. A first handle assembly may adjust a first compressive force applied axially between the first mount and the first shaft to regulate the friction between the first plug and the first mount. The chuck assembly also may include a second chuck unit received in a second axial end of the core for additionally supporting the roll of packaging material.
